Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Brenner für einen Drehrohrofen, mit einem innerhalb eines Brennertragrohres ringförmig angeordneten Kanal zum pneumatischen Transport und Ausblasen von feinkörnigem Festbrennstoff durch eine Ringspaltdüse und mit einer Vielzahl dazu konzentrisch angeordneter um den Umfang der Ringspaltdüse verteilter Jetluftdüsen mit zur Brennerachse divergierenden Düsenöffnungen, durch welche Brennluft unterteilt in viele einzelne Hochgeschwindigkeits-Primärluftstrahlen austritt.
- Bekannte Drehofenbrenner sind meist als sogenannte Dreikanalbrenner ausgebildet (z. B.
DE 43 19 363 A1 ), wobei durch den mittleren Brennerkanal ein pneumatisch transportierbarer Festbrennstoff wie z. B. Kohlenstaub strömt, der durch eine Ringspaltdüse austritt, und wobei der mit einem Divergenzwinkel in Form eines Kegelmantels ausströmende Kohlenstaub von radial innerer als auch von radial äußerer Primärluft als Brennluft umgeben ist. Der radial innerhalb des Kohlenstaubkanals liegende Primärluftkanal weist an seiner Ausmündung einen Drallerzeuger auf, so dass die dort austretende Primärluft eine Rotationskomponente erhält und auch Drallluft,. Swirlluft oder auch Radialluft genannt wird. Die bekannten Drallerzeuger sind in der Regel nicht einstellbar, schon gar nicht während des Betriebes des Drehrohrofens. - Die zum Kohlenstaub radial äußere Brennluft des Drehofenbrenners, auch Jetluft genannt, wird mittels einer Vielzahl im ringförmigen Jetluftkanal angeordneter einzelner Düsen in viele einzelne Hochgeschwindigkeits-Primärluftstrahlen unterteilt, die in ihrer Umgebung ein Unterdruckgebiet erzeugen, das heißt die vielen Hochgeschwindigkeits-Primärluftstrahlen dienen als Treibstrahlen nach dem Injektorprinzip, durch welches die große Masse der den Drehofenbrenner umgebenden, praktisch ruhenden heißen Sekundärluft von z. B. etwa 1000 °C nach innen in Richtung zum Kern der Brennerflamme eingesaugt wird, wo eine intensive Durchmischung der heißen Sekundärluft mit dem durch die Ringspaltdüse austretenden Kohlenstaub stattfindet, der schnell und vollständig unter Ausbildung einer meistens geforderten kurzen heißen Flamme verbrennen soll. Zur Verstellung des Divergenzwinkels der Jetluftstrahlen sind die zylindrischen Düsenkörper mit ihren zur Düsenachse mit einem Winkel angestellten Düsenbohrungen einzeln verdrehbar, allerdings nicht während des Drehofenbetriebes, so dass während des Ofenbetriebes nicht durch Verstellung des Divergenzwinkels der Jetluftstrahlen Einfluss auf die optimale Kohlenstaub-Jetluft-Durchmischung sowie Flammenform genommen werden kann.
- Aus der
EP 0 642 645 B1 ist ein Drehofenbrenner bekannt, in dessen Primärluftkanal um den Umfang verteilte flexible metallische Luftschläuche mit Luftdüsen angeordnet sind, deren Luftströmungsrichtung von axial bis radial eingestellt werden kann, indem durch Verdrehung des gesamten Luftschlauchbündels die flexiblen Luftschläuche mit ihren Luftausströmdüsen auch schräg zur Brennerachse zur Erhöhung der Drallkomponente der Radialluft eingestellt werden können. Abgesehen davon, dass diese bekannte Dralleinstellvorrichtung eines Drehofenbrenners vergleichsweise aufwändig ist, ist bei dem bekannten Brenner nur eine parallele Ausströmung von Brennstoff und Primärluft möglich, auch wenn die Primärluft mit einer Drallkomponente versehen wird. Nicht möglich bei dem bekannten Luftschlauchsystem ist es, einen kegelförmigen Divergenzwinkel der Primärluft einzustellen und zu verstellen, das heißt die Primärluft kegelmantelförmig austreten zu lassen mit einem solchen Divergenzwinkel, dass eine optimale Durchmischung des Brennstoffkegels mit dem Primärluftkegel bei größtmöglicher Flammenturbulenz stattfindet. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Drehofenbrenner insbesondere für feinkörnige Festbrennstoffe zu schaffen mit Jetluftdüsen, die zwecks Änderung des Divergenzwinkels der Jetluftstrahlen auch in Reaktion auf unterschiedliche Brennstoffarten und/oder sich ergebender Flammenformen einfach und doch wirkungsvoll während des Drehofenbetriebes verstellbar sind.
- Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung mit einem Drehofenbrenner mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
- Beim erfindungsgemäßen Drehofenbrenner sind die Jetluftdüsen mit den zur Brennerachse divergierenden Düsenöffnungen jeweils am Ende von Jetluftrohren befestigt, die achsparallel um die Brennerachse verteilt angeordnet sind, und zwar innerhalb eines den Festbrennstoffkanal ringförmig umgebenden außen vom Brennertragrohr begrenzten Kühlluftringkanals. Dabei sind die Jetluftrohre im Kühlluftringkanal verdrehbar gelagert, wobei am kalten Ende der Brennerlanze außerhalb des Brennertragrohres die Einrichtung zur Drehverstellung der Jetluftrohre angeordnet ist. Damit gelingt es, je nach eingestellter Drehstellung der Jetluftrohre und der von diesen getragenen Jetluftdüsen die Jetluftstrahlen divergent, radial oder konvergent zur Brennerachse austreten zu lassen, und es gelingt, den Divergenzwinkel der Jetluftstrahlen so einzustellen, dass der Jetluftkegel den Brennstoffkegel zwecks größtmöglicher Flammenturbulenz optimal trifft, wodurch eine Veränderung und Einstellung der Flammenform des Drehofenbrenners während des Drehofenbetriebes möglich ist. Dadurch, dass die verdrehbaren Jetluftrohre in den äußeren ringförmigen Kühlluftkanal des Brenners verlegt sind, ergibt sich auch eine kompakte Bauweise des erfindungsgemäßen Drehofenbrenners.
- Die Lagerstellen der einzelnen Jetluftrohre sind in zwei voneinander beabstandeten Flanschringen des Brennertragrohres gehalten. Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung kann der Ringraum zwischen den beabstandeten Flanschringen innerhalb des mit einem Jetluftzuführungsstutzen versehenen Brennertragrohres als Anströmkasten ausgebildet sein, aus dem die zugeführte Jetluft durch Durchgangsbohrungen der Jetluftrohre hindurch in diese einströmt und dann aus den Jetluftdüsen ausströmt. Als Variante hierzu können aber auch an die einzeln bzw. gemeinsam jeweils um ihre Längsachsen verdrehbaren Jetluftrohre an ihren äußeren von den Jetluftdüsen entfernten Enden flexible Schläuche zur Jetluftzuführung in die Jetluftrohre angeschlossen sein.
- Als Einrichtung zur Drehverstellung der Jetluftrohre können diese an ihren äußeren Enden z. B. Zahnritzel tragen, die mit einem mit Innenverzahnung versehen Ring oder Band in Verdreheingriff stehen.
- Die Erfindung und deren weitere Merkmale und Vorteile werden anhand der in den Figuren schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert.

Figur 1 zeigt die komplette Brennerlanze mit Stutzen 10 zur Einführung von Kohlenstaub, 11 zur Einführung von Jetluft, 12 zur Einführung von Drallluft, 13 zur möglichen Einführung von Alternativbrennstoffen und 14 zur Einführung von Kühlluft zur Innenkühlung des Brennertragrohres 19, welches außen durch eine aufgebrachte Feuerfestmasse 15 gepanzert ist. Die eingeführten Brennstoffe verbrennen nach Austritt aus der Brennermündung unter Ausbildung einer Flamme am rechten Brennerlanzenende im Drehrohrofen. - Erläutert zunächst an der
Figur 2 ist der erfindungsgemäße Drehofenbrenner ein Dreikanalbrenner mit einem ringförmig angeordneten Kanal zum pneumatischen Transport des feinkörnigen Festbrennstoffs wie z. B. Kohlenstaub, der durch eine Ringspaltdüse 16 mit geringem nach außen divergierenden Winkel ausströmt. Der Kohlenstaubkanal ist konzentrisch sowohl von einem radial innen als auch von einem radial außen gelegenen Brennluftkanal umgeben, wobei diese Brennluftströme die Primärluft für den Brenner bilden. Der konzentrisch innerhalb des Kohlenstaubkanals angeordnete Primärluftkanal ist an seiner Ausmündung mit einem Drallerzeuger 17 z. B. Drallschlitzen ausgestattet, so dass dieser radial innen gelegene Primärlüftkanal auch Drallluftkanal genannt wird. Im Zentrum der Brennermündung können noch Zündbrenner sowie auch die Ausmündungen 18 zur Verbrennung der ggf. eingeführten Alternativbrennstoffe 13 angeordnet sein. Mit 19 ist das Brennertragrohr bezeichnet, das im vorderen Lanzenbereich durch die aufgebrachte Feuerfestmasse 15 geschützt ist. - Die radial äußere Primärluft, nämlich die eingeführte Jetluft 11 tritt mit hoher Geschwindigkeit in Form von Düsenstrahlen aus einzelnen um den Umfang der Brennermündung verteilt angeordneten Jetluftdüsen 20 aus, z. B. 16 Stück, von denen in der Detailzeichnung
Figur 3 die Jetluftdüse 20 mit ihrer divergent zur Brennerachse liegenden Düsenbohrung zu sehen ist. Die Hochgeschwindigkeits-Jetluftstrahlen, die in der Lage sind, möglichst viel der den Drehofenbrenner im Drehrohrofen umgebenden heißen Sekundärluft von z. B. 1000° C in den Kern der Brennerflamme zwecks schneller und vollständiger Kohlenstaubverbrennung einzusaugen, sollen den Brennstoffkegel an einer optimalen Stelle zwecks Erzielung großer Flammenturbulenz treffen. - Dazu sind die Jetluftdüsen 20 mit ihren zur Brennerachse divergierenden Düsenöffnungen gemäß der Erfindung jeweils am Ende von z. B. 16 Jetluftrohren 21 befestigt, die achsparallel um die Brennerachse verteilt angeordnet sind, und zwar innerhalb eines den Kohlenstaubkanal ringförmig umgebenden außen vom Brennertragrohr 19 begrenzten Kühlluftringkanals 22, in den Kühlluft durch den Stutzen 14 des Tragrohres 19 einströmt und an der Brennermündung im Bereich zwischen den benachbarten Jetluftdüsen 20 ausströmt, wo dann die in der Brennerlanze erhitzte Kühlluft einen Anteil der Primärluft bildet.
- Im Kühlluftringkanal 22 sind die um den Umfang verteilen Jetluftrohre 21 um ihre Jetluftrohrachsen verdrehbar gelagert. So können nach
Figur 4 die verdrehbaren Lagerstellen der Jetluftrohre 21 in zwei voneinander beabstandeten Flanschringen 23, 24 des Brennertragrohres 19 gehalten sein. Am kalten Ende der Brennerlanze, beim Ausführungsbeispiel am linken Ende der Lanze ist außerhalb des Brennertragrohres 19 die Einrichtung zur Drehverstellung der Jetluftrohre angeordnet. Als Beispiel wird ausgeführt, dass die Jetluftrohre 21 an ihren äußeren im Ausführungsbeispiel geschlossenen Enden Zahnritzen 25 tragen können, die mit einem nicht dargestellten mit Innenverzahnung versehen Ring oder Band oder Gliederkette in Verdreheingriff stehen können. Beim Verdrehen des Stellringes bzw. des Bandes können dann alle Jetluftrohre 21 mit ihren Jetluftdüsen 20 synchronisiert verdreht werden, so dass während des Drehofenbetriebes der Divergenzwinkel des Jetluftstrahlen-Kegels verändert und damit Einfluss auf die Brennerflamme und auf die Brennstoffverbrennung genommen werden kann. - Nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel der
Figur 4 ist der Ringraum zwischen den beabstandeten Flanschringen 23 und 24 innerhalb des mit dem Jetluftzuführungsstutzen 11 versehenen Brennertragrohres 19 als Anströmkasten 26 ausgebildet, aus dem die zugeführte Jetluft durch Durchgangsbohrungen 27 der Jetluftrohre 21 hindurch in diese einströmt und dann aus den Jetluftdüsen 20 ausströmt. Dabei ist der Anströmluftkasten 26 über Ringdichtungen in den Flanschringen 23, 24 mit Vorteil nach außen abgedichtet. Eine gewisse Leckstromrate an Jetluft kann gemäß der Erfindung aber ohne weiteres in Kauf genommen werden, weil der Leckstrom an Jetluft dann innerhalb des Kühlluftringkanals 22 einen Teil der ohnehin eingesetzten Kühlluft für den Brenner bilden würde. - Als Alternative zur Ausführungsform der
Figur 4 bestünde aber auch die Möglichkeit, an die Jetluftrohre 21 an ihren äußeren (linken) von den Jetluftdüsen 20 entfernten Enden flexible Schläuche zur Jetluftzuführung in die Jetluftrohre anzuschließen, wobei die flexiblen Zuführungsschläuche die Verdrehung der einzelnen Jetluftrohre um einen bestimmten Winkel zulassen. - In
Figur 5 sieht man, dass im Kühlluft-Ringraum zwischen dem in dieser Figur weggelassenen Brennertragrohr 19 und dem Kohlenstaubrohr mit der Ringspaltdüse 16, wobei in diesem Ringraum die um den Umfang verteilten verdrehbar gelagerten Jetluftrohre 21 mit ihren Jetluftdüsen 20 angeordnet sind, ein für die Kühlluft durchströmbarer Abstandshalter 28 angeordnet ist, der die Jetluftrohre 21 sowie die konzentrischen Rohre 16, 19 auf Abstand hält. Ferner ist ausFigur 5 auch noch klar erkennbar, dass im Kühlluftringraum zwischen dem Brennertragrohr 19 und dem Kohlenstaubrohr 16 wenigstens einige der Lücken zwischen benachbarten Jetluftrohren 21 dazu ausgenutzt werden können, um darin ein Rohr 18 zur Zuführung eines Alternativbrennstoffs und/oder darin ggf. Einrichtungen zur Überwachung der Brennerflamme anzuordnen. - Beim erfindungsgemäßen Brenner werden unterschiedliche Druckniveaus für die Jetluft, die Drallluft und die Kühlluft eingestellt. Durch die Beibehaltung des radial innen liegenden Drallluftkanals wird in jeder Stellung der Jetluftdüsen 20 eine ausreichende Flammenstabilisierung gewährleistet. Ferner besteht auch die Möglichkeit, durch wenigstens einen Teil der Jetluftrohre und Jetluftdüsen statt Primärluft ggf. ein Brenngas strömen zu lassen.

- Brenner für einen Drehrohrofen, mit einem innerhalb eines Brennertragrohres (19) ringförmig angeordneten Kanal zum pneumatischen Transport und Ausblasen von feinkörnigem Festbrennstoff durch eine Ringspaltdüse (16) und mit einer Vielzahl dazu konzentrisch angeordneter um den Umfang der Ringspaltdüse (16) verteilter Jetluftdüsen (20) mit zur Brennerachse divergierenden Düsenöffnungen, durch welche Brennluft unterteilt in viele einzelne Hochgeschwindigkeitsprimärluftstrahlen austritt,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Jetluftdüsen (20) mit den zur Brennerachse divergierenden Düsenöffnungen sind jeweils am Ende von Jetluftohren (21) befestigt, die achsparallel um die Brennerachse verteilt angeordnet sind,b) die Jetluftohre (21) sind in einem den Festbrennstoffkanal (16) ringförmig umgebenden außen vom Brennertragrohr (19) begrenzten Kühlluftringkanal (22) angeordnet und um die Jetluftrohrachsen verdrehbar gelagert,c) die verdrehbaren Lagerstellen der Jetluftrohre (21) sind in zwei voneinander beabstandeten Flanschringen (23, 24) des Brennertragrohres (19) gehalten,d) am kalten Ende der Brennerlanze ist außerhalb des Brennertragrohres (19) die Einrichtung (25) zur Drehverstellung der Jetluftrohre (21) angeordnet. - Brenner nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringraum zwischen den beabstandeten Flanschringen (23, 24) innerhalb des mit einem Jetluftzuführungsstutzen (11) versehenen Brennertragrohres (19) als Anströmkasten (26) ausgebildet ist, aus dem die zugeführte Jetluft durch Durchgangsbohrungen (27) der Jetluftrohre (21) hindurch in diese einströmt und aus den Jetluftdüsen (20) ausströmt. - Brenner nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die Jetluftrohre (21) an ihren äußeren von den Jetluftdüsen entfernten Enden flexible Schläuche zur Jetluftzuführung in die Jetluftrohre angeschlossen sind. - Brenner nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Brennertragrohr (19) einen Kühlluftzuführungsstutzen (14) aufweist, durch den Kühlluft in den Ringraum zwischen Brennertragrohr (19) und Festbrennstoffrohr einströmt, dort unter Umströmung der Jetluftrohre (21) das Brennertragrohr von innen kühlt und den Ringraum in den Lücken zwischen den benachbarten Jetluftdüsen (20) verlässt. - Brenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Kühlluft-Ringraum (22) zwischen dem Brennertragrohr (19) und dem Festbrennstoffrohr ein für die Kühlluft durchströmbarer ringförmiger Abstandshalter (28) angeordnet ist, der die Jetluftrohre (21) sowie die konzentrischen Rohre (16, 19) auf Abstand hält. - Brenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Kühlluft-Ringraum (22) zwischen dem Brennertragrohr (19) und dem Festbrennstoffrohr (16) in wenigstens einer der Lücken zwischen benachbarten Jetluftrohren (21) ein Rohr (18) zur Zuführung eines Alternativbrennstoffs (13) angeordnet ist. - Brenner nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Einrichtung zur Drehverstellung der Jetluftrohre (21) diese an ihren äußeren Enden Zahnritzel (25) tragen, die mit einem mit Innenverzahnung versehenen Ring oder Band oder mit einer Gliederkette in Verdreheingriff stehen.
