Eine in Fig. 1 dargestellte Klemmvorrichtung 1 dient zum Fixieren einer Gleisbearbeitungsmaschine 2 an einer Schiene 3 eines Gleises 4. Der erste Klemmteil 5 erstreckt sich bis unterhalb eines Schienenkopfes 7 der Schiene 3 und der zweite Klemmteil 6 ist derartig ausgebildet, dass er nur an einer Flanke 8 des Schienenkopfes 7 anliegen kann. Die Klemmvorrichtung 1 weist außerdem eine Gewindeführung 9 auf, welche zwischen den beiden Klemmteilen 5 und 6 angeordnet ist und eine Klemmschraube 10 aufnimmt. Beide Klemmteile 5, 6 weisen Öffnungen 11 zum Durchführen der Klemmschraube 10 auf.
