Claims (16)
- Haushaltsgerät zum Reinigen von Produkten, insbesondere Nahrungsmittel, Geschirr und ähnliches, das geeignet ist in einer Spüle angeordnet zu werden mit einem oberen Rand, wobei das Haushaltsgerät umfasst:- ein Gehäuse (8) mit einem Boden (17) und einem oberen Rand (9),- einem in dem Gehäuse (8) befindlichen Behälter (2) mit einem Boden (14) und einer Seitenwand (12) mit einer oberen Öffnung (3) zur Aufnahme eines oder mehrerer zu reinigender Produkte und einer Spülflüssigkeit,- Spüleinrichtungen (4) zum Entfernen von Schmutzpartikeln auf den in die Flüssigkeit getauchten Produkten mittels Vibration,- einem im wesentlichen sich ringförmig, radial nach außen erstreckenden Rand (6) mit einer Bodenfläche (7) mit einer vorbestimmt minimal radialen Erstreckung (r), die so ausgelegt ist, dass sie fest auf dem oberen Rand (M) einer Spüle (L) angeordnet ist,- wobei der Boden (14) des Behälters (2) beabstandet ist von dem Boden (17) des Gehäuses, um einen Spalt zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- zudem Sterilisationseinrichtungen (5) vorgesehen sind zum Reduzieren der Anzahl von Mikroben auf den Produkten, wobei die Spüleinrichtungen (4) und die Sterilisationseinrichtungen (5) in dem Spalt vollständig unterhalb des Bodens (14) des Behälters (2) angeordnet sind.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ringförmige Rand (6) entlang dem oberen Rand (9) des Gehäuses (8) gebildet ist.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (14) des Behälters (2) im wesentlichen dieselbe Erstreckung wie die obere Öffnung (3) hat.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Auslasseinrichtungen (15) aufweist zum Ablassen der verbrauchten Flüssigkeit aus dem Behälter (2) am Ende des Spül- und/oder Sterilisationsschritts.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslasseinrichtungen (15) eine nach unten gerichtete Leitung (16) begrenzter Länge(1) aufweisen, die verbunden ist mit dem Behälter (2)in Entsprechung mit einer Öffnung des Bodens (14).
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslasseinrichtungen (15) zudem einen Stopfen (19) umfassen, der so ausgelegt ist, dass er in das Loch passt, wobei dieser Stopfen (19) manuell entfernbar ist, um das Ablassen der Spülflüssigkeit aus dem Behälter (2) direkt in die Spüle (L) zu ermöglichen.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) und das Gehäuse (8) aus einem Plastik gefertigt sind, das aus der Gruppe der thermoplastischen Harze ausgewählt ist.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das thermoplastische Harz ABS ist.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spüleinrichtungen (4) einen Frequenzwandler (20) aufweisen, um darin klangliche Wellen einer vorbestimmten Frequenz zu erzeugen.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorbestimmte Frequenz aus einem Bereich der ultrasonischen Frequenzen von 20 kHz bis 50 kHz ausgewählt ist und vorzugsweise nahe bei 40 kHz ist.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sterilisationseinrichtungen (5) einen aktiven Verteilerkreis (21) umfassen für die Zufuhr einer sterilisierenden Flüssigkeit in den Behälter (2).
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sterilisierende Flüssigkeit mit Ozon angereicherte Luft ist, der Verteilerkreis (21) eine Pumpe (22) umfasst zum Ansaugen von Luft von außen und einen Ozongenerator (23), der mit der Abgabeseite (24) der Pumpe (22) verbunden ist.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ozongenerator (23) ein Spannungswandler ist, der in seinem Inneren eine Kammer bildet zum Anreichern der Luft mit Ozon, die von der Pumpe (22) gefördert wird.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteilerkreis (21) eine im wesentlichen ringförmige Versorgungskammer (25) umfasst.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgungskammer (25) eine erste Reihe von Öffnungen (26) aufweist, die in Verbindung steht mit der Kammer zum Anreichern der Luft mit Ozon, um von da mit Ozon angereicherte Luft anzuziehen und eine zweite Reihe von Öffnungen (27), die sich in den Behälter (2) öffnen zur aktiven Zufuhr der mit Ozon angereicherte Luft.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zudem ein perforierter Korb (30) vorgesehen ist, der in dem Behälter (2) angeordnet ist zur Aufnahme der Lebensmittel darin während des gesamten Reinigungsvorgangs und der das Entfernen der gereinigten Gegenstände am Ende des Vorgangs erlaubt.
