Claims (15)

  1. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige, aus mehreren Komponenten bestehende Produkte mit einer Einrichtung zur aufeinander folgenden und gegebenenfalls nachträglichen Hinzufügung der Komponenten, umfassend einen oben offenen Behälter (1) mit einem Boden (4) und einer Seitenwand (2), die in einen Rand (3) übergeht, sowie einen Spender (11) mit einer Seitenwand (13), die in einen Rand (16) übergeht, und mit einem verschiebbaren Boden (12), der eine erste innere Abteilung (18) für die Aufnahme einer ersten Komponente des Produktes abschließt, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:
    - der Rand (3) des Behälters (1) und der Rand (16) des Spenders (11) sind so ausgebildet, dass sie sich mit einem oberen Verschlusselement verbinden,
    - die Seitenwand (13) des Spenders (11) hat Fenster (14, 15),
    - ein Element (21) ist verschiebbar in den Spender (11) eingesetzt und bildet zusammen mit dem verschiebbaren Boden (12) des Spenders (11) eine innere Abteilung (23) für eine zweite Komponente des Produktes sowie eine oder mehrere weitere innere Abteilungen (24) für eine oder mehrere Komponente des Produktes,
    - der Boden (12) und das Element (21) sind von außen verstellbar,
    - durch Betätigen des beweglichen Bodens (12) und des Elementes (21) kann dieses innerhalb des Spenders (11) in einer vorbestimmten Richtung so verschoben werden, dass eines oder mehrere der Fenster (14, 15) in der Seitenwand (13) des Spenders (11) geöffnet werden, so dass die Komponente oder die Komponenten aus der inneren Abteilung oder aus den inneren Abteilungen durch die in dieser Phase geöffneten Fenster in die erste innere Abteilung (18) übertreten können,
    - das Element (21) kann außerdem innerhalb des Spenders (11) in entgegengesetzter Richtung verschoben werden, bis die in der vorangegangenen Phase noch geschlossenen Fenster geöffnet werden, so dass die Komponente bzw. die Komponenten aus der inneren Abteilung bzw. den inneren Abteilungen über die in dieser Phase nun geöffneten Fenster in die erste innere Abteilung (18) übertreten können.
  2. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Boden (12) und das Element (21) jeweils mit einer Kupplung (19) bzw. einer komplementären Kupplung (22) versehen sind, die fest miteinander verbindbar sind.
  3. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Boden (12) einen durch Druck oder Zug zu betätigenden Griffknopf (20) aufweist.
  4. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (1) und der Spender (11) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
  5. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (1) und der Spender (11) als getrennte und anschließend miteinander verbindbare Teile ausgebildet sind und dass der Behälter (1) in seinem Boden (4) ein Öffnung (10) hat, die eine stabile Kupplung mit dem Spender (11) gewährleistet.
  6. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (21) Vorsprünge (30) aufweist, die mit den Rändern (31) der Fenster in Eingriff bringbar sind derart, dass das Element (21) sich nicht über die durch diesen Engriff definierte Position hinaus verschieben kann.
  7. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Element (21) Rippen (25, 26) ausgebildet sind, die mit entsprechenden Vorsprüngen (27, 28) innerhalb der Seitenwand (13) des Spenders (11) in Eingriff kommen, so dass innerhalb des Spenders (11) das Element (21) stabil positioniert ist und jede der in dem Spender (11) vorgesehene Abteilungen (24, 25) hermetisch abgeschlossen ist.
  8. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (4) des Behälters (1) auf einem Teil oder seiner gesamten Oberfläche mit Öffnungen versehen ist.
  9. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach einem der vorhergehenden Anprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (4) des Behälters (1) einen abgewinkelten Rand (7) hat, der vom Innenraum der Verpackung abgewandt ist und eine oder mehrere äußere Fächer (8, 9) bildet.
  10. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußeren Fächer (8, 9) zur Aufnahme von Zubehörteilen für die Zubereitung oder die Verwendung des Produktes ausgebildet sind.
  11. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abgewinkelte Rand (7) so ausgebildet ist, dass er sich mit einem unteren Verschlusselement (5) verbinden kann,
  12. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach Anspruch 11., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Verschlusselement nur an dem Fach bzw. an den Fächern geöffnet werden kann, die im Bereich der Öffnung (10) und damit nicht im Bereich des gelochten Bodens (4) liegen.
  13. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äußere Fach (8) im Bereich des gelochten Bodens (4) des Behälters (1) so ausgebildet ist, dass es überschüssige Komponenten des Produktes aufnehmen kann, die sich bei der Zubereitung des Produktes in der Verpackung einstellen, und dass das Band (33) der Bodenfläche (4) den Überschuss der Komponenten, der sich in dem Fach (8) befindet, daran hindert, aus diesem Fach herauszutreten, wenn der Behälter (1) gekippt wird, um das Produkt nach außen abzugeben.
  14. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (21) mit einem eigenen Verschlusselement oberhalb des oberen Verschlusselementes (17) des Behälters (1) ausgerüstet ist.
  15. Verpackung für gebrauchsfertige Produkte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Verschlusselemente des Behälters (1) und des Elementes (21) sowie die unteren Verschlusselemente (5) der Fächer (8, 9) aus Kunststofffolie bestehen.
