Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'appel d'urgence entre un appareil de télécommunication (SUBS_TEL), de préférence un appareil mobile, et une centrale d'appels d'urgence (NOT_SERV, NOT_TEL). Selon l'invention, l'appareil de télécommunication présente un état de fonctionnement qui est déterminé par une fonction de connexion pouvant être activée et désactivée (état de connexion et de déconnexion) auprès d'un fournisseur de service de télécommunication VoIP, par l'intermédiaire d'une infrastructure IP. La centrale d'appels d'urgence dispose d'un numéro IP public qui permet d'établir une liaison d'appel d'urgence entre l'appareil de télécommunication et la centrale d'appels d'urgence, sans passer par le fournisseur de service de télécommunication VoIP, lorsque la fonction de connexion de l'appareil de télécommunication est désactivée (état déconnecté), ce qui garantit que, même à l'état de déconnexion, l'appareil de télécommunication peut émettre un appel d'urgence non enregistré auprès du fournisseur de service de télécommunication VoIP.
