Description

The invention relates to a concealed corner bearing fitting for a window, a door or the like. With a base plate to be fixed to a frame having a horizontal and a vertical leg, wherein a leg portion of the vertical leg is set back relative to the fake air side front of the vertical leg, and a concealed Ecktagerbeschiag for a window, a door or the like with a frame to be fixed to a base plate having a horizontal and a vertical leg, wherein a support bracket is provided, which is connected to the base plate.

A Ecklagerbeschlag serves to connect the frame and the wing in a lower portion of the frame. For concealed fittings of windows, doors or the like, with and without rollover, the sash weight must be absorbed by the concealed fitting. Furthermore, in particular in the case of windows, doors or the like with rollover, the wing must first be opened for opening from the fixed frame so that there is no collision between the rollover and the frame when the wing is opened. For the concealed fitting only a limited installation space is available. The concealed fitting must therefore be designed for a limited installation space and yet be able to remove high sash weights. This means that the weight of the wing must be introduced as possible over a large area in the frame, so as to prevent overloading a small area.

From the EP 1 256 682 A1 a Ecklagerbeschlag is known which has a base plate to be fastened to a horizontal and comprises a vertical leg. The free end of the vertical leg is set back relative to the remaining part of the vertical leg.

From the EP 1 568 839 A2 is a Ecklageranordnung known in which of the base plate, which is a horizontal leg, a vertical leg protrudes.

Object of the present invention is to provide a Ecklagerbeschlag with which even high wing loads can be removed.

This object is achieved by a Ecklagerbeschlag of the aforementioned type, wherein the leg portion adjoins directly to the horizontal leg to make room for a corner band. By the leg portion of the fitting is reinforced. The Schenkelababschnitt is set back to form a recess into which a part of a corner band or a tab of a scissors geometry can retract with the wing closed. By this measure, a compact design is realized at high load transfer.

For example, it can be provided that the recessed leg portion is formed from the vertical leg. This has the advantage that no additional part has to be attached to the vertical leg.

In the context of the invention, a concealed Ecklagerbeschlag falls with the features of claim 3. In particular, the back staggered leg portion may be part of the support bracket. Since the support bracket is connected to the base plate, it can be considered as part of the base plate. Due to the support bracket, a standard fitting can be inexpensively "upgraded" in order to be able to remove higher sash weights. For example, a standard fitting can be designed so that it can remove a sash weight sufficient for about 95% of the finished windows. For the remaining 5% of the windows, the Standard fitting can be retrofitted with a support bracket, so that a higher sash weight can be removed. Thus, a standard fitting can be upgraded with little technical effort. The base plate of the standard fitting is designed so that the frame does not need to be processed. Since the baseplate tool is relatively expensive, no new baseplate (with a changed contour) is built for heavy windows, which in principle would also be possible, but according to the invention the baseplate is provided with a support bracket.

A particularly good stabilization results when the support angle engages behind the vertical leg of the base plate in sections and engages under sections of the horizontal leg. The support bracket can cover the entire base plate or just parts of it. Likewise, the strength of the support angle depends on the material quality used. If a support bracket is installed over the entire length of the base plate, the frame may need to be milled in depending on the existing seam clearance and the material thickness of the support bracket. The support bracket prevents the base plate from tipping forward. This is already prevented by the vertical leg of the base plate at low sash weights. The support angle prevents tensioning of the system, which would lead to increased wear.

The stability is further increased when the support bracket is firmly connected to the base plate. This can be done for example by means of welding, gluing, soldering, riveting or the like.

For maximum stability of the Ecklagerbeschlags, it is also advantageous if the base plate and the support bracket are connected gap-free, so no stability affecting interstices are present.

In a particularly preferred embodiment it can be provided that the recessed leg portion or the support angle a Through opening for a screw fastening to a frame. This allows an additional connection to the frame are made.

A compact construction of the fitting is made possible when a downwardly directed load-receiving device is provided. Such a load-bearing device is advantageous because it does not have to be accommodated in the seaming air area between the frame and the wing.

Advantageously, the base plate on at least a portion of the load-receiving device. Preferably, the base plate has a downwardly directed sleeve in which a downwardly directed support pin of a support bracket is rotatably arranged. By this arrangement, the support tab can initiate the resulting bending moment on the support pin in the sleeve. The support bracket is firmly connected to the support bolt. The sleeve, which is fixedly connected to the base plate, serves as an abutment to the occurring bending moment, which is introduced via the support bracket and the support bolt. The sleeve and the support bolt form a hinge. As a result, the pivotal connection of the base plate and the support plate is realized. The forces are transmitted to the base plate via the sleeve. This directs the forces on the screw in the frame. The forces in the base plate are influenced by the length of the sleeve and the support pin. These must therefore be selected accordingly for a sufficient load bearing.

In one embodiment of the invention, a scissor geometry consisting of the support tab and a control tab may be provided. The scissor geometry makes it possible to show the sash.

Particular advantages arise when a tab is made thicker than the other. Thus, one of the tabs can be used to remove at least a portion, preferably the entire weight of a wing. The other tab may be made smaller in thickness if used exclusively or predominantly as a control tab. The fact that one tab is thinner than the other, the total height of folded tabs can be reduced, which is particularly advantageous for concealed fittings.

If the support bracket is connected to a wing-side corner band, the base plate can be relieved. In this way, the scissor geometry can not tip over. This relieves the base plate.

In a further development it can be provided that a bolt having a rear grip is provided on the support bracket, which pin engages behind a portion of the corner band. Thus, a lowering of the tab is no longer possible. The bolt can be made T-shaped in cross section. After insertion of the wing, a rear grip on the corner band can be generated by turning the bolt.

A particularly compact embodiment of the Ecklagerbeschlags is made possible when the horizontal leg of the base plate has a guide for the control tab, wherein the guide is formed bent and / or is aligned obliquely to a longitudinal direction of the horizontal leg.

The scope of the invention also includes a window, a door or the like, with a fixed frame and / or at least one wing, comprising at least one corner bearing fitting described above.

In the FIGS. 1 and 2 a corner bearing fitting 10 is shown. This comprises an angular base plate 11, which serves for fastening of the fitting 10 to a window frame. A control tab 12 is pivotally connected to a support tab 13 of a scissors geometry 14. The end 15 of the control tab 12 is displaceable along a guide 16 relative to the base plate 11. In the exemplary embodiment, the scissors geometry 14 is designed so that the wing is turned off as little as possible and yet creates the greatest possible clearance. The support bracket 13 is pivotally connected to the base plate 11. To open the wing of this is just turned off so far from the frame, that there is no collision hiss the flashover and the frame.

The base plate 11 can be screwed to a frame. On the wing is a in the FIGS. 1 . 2 not shown Eckband provided with which the wing is supported on the control tab 12.

A support pin 17 is from the control tab 12 from. On this support pin 17, the corner band sits. The support pin 17 forms a Eckbandaufnahme. The support bracket 13 has at its free end also a bolt 18 which engages from below into the corner band. The weight of the wing is transmitted via the corner band on the support pin 17. This transfers the weight then on the control tab 12. The control tab 12 rests on the support bracket 13 and thus transmits the load on the support bracket 13. The scissor geometry 14 was chosen so that the greatest possible overlap of the control tab 12 and the support bracket 13 with open Wing is present. Thus, a resulting bending moment is kept small. The support tab 13 must accommodate a larger load than the control tab 12. Therefore, the support bracket 13 is formed thicker than the control tab 12th

The base plate 11 has a vertical leg 11.1 and a horizontal leg 11.2. The vertical limb 11. 1 has a leg section 20 which is set back in relation to the fold-side front side 19. In the exemplary embodiment, the leg portion 20 is part of a support bracket 21. The vertical leg 11.1 has a recess 22 so that enough space remains for the free end 23 of the control tab 12 with the wing closed and movement of the wing is not hindered. Also, a portion of the corner band may protrude into the recess 22 when the wing is closed. In order to stabilize the base plate 11, the support bracket 21 is provided. The support bracket 21 has a passage opening 24, so that the support bracket 21 can be screwed to the frame.

From the representation of FIG. 1 it can be seen that the guide 16 is executed bent. By the ends of the guide 16, the movement of the control tab 12 is limited relative to the horizontal leg 11.2 of the base plate 11. The base plate 11 and the support bracket 13 together form a load-receiving device 30. For this purpose, the base plate 11 has a downwardly extending sleeve 31 into which a support pin 32 which is fixedly connected to one end of the support bracket 13 projects. In this case, the support tab 13 initiates the bending moment arising under the weight of the flared wing via the support bolt 32 into the sleeve 31. The sleeve 31 serves as an abutment to the occurring bending moment, which is introduced via the support bracket 13 and the support pin 32. The sleeve 31 and the support pin 32 form a hinge. The forces occurring are transmitted to the base plate 11 via the sleeve 31. This introduces the forces via the screw in the frame. Due to the fact that the load-receiving device 30 projects downwards, in particular into the frame, the fitting 10 occupies only a small amount of space in the rebate air area.

By the support bracket 21 prevents the base plate 11, in particular its horizontal leg 11.2, can tilt forward when heavy wings are used. The base plate 11 is reinforced by the support bracket 21 in the region of the sleeve 31, which makes the overall system much stiffer. The support bracket 21 prevents the tilting of the base plate 11 in the region of the locking bolt 32. Thus, there is no tension of the system, which would lead to increased wear. The base plate 11 shown is a standard base plate that can be used for lighter sash weights without the support bracket 21. By the support bracket 21, a standard base plate 11 can be designed for heavy wing loads.

Die HĆ¼lse 31 ragt dabei durch den StĆ¼tzwinkel 21.In the FIG. 3 is a plan view from below of the base plate 11, in particular on the horizontal leg 11.2 shown. Here you can see that a portion 21.1 of the support bracket 21 engages under the horizontal leg 11.2. The sleeve 31 protrudes through the support bracket 21st

In the side view of FIG. 4 It can be seen that the support bracket 21 with its vertical leg 21.2 engages behind the vertical leg 11.1 of the base plate 11 and engages with its horizontal leg 21.1 the horizontal leg 11.2 of the base plate 11. Thus, the base plate 11 is stabilized in the corner by the support bracket 21. Furthermore, it can be seen that the leg 21.1 rests particularly dense, in particular without a gap at the bottom of the horizontal leg 11.2. This achieves the greatest possible stability. Preferably, the support bracket 21 is materially connected, in particular by soldering or welding to the base plate 11.

In the FIGS. 4 and 5 an embodiment of a Ecklagerbeschlags 50 is shown with a corner band 51. The bolt 52 has a rear handle 53, with which he engages behind the corner band 51 in sections. As a result, the support bracket 13 and the corner band 51 are connected to each other. The scissors geometry 14 can not tip. As a result, the base plate 11 is relieved. The connection between the support tab 13 and the corner band 51 is most easily made with a kind of bayonet closure. The bolt 52 is T-shaped in cross section. After insertion of the wing to which the corner band 51 is attached, a rear grip on the corner band 51 is generated by turning the bolt. Thus, a lowering of the support bracket 13 is no longer possible.
