Claims (12)

  1. °) Dispositif pour revêtir une pièce comportant un dispositif de répartition de la matière de revêtement, muni d'un brûleur pour faire fondre la matière de revêtement et au moins une buse de gaz sous pression (6, 6') pour transporter la matière de revêtement, fondue, de façon à générer un jet de pulvérisation de matière de revêtement fondue dirigé vers la surface à revêtir,
    au moins une seconde sortie de gaz sous pression (6, 10') générant un jet de gaz sous pression dirigé sur la surface à revêtir,
    dispositif caractérisé par
    - un total de huit ouvertures pour la sortie de l'air comprimé et qui sont réparties en deux rangées parallèles,
    - une rangée comportant trois sorties de gaz sous pression pour éliminer la pulvérisation qui dépasse et une autre rangée comporte cinq buses de gaz sous pression.
  2. °) Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par
    un corps de base (1), allongé, dont le côté d'extrémité est muni du dispositif de répartition.
  3. °) Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé par
    un entraînement en rotation pour assurer la rotation du dispositif de répartition.
  4. °) Dispositif selon les revendications 2 et 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de répartition est entraîné en rotation autour de l'axe longitudinal du corps de base (1).
  5. °) Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé par
    des moyens pour déplacer le dispositif de répartition le long de la surface supérieure de la pièce.
  6. °) Dispositif selon les revendications 3 et 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de répartition est mobile le long de son axe de rotation.
  7. °) Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la veine de gaz sous pression est en amont du jet de pulvérisation formé du matériau de revêtement fondu dans le sens de déplacement du dispositif de répartition.
  8. °) Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé par
    un dispositif d'aspiration.
  9. °) Dispositif selon les revendications 5 et 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'aspiration est en amont de la buse de gaz sous pression (6, 6') et/ou de la seconde sortie de gaz sous pression (6, 10') selon la direction de déplacement du dispositif de répartition.
  10. °) Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé par
    une alimentation en gaz sous pression (8) installée dans le corps de base (1) pour la buse de gaz sous pression (6, 6') et/ou la seconde sortie de gaz sous pression (6, 10').
  11. °) Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la buse de gaz sous pression (6, 6') est orientée pour que le jet pulvérisé soit dirigé dans la direction normale à la surface à revêtir.
  12. °) Procédé de revêtement d'une pièce à l'aide d'un dispositif de répartition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 d'une matière de revêtement sur la surface de la pièce en ce que tout d'abord on fait fondre la matière de revêtement à l'aide d'un brûleur et ensuite à l'aide d'une veine de gaz sous pression, on transporte la matière fondue à la surface de la pièce pour réaliser un revêtement par plusieurs opérations de revêtement,
    procédé caractérisé en ce qu'
    avant chaque opération de revêtement, on élimine localement les saletés aux endroits qui à cet instant ne doivent pas comporter de pulvérisation qui dépasse pour recevoir un revêtement de matière fondue à l'aide d'au moins une veine de gaz sous pression ne contenant pas de matière de revêtement.
