Claims (12)

  1. Emballage avec une ouverture refermable améliorée comprenant :
    un corps d'emballage comprenant une feuille d'emballage principale avant supérieure (102), une feuille d'emballage principale avant inférieure (201) et une feuille d'emballage principale arrière (203) qui sont soudées ensemble pour former un joint bord à bord ;
    une ouverture refermable (101) sur ledit emballage pour insérer des objets dans ledit emballage ;
    des moyens de déviation (103) recouvrant ladite ouverture refermable (101) qui sont prédisposés pour diriger l'écoulement d'air à distance de ladite ouverture refermable (101) lorsqu'il y a une augmentation de la pression d'air interne ; et
    un joint affaibli (104) formé au niveau de la partie dudit joint bord à bord dans lequel ledit joint affaibli (104) se rompt lorsque ladite augmentation de pression d'air interne s'est accumulée jusqu'à un point critique.
  2. Emballage avec une ouverture refermable améliorée selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une partie desdits moyens de déviation (103) peut être détachée du reste de l'emballage lorsqu'une augmentation de pression d'air interne s'est accumulée jusqu'à un point critique.
  3. Emballage avec une ouverture refermable améliorée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le joint affaibli (104) est formé au niveau dudit joint bord à bord de ladite feuille d'emballage principale avant supérieure (102) et ladite feuille d'emballage principale arrière (203).
  4. Emballage avec une ouverture refermable améliorée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, ladite feuille d'emballage principale avant supérieure (102) étant faite d'un matériau différent de ladite feuille d'emballage principale arrière (203).
  5. Emballage avec une ouverture refermable améliorée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit joint affaibli (104) est créé en utilisant une température de thermosoudage qui est inférieure à la température de joint utilisée pour fermer le reste dudit joint bord à bord.
  6. Emballage avec une ouverture refermable améliorée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit joint affaibli (104) est une zone d'étanchéité désignée plus petite que la zone d'étanchéité du reste dudit joint bord à bord.
  7. Emballage avec une ouverture refermable améliorée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit joint affaibli (104) est créé en formant une encoche sur une partie dudit joint bord à bord.
  8. Emballage avec une ouverture refermable améliorée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit joint affaibli (104) est créé en disposant un film entre lesdites feuilles d'emballage principales avant (102) et arrière (203) sur une partie dudit joint bord à bord, dans lequel ledit film (202) est réalisé avec un matériau différent desdites feuilles d'emballage principales avant (102) ou arrière (203).
  9. Emballage avec une ouverture refermable améliorée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, dans lequel ledit joint affaibli (104) se trouve au niveau de la partie supérieure dudit joint bord à bord.
  10. Emballage avec une ouverture refermable améliorée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite ouverture refermable (101) est une fermeture éclair.
  11. Emballage avec une ouverture refermable améliorée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdits moyens de déviation (103) sont une partie étendue de ladite feuille d'emballage principale avant supérieure (102).
  12. Emballage avec une ouverture refermable améliorée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite feuille d'emballage principale avant inférieure (201) est faite d'un deuxième matériau et ladite feuille d'emballage principale arrière (203) est faite d'un troisième matériau, dans lequel ledit joint bord à bord formé par ladite feuille d'emballage principale avant inférieure (201) et ladite feuille d'emballage principale arrière (203) est plus robuste que ledit joint affaibli (104).
