Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Montage eines Kurbeltriebs eines Kolbenverdichters.The present invention relates to a method for assembling a crank mechanism of a reciprocating compressor.

Da beide bekannte, alternative Montageverfahren des Standes der Technik voraussetzen, dass das Kurbelgehäuse oder das Pleuel geteilt ausgeführt werden, ist ein entsprechend hoher fertigungstechnischer Aufwand durch Fräsen von Anlageflächen des Kurbelgehäuses bzw. der Verbindungsstelle am Pleuelkopf erforderlich. Die Erfindung schließt die verfahrenstechnische Lehre ein, dass zur Montage eines Kurbeltriebs, umfassend eine Kurbelwelle und mindestens ein Pleuel in ein Kurbelgehäuse folgende Verfahrensschritte ausgeführt werden:
- ein einstückiges Pleuel wird durch eine Zylinderöffnung des einstückigen Kurbelgehäuses eingeführt,
- eine Kurbelwelle wird durch eine Kurbelwellenlageröffnung des einstückigen Kurbelgehäuses eingeführt,
- die Kurbelwelle wird mit dem im Innenraum des Kurbelgehäuses liegenden Endes in eine Öffnung des Pleuelkopfes eingefädelt,
- bis sich das Pleuel in der montierten Position relativ zur Kurbelwelle befindet und hierbei mit dem Pleuellagersitz der Kurbelwelle eine Pressverbindung bildet.

Der Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung liegt insbesondere darin, dass eine Teilung von Kurbelgehäuse und/oder Pleuel zur Montage des Kurbeltriebs völlig entfallen kann. Zum erfindungsgemäßen Einfädeln des Endes der Kurbelwelle in die Öffnung des Pleuelkopfes im Innenraum des Kurbelgehäuses sind die Zylinderöffnung sowie die Kurbelwellenlageröffnung entsprechend zu dimensionieren. Die Kurbelwellenlageröffnung ist vorgesehen zum Einsetzen der Kurbelwellenlager. Bei der Gestaltung der Kurbelwelle ist das Erfordernis der Einfädelmontage natürlich zu beachten. Durch die Einsparung eines geteilten Kurbelgehäuses und/oder eines geteilten Pleuels nimmt der erfindungsgemäße Kolbenverdichter insgesamt weniger Bauraum ein, da weniger Material für Gewindebohrungen im Kurbelgehäuse erforderlich ist. Insbesondere wenn der Kolbenverdichter als trockenlaufender Verdichter ausgebildet ist, kann das Hubzapfenlager als dauergeschmiertes Wälzlager ausgebildet sein. Eine besonders einfache Montage ergibt sich, wenn das Hubzapfenlager zuerst am Pleuel montiert wird, ehe das Pleuel samt Hubzapfenlager über den Lagerinnenring des Hubzapfenlagers auf die Kurbelwelle montiert wird. Falls bei der Lagerung der Kurbelwelle des zweizylindrigen Kurbelverdichters ein Zwischenlager zur Anwendung kommt, welches zwischen den beiden Kurbeltrieben auf der Kurbelwelle platziert ist, kann sich das Zwischenlager beim Einpressen an einer Zwischenwand des Kurbelgehäuses abstützen.The invention is not limited to the embodiment described above. Claims (5)
