Claims (4)

차량용 제동장치의 에어컴프레서에 있어서,
압축공기가 흡입 또는 토출되는 출입구(11)가 각각 형성되며 가스킷(12)에 의해 기밀이 유지되는 저면에 밸브시트(13)가 결합되며 알루미늄재로 형성된 실린더헤드(10)와;
상기 밸브시트(13) 저면에 다수개의 볼트로 고정된 중공형상으로 형성되고, 주철재로 이루어지는 실린더라이너(20)와;
상기 실린더라이너(20) 내측에서 수직 상하로 직선운동되는 원통 형상으로 이루어지며 다수개의 피스톤링(31)이 외주면에 삽입되며, 상기 피스톤링(31)은 외주연 상단에서 하단으로 하향경사지게 형성되는 피스톤(30)과;
상기 실린더라이너(20) 저면에 볼트 고정되며 회전가능하게 양단이 베어링(411)에 의해 지지된 크랭크샤프트(41)와, 상기 크랭크샤프트(41)가 하단에 고정되며 상단이 피스톤(30) 저면에 결합핀(421)에 고정되는 커넥팅로드(42)가 구비되고, 알루미늄재로 형성된 크랭크케이스(40)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 제동장치의 에어컴프레서.
In the air compressor of a vehicle braking device,
A cylinder head 10 formed of an aluminum material and having a valve seat 13 coupled to a bottom surface of which an air outlet 11 through which the compressed air is sucked or discharged is formed and which is kept airtight by the gasket 12;
A cylinder liner 20 formed in a hollow shape fixed to a plurality of bolts on a bottom surface of the valve seat 13 and formed of cast iron;
The cylinder liner 20 has a cylindrical shape that is linearly vertically moved up and down inside the cylinder liner 20, a plurality of piston rings 31 are inserted into the outer circumferential surface, the piston ring 31 is formed to be inclined downward from the upper end of the outer peripheral edge 30;
The crankshaft 41 is bolted to the bottom of the cylinder liner 20 and rotatably supported at both ends by a bearing 411, and the crankshaft 41 is fixed at the lower end and the upper end is at the bottom of the piston 30. A connecting rod 42 fixed to the coupling pin 421 is provided, and the air compressor of the vehicle brake device, characterized in that the crankcase 40 formed of an aluminum material is formed.
