Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sample warping machine with a warp drum having a cutout, a cutting rod assembly having a clamping rod and a cutting rod, and a yarn guide assembly on an end face of the warping drum, wherein the clamping rod is arranged in the cutout.
  • Out JP 2002 05 4048 A is a pattern warping machine with a warping drum is known, which has for holding threads cross bars and is provided for separating the threads with a cutting rod.
  • the cross bars are arranged in a recess of the warping drum.
  • Another sample warping machine is off DE 107 17 443 C1 known, wherein a cutting rod and cross bars are arranged on a flat portion of the warping drum.
  • a sample warping machine is used to generate so-called “pattern chains” or “short chains”.
  • the yarn guide assembly simultaneously guides one or more yarns around the circumference of the warping drum.
  • the same thread is used to create a new one.
  • the threads are wound up, so to speak, endlessly on the warping drum. Thread breaks that you occasionally needed to to generate a certain pattern in the chain, should not be discussed here for the sake of simplicity.
  • the thread at the beginning of the winding can be placed radially outward on the cutting rod and at the end of the winding radially under the clamping bar. In the remaining turns of the thread is then placed in each case on the other sides of cutting and clamping bar.
  • the invention has for its object to simplify the tree process.
  • the neckline which is sometimes referred to as "V-neck” due to its shape, there is enough space to handle the clamp bar.
  • the clamping bar is not or not completely covered on its radial inside of the warping drum, so that, for example, for the clamping of the threads sufficient handling space is available.
  • the neckline missing a part of the peripheral surface of the warping drum.
  • the inside of the warping drum is freely accessible from the outside. Accordingly, also elements which are arranged in the interior of the warping drum can be moved from the inside to the outside, in order to act on the group of threads, which is otherwise wound on the circumference of the warping drum.
  • a clamping device which is arranged in the warping drum, the clamping of the threads is considerably simplified because this clamping device is at least partially fixed in the warping drum.
  • the clamping device can be locked on the clamping bar.
  • both the clamping bar and the clamping device have means to at least temporarily connect the two elements together.
  • the clamping device and the clamping rod are connected together, they hold together the threads between them, so that the thread ends are held, so to speak, until the end of the Bäumvorgangs under a certain tension.
  • the removal of the pattern chain from the warping drum can thus be done until the end with a relatively high voltage and thus at a relatively high speed.
  • the clamping bar is adjustable between a sharpening position, in which a yarn contact surface is smooth to the free end, and a bumping position, in which a locking element protrudes from the yarn contact surface in the region of the free end.
  • the threads are transported away from the front side by conveyor belts which are axially parallel to the circumference of the warping drum, wherein the width of the chain is gradually formed.
  • the thread abutment surface of the clamping bar is smooth, so that the threads can slide without major forces on the clamping bar.
  • the locking element is preferably arranged in the region of one or both ends of the clamping rod, so that it does not disturb otherwise.
  • the clamping bar is rotatable by an angle in the range of 45 ° to 135 °. In general, you will turn the clamping bar between the archipelago and the trees by about 90 °. This has the additional advantage that one by this rotational movement a fishing tip, with the warp during the warp, the threads are prevented from slipping from the clamp rod, away from the Wikkel, so that the fishing tip when trees, i. when unwinding the pattern chain from the scope of the warping drum, does not bother.
  • the clamping device can be applied radially from the inside to the clamping bar.
  • the thread ends are also applied radially from the inside to the clamping bar, so isolated. In this case, there is enough space in which the clamping device can move to pinch the threads and thus hold. Clamping can thus be automated or at least partially automated.
  • the clamping bar is rotatable with the warping drum. So you can leave the clamping bar at its position when unwinding the pattern chain of the warping drum. It is not necessary to replace the clamping bar with another element to clamp the thread ends in unwinding the pattern chain of the warping drum.
  • the clamping rod is attached to the warping drum. In this case, it is particularly easy to rotate the clamping bar with the warping drum.
  • the cutting rod is in the circumferential direction of the warping drum at least 25 °, in particular at least 45 ° and preferably at least 75 ° away from the clamping rod.
  • the Wikkel forming thereby should have a cone-shaped end face to prevent slipping of radially further outward turns.
  • a thread if it has been wound on the circumference of the warping drum with the required length, ie a correspondingly large number of turns, and is to be reused to form a new winding, it at least in the axial direction of the warping drum the axial length of the cone must be offset. For this purpose, for example, you can control the thread guide the yarn guide assembly accordingly.
  • the thread guide assembly has at least one thread guide, with which the free end of the clamping bar is umfahrbar.
  • the clamping bar can be designed as a passive clamping bar, i. his fishing tip must not be movable to "capture” the threads, so to guide so that they come either to lie radially on or radially below the clamping bar.
  • This in turn facilitates the attachment of the clamping rod to the warping drum.
  • the clamp rod neither signals nor auxiliary power must be supplied. This simplifies the construction of the pattern warping machine.
  • a holding device for threads temporarily not required is arranged in the cutout.
  • This holding device can be formed for example by a soul, which is designed as a wire or thread on which the threads temporarily not required for forming the pattern chain are wound up. If such a temporary unneeded thread to be included in the warping process, then it is moved out at the end of the cut. This position is the end of the chain. The fact that you have now arranged the clamping bar in the neck, you can capture such a thread with high reliability even if it has been temporarily removed from the warping.
  • Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a sample warper 1 from the side. For the sake of clarity, not all elements are shown here, which are also in Fig. 2 find.
  • the sample warping machine 1 has a warping drum 2, which is fastened to a stand 3, which is supported on a base 4.
  • the warping drum 2 is rotatably mounted about an axis 5.
  • the warping drum 2 can be secured against rotation, so that it is rotatably mounted for a particular operating condition, which is explained in more detail below.
  • a yarn guide assembly 7 On the side facing away from the stator 3 of the warping drum 2, a yarn guide assembly 7 is arranged, which has a plurality of yarn guides 8. Each yarn guide 8 is arranged on a spoke-like arm 9 which is non-rotatably mounted on a shaft 10. On the shaft 10 is also a rotary gate 11 is mounted with a plurality of coils 12, from which threads 13 are withdrawn, which are guided by thread guide eyes 14 at the tips of the yarn guide 11.
  • the yarn guides 8 are pivotable relative to the arms 9, so that they can either lead the threads 13 around the circumference of the warping drum 2 and deposits there on the circumference of the conveyor belts 6, or they can be performed in front of the front side of the warping drum 2, so that the threads 13 are wound around a core 15, which is arranged in the middle of the warping drum and serves as a holding device for temporarily unnecessary threads.
  • the yarn guides 8 also control the storage position on the transport belt 6.
  • the yarns 13 are deposited somewhat further in the direction of the stand 3 with each turn, so that a winding 16 with a conical end face forms on the conveyor belts 6.
  • a plurality of partial rods 17-27 are arranged distributed on the circumference of the warping drum 2. These partial bars serve to form crosses at the beginning and at the end of the pattern chain, or to create a so-called sizing division. For the sake of clarity, are in Fig. 1 not all of these partial bars 17-27, but only the part bars 17, 20, 21 and 25.
  • Each sub-rod 17-27 has a fishing tip 30, which ensures that a radially outward on the sub-rod 17-27 launched thread 13 does not accidentally slip from the sub-rod 17-27 down.
  • All sub-rods 17-27 are formed as passive sub-rods, i. they have no movable elements.
  • the guiding of the threads 13 takes place exclusively by the thread guides 8, which are able to pass the threads 13 at the free ends of the partial rods 17-27, so that they come to lie radially below the partial rods 17-27, or not to the Partial rods 17-27 pass over, so that they come to lie in the radial direction on the part bars 17-27.
  • a clamping bar 28 and a cutting rod 29 are arranged on the circumference of the warping drum 2, which are formed similar to the part rods 17-27. In this case, the last turn is guided radially outside of the cutting rod 29 and the first turn of a thread radially inside the clamping bar 28th
  • Clamping rod 28 and cutting rod 29 together form a cutting rod assembly, with the aid of which after warping the warping drum 2, a beginning and an end of the pattern chain are generated, as will be explained below.
  • the warping drum 2 has a V-shaped recess 31, arranged at the radially inner end of the soul 15 is to be wound up on the threads not needed at times.
  • the clamping bar 28 is arranged so that the threads that are reintroduced by the soul 15 in the warping process, can be detected by the clamping bar 28. It may be beneficial in cross or sizing bars, not to detect the first turn of a thread, but the second or third turn.
  • clamping rod 28 and cutting rod 29 have a distance in the circumferential direction, which is about 80 °.
  • the threads 13 are guided by the thread guides 8 around the circumference of the warping drum 2 and deposited on the conveyor belts 6.
  • the conveyor belts move, for example, permanently so that the laid threads migrate to the stator 3.
  • the yarn guides 8 are, as mentioned, so controlled that forms a winding 16 with a cone-shaped end face. If a thread having the desired length of the later pattern chain has been wound around the warper drum 3, then the yarn guide 8 must, as it were, be returned by the axial length of the cone, to return the yarn 13 with its first turn directly to the surface of the conveyor belts 6 lay. If several threads 13 are wound or sharpened at the same time, then this distance can still grow by the thickness of the simultaneously sharpened threads.
  • a clamping device 32 is arranged, which cooperates with the clamping bar 28.
  • the clamping device on a jaw 33 which is fixed to a rod 34, wherein the rod 34 can be moved radially outward.
  • To drive the rod is used only schematically illustrated drive 35, which may either have a motor or even a hand crank.
  • the clamping bar 28 is how a comparison between the 3 and 4 shows, rotatable about 90 ° about its own longitudinal axis.
  • a catch finger 36 which is in a warping position ( Fig. 3 ) is approximately radially outward, is in a bumping position ( Fig. 4 ) is pivoted so that it lies in a compartment 37 which is formed by threads which have been separated by the clamping bar 28.
  • the clamping bar 28 has a locking aid 38 which can be brought into engagement with a counterpart 39 when the clamping device 33 has been driven radially far enough outward.
  • the clamping bar is used to separate a portion 40 of the threads from the winding 16 to form the yarn end. This section 40 is then continued so that it comes to rest outside of the cutting rod 29, ie over the cutting rod 29th
  • the section 40 between the cutting rod 29 and the clamping bar 28 is severed after the clamping device 33 has been locked on the clamping bar 28 and the threads 13 clamped at the end of the section 40.
  • the clamp rod 28, the cutting rod 29 and also the part rods 17-27 are attached to the warper drum 2 and can be rotated together with it, when the pattern chain is withdrawn from the warping drum 2. Accordingly, the preparation of the treeing process has been greatly simplified. It is no longer necessary to extract the clamping bar 28 from the pattern chain before being removed and to replace it with something else. It merely twists the clamping bar 28 by about 90 ° and then moves the clamping device 28 radially out to lock it with the clamping bar 28. By this rotation, although the previously smooth yarn engaging surface 41 of the clamping bar 28, which extends to the free end of the clamping bar 28, is interrupted by the clamping element 38. However, this is not critical, because the threads are not to be moved axially when removing.
