Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung drahtgewickelter Bürsten, das im Wesentlichen aus dem Positionieren von einer oder mehreren Fasern (9) mittels eines Greifers (8) zwischen zwei Drahtteilen (4A-4B); dem Wickeln der Drahtteile (4A-4B) bis auf einen gewünschten Wicklungsgrad; dem Öffnen des Greifers (8), sobald ein oder mehrere Fasern (9) zwischen beiden teilweise gewickelten Drahtteilen (4A-4B) geklemmt sind, besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wickeln der Drahtteile (4A-4B) in mindestens zwei Arbeitsschritte aufgeteilt wird, spezieller einen ersten Wickelschritt in einer ersten Wickelstation, wobei die Drahtteile (4A-4B) gewickelt werden, bis mindestens eine oder mehrere Fasern (9) zwischen beide Drahtteile (4A-4B) geklemmt ist bzw. sind, und mindestens einen weiteren, zweiten Wickelschritt in einer zweiten Wickelstation, wobei die Drahtteile (4A-4B) mit einer oder mehreren Fasern (9) zwischen ihnen weiter bis zu dem vorgenannten gewünschten Wickelgrad gewickelt werden, und dass die Drahtteile von der ersten an der zweiten Wickelstation präsentiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem vorgenannten ersten Wickelschritt zum Klemmen der einen oder mehreren Fasern (9) zwischen die Drahtteile (4A-4B) die Drahtteile (4A-4B) mit einer niedrigeren Geschwindigkeit gewickelt werden als in dem Wickelschritt, worin die Drahtteile (4A-4B) weiter bis zu dem gewünschten Wickelgrad gewickelt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Durchführens des vorgenannten zweiten oder weiteren Wickelschritts der erste Wickelschritt zur Herstellung einer folgenden drahtgewickelten Bürste (12) in ein und derselben Produktionslinie durchgeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Bürsten mittels eines Verfahrens gemäß einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, die im Wesentlichen aus einem Klemmmittel (6) für Drahtteile (4A-4B) besteht, das an Mitteln angebracht ist, die zulassen, die Drahtteile (4A-4B) an verschiedenen Arbeitsstationen zu präsentieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung mindestens eine erste Wickelstation umfasst, die aus einem Greifer (8) zum Anbringen und Positionieren von einer oder mehreren Fasern (9) zwischen den Drahtteilen (4A-4B) und Mitteln, die zulassen, die Drahtteile (4A-4B) in Bezug zueinander zu wickeln, besteht; und welche eine zweite Wickelstation umfasst, die aus Mitteln zum Wickeln der Drahtteile (4A-4B) bis zu einem gewünschten Wickelgrad besteht.
