Claims (3)

  1. Drahtloses Spielsystem, das Folgendes umfasst:
    einen Computer (18, 28, 36) mit darauf befindlicher Software;
    ein drahtloses Netzwerk, das zumindest teilweise eine Eigenschaft abdeckt, wobei das drahtlose Netzwerk mehrere Signalerfassungsvorrichtungen (16, 23, 34, 41, 602) umfasst; und
    eine Spielekommunikationsvorrichtung (13, 24, 604), die zum Senden und Empfangen von Signalen zum und vom Computer über das drahtlose Netzwerk ausgelegt ist;
    wobei die Eigenschaft mehrere Zonen umfasst, wobei jede Zone mindestens einer erlaubten Aktivität zugeordnet ist; wobei jede Zone eine oder mehrere Unterzonen umfasst und jede Unterzone einem Referenzsatz von Signalstärken oder einem Referenzsatz von Laufzeiten von Signalen zugeordnet ist, die von den mehreren Signalerfassungsvorrichtungen von einer Spielekommunikationsvorrichtung in der Unterzone empfangen werden;
    wobei die Software für Folgendes konfiguriert ist:
    i) Bestimmen der Unterzone, in der sich die Spielekommunikationsvorrichtung (13, 24, 604) befindet basierend auf einem Vergleich eines Satzes von Signalstärken oder eines Satzes von Laufzeiten von Signalen, die von mehreren Signalerfassungsvorrichtungen von der Spielekommunikationsvorrichtung mit dem Referenzsatz der Signalstärken oder dem Referenzsatz der Laufzeiten für jede Unterzone empfangen werden und
    ii) Aktivieren oder Deaktivieren einer vorbestimmten Funktionalität der Spielkommunikationsvorrichtung (13, 24, 604) basierend auf dem bestimmten Ort der Spielkommunikationsvorrichtung ;
    wobei die vorbestimmte Funktionalität das Durchführen der mindestens einen erlaubten Aktivität umfasst.
  2. System nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Signalerfassungsvorrichtungen drahtlose Zugangspunkte, drahtlose Router, drahtlose Basisstationen oder Satelliten umfassen.
  3. System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Software ferner für Folgendes konfiguriert ist:
    regelmäßiges erneutes Bestimmen des Orts der Spielekommunikationsvorrichtung; und
    Aktivieren oder Deaktivieren der vorbestimmten Funktionalität der Spielekommunikationsvorrichtung (13, 24, 604) basierend auf dem neu bestimmten Ort der Spielekommunikationsvorrichtung.
