Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Asphaltbeton im kontinuierlichen Verfahren, welche eine Trommel (12), die um ihre Längsachse drehbar gelagert ist, einen Brenner (16) und einen Mischer (18), welcher unter der Trommel (12) derart angeordnet ist, dass die in der Trommel (12) bzw. in dem Mischer (18) zirkulierenden Materialflüsse entgegengesetzt gerichtet sind, umfasst, wobei der Mischer (18) ein rotierendes Mischmittel (182, 183) aufweist, das sich unabhängig von der Trommel (12) dreht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine thermische Hülle (14) umfasst, die einerseits zum Teil um die Trommel (12) herum auf einem Teil von deren Länge ungefähr an der Stelle, wo sich die von dem Brenner (16) erzeugte Flamme befindet, angeordnet ist, und andererseits zum Teil zwischen der Trommel (12) und dem Mischer (18), derart, dass sie eine Verbindung zwischen der Trommel (12) und den Mischer (18) sicherstellt, wobei die Trommel (12) mit dem Mischer (18) über die thermische Hülle (14) kommuniziert.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rotierende Mischmittel (182, 183) von einer Motorantriebseinheit angetrieben wird, die geeignet ist, es mit mehreren Drehzahlen drehen zu lassen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rotierende Mischmittel eine Anordnung von zwei Wellen (182) ist, die nebeneinander angeordnet und auf ihrem Umfang jeweils mit Schaufeln (183) versehen sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die thermische Hülle (14) Öffnungen (141, 143) aufweist, die es ermöglichen, über Leitungen (140, 142, 144, 180) Produkte direkt in den Mischer (18) einzuführen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mischer (18), in Strömungsrichtung gesehen, einen Eingang für trockene Zuschlagstoffe (A), die von der Trommel (12) stammen, einen Eingang für Bitumen (D), einen Eingang für recycelten Asphaltbeton (B), einen Eingang für Füllmaterial (f) und einen Eingang für Zusatzstoffe (C) aufweist.
  6. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Asphaltbeton im kontinuierlichen Verfahren in einer Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, der Reihe nach in den Mischer (18) einzuführen: trockene Zuschlagstoffe (A), die von der Trommel (12) stammen, danach Bitumen (D), danach recycelten Asphaltbeton (B) und Füllmaterial (f).
  7. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Asphaltbeton nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, außerdem in den Mischer (18), nach dem Füllmaterial (f), solche Zusatzstoffe (C) einzuführen, wie Fremdfüller, Sand, Farbstoffe, Fasern.
