Claims (4)

  1. Procédé d'extraction d'eau aromatique et d'huile essentielle de matrices végétales en l'absence de solvant, dans lequel la matrice végétale est mise sous vide et chauffée à une température supérieure au point d'ébullition de l'eau, dans lequel l'eau obtenue par évaporation provient exclusivement de la matrice végétale du fait de la rupture des structures cellulaires, dans lequel des vapeurs se condensent par abaissement de la température, dans lequel, après condensation dans un collecteur, l'eau et l'huile essentielle sont récupérées, caractérisé en ce que la matrice végétale est homogénéisée au moyen d'un homogénéisateur et par ajout d'un sel soluble dans l'eau et en ce que le chauffage est effectué sous vide au moyen d'un bain chaud.
  2. Procédé d'extraction d'eau aromatique et d'huile essentielle de matrices végétales selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le sel est un sel organique.
  3. Procédé d'extraction d'eau aromatique et d'huile essentielle de matrices végétales selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le sel est un sel inorganique.
  4. Procédé d'extraction d'eau aromatique et d'huile essentielle de matrices végétales selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la matrice végétale est chauffée au moyen d'un bain chaud à une température supérieure de 30 degrés au point d'ébullition de l'eau mesuré sous le vide considéré.
