  • Circular knitting machines are widely used nowadays in the textile industry. Many new types of circular knitting machines have been developed to increase operation efficiency and enrich function. These days there are circular knitting machines that can change yarns to alter colors and patterns of the fabrics. This is accomplished by altering different color of yarns on the needles. Each time the yarn of one color is changed, the original yarn has to be cut off, and another color of yarn is used to continue knitting operation. If the debris of the cut off yarn is not properly handled and scatters, it could be gathered in the fabric and form small patches of motley patterns. Removing the yarn debris takes a great deal of extra labor and time.
  • R.O.C. patent publication No. 182863 discloses a technique which has an air duct extended from the interior of a circular knitting machine to connect to a suction machine located outside the knitting machine. It has to provide an extra blower outside the knitting machine to generate suction force. As the air duct is extended from the interior of the knitting machine to the blower, the air duct is too long and bent and twisted. As a result the suction force decreases. And yarn debris and flints tend to accumulate in the duct and result in clogging. Utilization efficiency suffers.

Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Garnresten für eine Farb-Rundstrickmaschine, die einen Zylinder (8) aufweist, der sich um eine zentrale Welle (6) dreht, und die eine Mehrzahl von Nadeln (81) aufweist, die beweglich sind, um einen Strickvorgang auszuführen, welche Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Garnresten Garnreste entfernen soll, die während des Strickvorgangs der Farb-Rundstrickmaschine erzeugt werden, und umfasst:
    eine Druckluft-Erzeugungseinrichtung, um Druckluft zuzuführen;
    eine elektrische Anschlussvorrichtung, die einen Lufteinlass-Verbinder (33) aufweist, der auf einer Oberseite der Farb-Rundstrickmaschine befestigt ist, um mit der Druckluft-Erzeugungseinrichtung zu verbinden, um die Druckluft zu empfangen; und
    einen Luftauslass-Verbinder (34);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftauslass-Verbinder (34) an einem unteren Ende vorgesehen ist, das sich gemeinsam mit dem Zylinder (8) dreht, und mit dem Lufteinlass-Verbinder (33) verbunden ist, um die Druckluft auszugeben;
    wobei die Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Garnresten außerdem umfasst:
    eine Unterdruck-Erzeugungseinrichtung (2), die unterhalb des Luftauslass-Varbinders (34) befestigt ist und sich synchron mit diesem dreht und einen Lufteinlass (22), einen Luftauslass (23) und eine Unterdruck-Saugdüse (21) aufweist,
    wobei der Lufteinlass (22) mit dem Lufteinlass-Verbinder (33) verbunden ist, um die Druckluft einzulassen,
    die Unterdruck-Saugdüse (21) zu den Nadeln (81) hin gerichtet ist und
    der Luftauslass (23) von einem Restesammler bedeckt ist, um die Druckluft abzulassen und die Garnreste herauszufiltern, die während des Strickvorgangs auf den Nadeln (81) erzeugt werden und von der Unterdruck-Saugdüse (21) abgesaugt werden.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Garnresten nach Anspruch 1, wobei die elektrische Anschlussvorrichtung einen Stromeinspeisungsansehluss auf einem oberen Ende, der oberhalb der Strickmaschine befestigt ist, um einen Versorgungsstrom einzugeben, und einen Stromabgabcanschluss auf einem unteren Ende aufweist, der sich mit dem Zylinder (8) dreht und elektrisch leitend mit dem Stromeinspeisungsanschluss verbunden ist, um den Versorgungsstrom auszugeben.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Garnresten nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Stromeinspcisungsanschluss und der Stromabgabeanschluss mittels eines Quecksilberkontakts elektrisch leitend miteinander verbunden sind.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Garnresten nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Stromeinspcisungsanschluss und der Stromabgabcanschluss mittels eines Kohlebürstenkontakts elektrisch leitend miteinander verbunden sind.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Garnresten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die von der Druckluft-Erzeugungseinrichtung erzeugte Druckluft über eine Verbindungsröhre (5) zu dem Lufteinlass-Verbinder (33) weitergeleitet wird.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Garnresten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Druckluft, die von dem Luftauslass-Verbinder (34) ausgegeben wird, über eine Verbindungsröhre (5) zu dem Lufteinlass (22) weitergeleitet wird.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Garnresten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Druckluft-Erzeugungseinrichtung ein Luftkompressor (4) ist.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Garnresten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Restesammler ein Filternetz (1) ist.
  9. Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Garnresten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Unterdruck-Saugdüse (21) zu den Nadeln (81) hin gerichtet ist, wo ein Wechsel von Garnen mit verschiedenen Farben für den Strickvorgang stattfindet.
