On coextrude un film protecteur comprenant une couche (20a) d'un premier matériau choisi pour sa résistance mécanique et une couche (21a) d'un second matériau choisi pour ses performances diélectriques, puis on lamine deux bandes (27) d'un tel film tout en disposant entre elles des conducteurs (11) parallèles.
