Abstract

An apparatus comprises flexible supporting- means (41), suitable for supporting loose ceramic material to be pressed, containing means (4) arranged for loading said flexible supporting means (41) with said loose ceramic material and further comprises movement means (26), such as to move said flexible supporting means (41) along a movement direction (F1, F2) between a loading position, in which said flexible supporting means (41) is nearer said containing means (4) and a pressing position, in which said flexible supporting means (41) is further from said containing means (4), and further comprises driving means (20) such as to drive said containing means (4) along a direction transverse (T1, T2) to said movement direction (F1, F2).
