Description

Aluminium-Gleitlagerlegierung
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine hochbelastbare Aluminiumgleitlagerlegierung, insbesondere für Mehrschichtlager, ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung und zugehörige Gleitlagerschalen und Gleitlager.
Hochbeanspruchte Gleitlager werden aus mehreren Schichten aufgebaut, um der Vielfalt der an die Lager gestellten und zum Teil gegenläufigen Anforderungen zu genügen. Es werden überwiegend Stahl-Aluminium-Verbundwerkstoffe eingesetzt.
Während die Stahlstützschale die Aufnahme der mechanischen Beanspruchung und den Festsitz gewährleistet, müssen die Gleitlagerwerkstoffe den vielfältigen tribologischen Beanspruchungen widerstehen und ermüdungsfest sein. Um diese Anforderung zu erfüllen, enthalten die Gleitlagerwerkstoffe in der Aluminium-Matrix einerseits harte Phasen, wie etwa Silizium und intermetallische Ausscheidungen, und andererseits weiche Phasen, wie zum Beispiel Blei oder Zinn. Die hochbelastbaren
Mehrschichtlager besitzen häufig zusätzlich eine auf der Funktionsschicht galvanisch aufgebrachte hoch bleihaltige Gleitschicht. Diese weiche Gleitschicht sorgt für die guten Notlaufeigenschaften des Lagers. Sie kann Abriebpartikel einbetten und so von der Gleitfläche entfernen.
Eine umweltfreundliche Alternative zu bleihaltigen Aluminiumgleitlagerlegierungen stellen Gleitlager auf Basis Aluminium-Zinn dar, die ohne zusätzliche Gleitschicht eingesetzt werden. Den mechanischen Eigenschaften dieser Legierungen, zum Beispiel der Ermüdungsfestigkeit und Warmfestigkeit, sind jedoch Grenzen gesetzt. Der verhältnismäßig hohe Zinngehalt führt beim Gießen zur Bildung eines an den Korngrenzen zusammenhängenden Zinn-Netzes, das die Belastbarkeit dieser Legierungen speziell bei höheren Temperaturen erheblich beeinträchtigt.
Im Gegensatz zum Zinn besitzt Bismut als weiche Phase in der Aluminium-Matrix einige Vorteile. So weist Bismut einen höheren Schmelzpunkt auf und kann bei höheren Temperaturen eingesetzt werden. Darüber hinaus ist es möglich, durch spezielle Gieß- und Wärmebehandlungsmaßnahmen eine massive Anreicherung des Bismuts an den Korngrenzen der Gleitlagerlegierungen zu vermeiden und eine hinreichend gleichmäßige und feine Verteilung der Bismut-Tröpfchen im Gefüge zu erhalten, was im Endeffekt zur Verbesserung ihrer Belastbarkeit und der tribologischen Eigenschaften im Vergleich zu Aluminium-Zinn-Legierungen führt.
So wurde in der DE 4003018 A1 vorgeschlagen, dass eine Aluminiumlegierung eine oder mehrere der Komponenten 1 bis 50 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 5 bis 30 Gew.-% Blei, 3 bis 50 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 5 bis 30 Gew.-% Bismut und 15 bis 50 Gew.-% Indium sowie zusätzlich eine oder mehrere der Komponenten 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-% Silizium, 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-% Zinn, 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-% Zink, 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% Magnesium, 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% Kupfer, 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% Eisen, 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% Mangan, 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% Nickel und 0,001 bis 0,30 Gew.-% Titan enthalten kann. Diese aus DE 4003018 A1 bekannte Legierung wird im Strangguss vertikal zu einem Band oder Draht von 5 bis 20 mm Dicke bzw. Durchmesser vergossen, wobei die Schmelze mit einer Abkühlungsgeschwindigkeit von 300 bis 1500 K/s gegossen wird. Durch die rasche Abkühlungsgeschwindigkeit soll verhindert werden, dass in der Zeit zwischen dem Unterschreiten der Entmischungstemperatur und der vollständigen Erstarrung des Matrixmetalls großvolumige Ausscheidungen einer Minoritätsphase gebildet werden. Aus der Praxis des Stranggießens von Aluminiumlegierungen ist jedoch bekannt, dass in Folge der sehr hohen Abkühlungsgeschwindigkeiten eine erhebliche Gefahr der Rissbildung besteht und die für die Serienfertigung erforderliche Prozessstabilität nur schwer zu gewährleisten hat.
Durch das in der EP 0 940 474 A1 beschriebene Verfahren kann eine gießtechnisch schwierig zu beherrschende monotektische Aluminiumgleitlagerlegierung mit bis zu 15 Gew.-% Bismut und mit zumindest einem Element aus der Gruppe Silizium, Zinn, Blei in Summe von 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-% sowie möglichen Zusätzen aus der Gruppe Kupfer, Mangan, Magnesium, Nickel, Chrom, Zink und Antimon in einem Ausmaß von in Summe bis zu 3 % in reproduzierbarer Qualität durch Bandgießen vergossen werden. Eine homogene Verteilung der Minoritätsphase wird in diesem Fall durch intensives Rühren der Schmelze im elektromagnetischen Feld erreicht. Durch Zugabe von Komfeinungsmitteln wird darüber hinaus das Gefüge dieser Legierung gefeint. Das wirkt sich unter anderem auch vorteilhaft auf die Größe der tropfenförmigen Bismut-Ausscheidungen aus, die im Gusszustand einen Durchmesser von maximal 40 μm aufweisen. Die Zugabemenge der Kornfeinungsmittel wird nach EP 0 940 474 A1 mit einer Formel berechnet, die den Bismutgehalt in der Schmelze berücksichtigt. Diese Erfindung enthält keine Hinweise auf die Art der eingesetzten Komfeinungszusätze, die zu den im Patent beschriebenen Resultaten führen.
Aus der EP 0 190 691 ist eine Legierung mit 4 bis 7 Gew.-% Bismut, 1 bis 4,5 Gew.- % Silizium, 0 bis 1 ,7 Gew.-% Kupfer, 0 bis 2,5 Gew.-% Blei und zumindest einem Element aus der Gruppe Nickel, Mangan, Chrom in einem Ausmaß von in Summe bis zu 1 % sowie zusätzlich zumindest einem Element aus der Gruppe Zinn, Zink, Antimon von in Summe bis zu 5 Gew.-% bekannt. Hohe Siliziumanteile verstärken zwar die Aluminiummatrix, haben jedoch einen negativen Einfluss auf die Größe der Minoritätsphase und führen zu einer deutlichen Verschlechterung der Tropfenverteilung im Strang. Beim Walzen eines solchen Gussgefüges wird die ursprünglich kugelförmige Blei - bzw. Bismutphase zu sehr dicken Fäden verformt, die mechanische Belastbarkeit und die tribologischen Eigenschaften des Werkstoffs erheblich herabsetzen.
Eine mögliche Lösung zur Einstellung der gewünschten Werkstoffeigenschaften ist die Umbildung der langgestreckten Ausscheidungen der Minoritätsphase zu kompakten Gefügeformen durch eine nachfolgende Wärmebehandlung. Zum Beispiel wird nach der DE 4014430 A1 eine monotektische Aluminium-Silizium- Bismut-Legierung bei Temperaturen von 575 0C bis 585 0C wärmebehandelt, um eine feine Verteilung der nach Walzen plattenförmig gestreckten Bismutphase zu erreichen.
Als weiteren Vorteil bietet die Wärmebehandlung die Möglichkeit, die Festigkeitswerte der Aluminiumgleitlagerlegierung durch Aushärtungseffekte zu verbessern. Die zum Erzielen der möglichen Aushärtungseffekte geeigneten Elemente sind beispielsweise Silizium, Magnesium, Zink und Zirkonium. Die Zugabe von Kupfer erhöht die Aushärtungsrate und kann in Kombination mit diesen Elementen eingesetzt werden. Aus der US 5,286,445 ist eine Aluminiumgleitlagerlegierung mit einem Bismutgehalt von 2 bis 15 Gew.-%, 0,05 bis 1 Gew.-% Zirkonium sowie einem Kupfergehalt und/oder Magnesiumgehalt bis zu 1 ,5 % bekannt. Zusätzlich enthält diese Legierung zumindest ein Element aus der Gruppe Zinn, Blei und Indium in Summe von 0,05 bis 2 Gew.-% oder zumindest ein Element aus der Gruppe Silizium, Mangan, Vanadin, Antimon, Niob, Molybdän, Kobalt, Eisen, Titan, Chrom in Summe von 0,05 bis 5 Gew.-%. Die Zusätze an Zinn, Blei und Indium unterstützen der Rekoagulation von gestreckten Bismuttropfen zu feineren Ausscheidungen bei Temperaturen von 200 0C bis 350 0C. Die Elemente Zirkonium, Silizium und Magnesium bewirken nach dem Glühen im Temperaturbereich 480 0C bis 525 0C, das nach der US 5,286,445 kurz vor dem Walzplattiervorgang durchgeführt wird, den eigentlichen Härtungseffekt. Die Übergangselemente sollen eine zusätzliche Steigerung der mechanischen Belastbarkeit des Werkstoffs gewährleisten.
Über die ungünstige Wirkung von Silizium auf die Größe und Verteilung der Minoritätsphase ist bereits berichtet worden. Die Zugabe von Magnesium bringt zusätzlich den Nachteil mit sich, dass Magnesium mit Bismut bevorzugt die intermetallische Verbindung Mg3Bi2 bildet. Diese lagert sich in den Bismuttropfen ein und setzt die Einbettfähigkeit der Bismuttropfen für Abriebpartikel deutlich herab. Durch Zinnzugabe wird die mechanische Belastbarkeit des Gleitlagerwerkstoffs bei höheren Temperaturen erheblich beeinträchtigt. Außerdem sind die in der DE 4014430 A1 und in der US 5,286,445 vorgeschlagenen Temperaturen der Wärmebehandlung von über 480 0C im Hinblick auf die Bildung spröder intermetallischer Phasen zwischen Stahlschützschale und Aluminium sehr ungünstig ausgewählt. Nach Stand der Technik liegt der für die Plattierungen von Aluminium mit Stahl vertretbare Temperaturbereich unterhalb von 400 0C.
Die vorstehend beschriebenen bismuthaltigen Legierungen haben bisher sämtlich keine praktische Bedeutung erlangt, da die bei ihrer Herstellung durch Stranggießen und nachfolgender Weiterverarbeitung zur Gleitlagerschale ablaufenden komplexen Vorgänge bis jetzt nicht in ausreichendem Maße beherrscht wurden. Als Voraussetzung für ein optimales Eigenschaftsprofil der
Aluminiumgleitlagerlegierungen gilt neben einer feinen Verteilung der Minoritätsphase im Gusszustand besonders die Möglichkeit, auch nach den notwendigen Umform- und Walzplattiervorgängen eine feine Verteilung der Minoritätsphase hersteilen zu können. Weitere Anforderungen sind eine hohe Festigkeit, mechanische Belastbarkeit - unter anderem auch bei hohen Temperaturen - Verschleißbeständigkeit der Aluminiummatrix sowie eine gute Umformbarkeit.
Der Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine hochbelastbare Aluminiumgleitlagerlegierung bereitzustellen, die die Nachteile im Stand der Technik vermeidet, und es ermöglicht, eine gleichmäßige und feine Verteilung der Bismutphase zu erreichen und diese während der nachfolgenden Weiterverarbeitung der Bänder in der Fertigungsphase zur Gleitlagerschale zu erhalten und ggf. zu verbessern.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Aluminiumgleitlagerlegierung gelöst, die die folgenden Bestandteile enthält: ca. 5 bis 20 Gew.-% Bismut, ca. 3 bis 20 Gew.-% Zink, ca. 1 bis 4 Gew.-% Kupfer sowie zusätzlich eine oder mehrere der Komponenten Mangan, Vanadin, Niob, Nickel, Molybdän, Kobalt, Eisen, Wolfram, Chrom, Silber, Calcium, Scandium, Cer, Antimon, Bor, Beryllium, Titan, Kohlenstoff, Zirkonium in Summe bis zu ca. 5 Gew.-% und Rest Aluminium, jedoch ohne Zinn, Blei und Silizium, außer in durch erschmelzungsbedingte Verunreinigungen verursachter Menge, oder in einer Menge bis maximal je 1 Gew.-%. Dies bedeutet, dass die erfindungsgemäße Legierung grundsätzlich Zinn und Silizium als Legierungsbestandteile nicht enthalten soll. In verunreinigungsbedingten Mengen bis ca. 0,3 Gew.-% oder sonst in geringen Mengen bis ca. 1 Gew.-%, besser aber bis ca. 0,5 Gew.-% können sowohl Zinn (Sn), Blei (Pb) als auch Silizium (Si) jedoch vorhanden sein, ohne die Vorteile der Erfindung zu sehr zu beeinträchtigen. Die erfindungsgemäße Gleitlagerlegierung wird vorzugsweise Stranggegossen und zeichnet sich im Gusszustand bereits durch eine feine Verteilung der Bismutphase aus, die weitgehend unabhängig von der Abzug- und Abkühlgeschwindigkeit ist. Im Zuge einer weiteren Behandlung beim Walzen und Walzplattieren entstandene lange Bismutplatten können nachfolgend durch eine Wärmebehandlung bei Temperaturen von 270 0C bis 400 0C zu fein verteilten kugelförmigen Tropfen vollständig rekoaguliert werden, die bei entsprechender Verfahrensführung kleiner als 20 μm vorliegen. Vorzugsweise enthält die Legierung zwischen ca. 7 und 12 Gew.-% Bismut. Der Anteil an Zink kann vorzugsweise zwischen ca. 3 und 6 Gew.-% liegen, der von Kupfer zwischen ca. 2 und 4, insbesondere zwischen ca. 2 und 3 Gew.-%. Die Anteile der verschiedenen Elemente sind unabhängig voneinander im Rahmen der gegebenen Grenzen variierbar.
Die erfindungsgemäße Legierung unterscheidet sich von den bekannten durch den Einsatz von Bismut als einzigen Weichphasenbildner, d.h. es liegt keine Kombination von Bismut mit Blei und/oder Zinn vor, sowie durch einen bis auf max. 20 Gew.-% erhöhten Zink- und bis auf max. 4 Gew.-% erhöhten Kupfergehalt. Die genannten Zugabemengen von Zink und Kupfer führen zwar zu einer leichten Verschlechterung der Größe der Bismuttropfen im Gusszustand im Vergleich zu binären AI-BiLegierungen, ermöglichen aber eine vollständige Rekoalgulation der nach dem Plattierstrich stark gestreckten Bismutfäden zu feinen bis zu 20 μm großen kugelförmigen Tropfen. Dazu sind Glühungen bis zu 400 0C vorgesehen. Die Glühzeit hängt von der chemischen Zusammensetzung ab. Darüber hinaus bewirken erhöhte Kupfergehalte eine Steigerung der Festigkeit der Aluminiummatrix und verbessern nach eigenen Erfahrungen die Korrosisionsbeständigkeit des bismuthaltigen Gleitlagerwerkstoffs.
Es wurde festgestellt, dass die Anwendung des handelsüblichen Kornfeinungsmittel AITΪ5B1 oder AITi3C0,15 in Zugabemengen von ca. 0,3 bis 2 Gew.-% eine starke kornfeinende Wirkung auf die erfindungsgemäße Legierung ausübt und die Bildung von Warmrissen beim Stranggießen mit verschiedenen Abkühlungsgeschwindigkeiten sicher unterbindet. Die Zugabe der erwähnten Kornfeinungsmittel bewirkt darüber hinaus eine deutliche Reduzierung der Größe der Minoritätsphase. Der maximale Durchmesser der Bismuttropfen konnte durch Einsatz von Komfeinungszusätzen im Gusszustand sogar bei relativ kleinen Abkühlungsgeschwindigkeiten von ca. 5 K/s auf weniger als 30 μm reduziert werden.
Mit Hilfe der Elemente Mangan, Vanadin, Niob, Nickel, Molybdän, Kobalt, Eisen, Wolfram, Chrom, Silber, Calcium, Scandium, Cer, Beryllium, Antimon, Bor, Titan, Zirkonium, Kohlenstoff ist es möglich, die Eigenschaften der erfindungsgemäßen Legierung auf den jeweiligen Verwendungszweck speziell anzupassen. Die Erfindung umfasst weiter ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Aluminiumgleitlagerlegierung unter Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung wie oben beschrieben. Bevorzugt werden die Legierungsbestandteile in einem Gießverfahren zu einer Legierung verbunden, bei welchem die Abkühlungsgeschwindigkeit 5 bis 1000 K/s beträgt. Die Legierung kann ansonsten auch mit anderen üblichen Produktionsverfahren hergestellt werden, insbesondere durch andere Gießverfahren. Derzeit wird die Herstellung durch Stranggießen bevorzugt. Die Konditionen sind dann so anzupassen, dass vorzugsweise tropfenförmige Bismuteinlagerungen entstehen. Beim Stranggießen beträgt die Abzugsgeschwindigkeit vorzugsweise 2 bis 15 mm/s.
Die durch Gießen gewonnene Legierung wird gemäß bevorzugter Ausführung dieser Erfindung im Zuge nachfolgender Umformungsprozesse wenigstens einer Wärmebehandlung bei Temperaturen zwischen ca. 270 und 400 0C unterzogen. Eine solche Wärmebehandlung folgt vorzugsweise auf einen Walz- und/oder Walzplattiervorgang, wobei innerhalb des Fertigungsprozesses zwischen dem Gießen der Legierung und dem Endprodukt mehrere Walz- und/oder Plattiervorgänge durchgeführt werden können und sich wenigstens eine Wärmebehandlung an den letzten Walz- und/oder Walzplattiervorgang oder aber an mehrere oder alle dieser Vorgänge anschließen.
Für die Bereitstellung eines Halbwerkzeugs oder im Verlaufe der Produktion von Produkten wie u.a. Gleitlagern kann die gegossene Legierung mit wenigstens einer Stützschicht versehen werden. Die Stützschicht kann insbesondere eine Stahlschicht sein. Weitere Schichten, z.B. Haftvermittlerschichten oder Beschichtungen können hinzukommen.
Die Erfindung umfasst weiterhin eine Gleitlagerschale, die als eines der darin verwendeten Materialien eine erfindungsgemäße Legierung enthält oder aus dieser besteht.
Schließlich umfasst die Erfindung ein Gleitlager mit einer solchen Gleitlagerschale bzw. die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Gleitlagerschale in einem Gleitlager. Die Erfindung ist im Folgenden anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.

Zur Herstellung des Gleitlagerwerkstoffs werden in diesem Beispiel an einer vertikalen Stranggießanlage, wie im Stand der Technik bekannt, Gussbänder mit einem Querschnitt 10 mm x 100 mm unter Zugabe von 0,6 Gew.-% AITi5B1 erzeugt. Bei der Herstellung der Bänder liegt die Abzugsgeschwindigkeit bei 8 mm/s sowie die Abkühlungsgeschwindigkeit bei 600 K/s. Zunächst werden die Stränge an den Breitseiten auf eine Dicke von etwa 8 mm horizontalgefräst.
Anschließend wird ein gebürsteter und entfetteter Haftvermittler aus einer Aluminiumlegierung mit dem ersten Walzstich auf die ebenfalls gebürstete und entfettete AIZn5Cu3Bi7-Legierung im Walzgerüst aufplattiert. Die Dicke des plattierten Vormaterialbandes liegt bei 4 mm. Dieses wird anschließend auf 1 ,3 mm in mehreren Walzstichen abgewalzt. Hierzu sind 5 Walzstiche notwendig. Um die Plattierfähigkeit des Aluminium-Lager-Werkstoffbandes zu verbessern, wird dieser einer Erhohlungsglühung bei 370 0C von bis zu 3 Stunden Dauer unterzogen. Beim nächsten Verarbeitungsschritt werden das Stahlband und das Aluminium- Lagerwerkstoffband in einem Plattierwalzwerk miteinander verbunden.
Anschließend wird der erzeugte Werkstoffverbindung einer 3 Stunden dauernden Wärmebehandlung bei einer Temperatur von 360 0C unterzogen, wobei die Bindung zwischen dem Stahl und dem Aluminium-Lagerwerkstoff durch einen Diffusionsprozess gesteigert wird und die nach dem Plattieren in der Aluminium-Zink- Kupfer-Matrix stark gestreckten Bismutfäden zu feinen bis zu 20 μm großen kugelförmigen Tropfen vollständig umgebildet werden. Die ebenfalls aus der Wärmebehandlung resultierende hohe Härte von wenigstens 43 HB 2,5/62,5/30 ist auch von Vorteil. Nach dieser Wärmebehandlung kann das plattierte Band unterteilt und zu Lagerschalen eingeformt werden.
Die Figuren 1 bis 3 zeigen beispielhaft wie eine erfindungsgemäße Legierung, hier eine AIZn5Cu3Bi7-Legierung, sich in ihrem Gefüge während der Bearbeitung ändert. Figur 1 zeigt das Gefüge der Legierung nach der Herstellung durch Stranggießen. Dunkel abgebildet ist die Bismutphase, die tröpfchenförmig vorliegt.
Figur 2 zeigt das Gefüge der Legierung nach dem Walzen. Im Walzgefüge sind die durch das Walzen langgestreckten Bismutplatten zu erkennen.
Figur 3 zeigt das Walzgefüge nach einer Wärmebehandlung bei 360 0C über 3 Stunden. Die langgestreckten Bi-Platten konnten durch die Wärmebehandlung wirkungsvoll rekoaguliert werden. In Figur 1 noch vereinzelt zu erkennende größere Tropfen wurden durch das Strecken und Re-Koagulieren zerteilt, so dass der Grad der Feinverteilung durch die Behandlung insgesamt erhöht ist.
Es soll erwähnt werden, dass das Beispiel allein der Illustration dient und die Erfindung nicht beschränkt. Dem Fachmann ist auch bekannt, wie Gleitlager und Lagerschalen hergestellt werden und wie somit die Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Legierung in die üblichen Lager-Herstellungsprozesse einbezogen werden kann.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Monotektische Aluminium-Gleitlagerlegierung mit 5 bis 20 Gew.-% Bismut,
3 bis 20 Gew.-% Zink, 1 bis 4 Gew.-% Kupfer sowie zusätzlich einer oder mehrerer der Komponenten Mangan, Vanadin, Niob, Nickel, Molybdän,
Kobalt, Eisen, Wolfram, Chrom, Silber, Calcium, Scandium, Cer, Beryllium, Antimon, Bor, Titan, Kohlenstoff, Zirkonium in Summe bis zu 5 Gew.-% und Aluminium ad 100 Gew.-%.
2. Monotektische Aluminium-Gleitlagerlegierung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Legierung zwischen 7 und 12 Gew.-% Bismut enthält.
3. Monotektische Aluminium-Gleitlagerlegierung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Legierung zwischen 3 und 6 Gew.-%
Zink enthält.
4. Monotektische Aluminium-Gleitlagerlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Legierung zwischen 2 und 4 Gew.-%, insbesondere zwischen 2 und 3 Gew.-% Kupfer enthält.
5. Monotektische Aluminium-Gleitlagerlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Legierung bis zu 2 Gew.-% Al-Ti- B- oder Al-Ti-C-Kornfeinungsmittel enthält.
6. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Aluminium-Gleitlagerlegierung unter Verwendung der Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Legierungsbestandteile in einem Gießverfahren zu einer Legierung verbunden werden, bei welchem die Abkühlungsgeschwindigkeit 5 bis 1000 K/s beträgt.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abzugsgeschwindigkeit 2 bis 15 mm/s beträgt.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Gießverfahren ein Stranggießverfahren angewendet wird.
9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Legierung für die Bereitstellung eines Halbzeugs mit wenigstens einer Stützschicht versehen wird.
10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Legierung im Zuge nachfolgender Umformprozesse wenigstens eine Wärmebehandlung bei Temperaturen von 270 0C bis 400
°C vorgenommen wird.
11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmebehandlung auf einen Walz- und/oder Walzplattiervorgang folgt.
12. Gleitlagerschale, die als eines der darin verwendeten Materialien eine Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 enthält oder aus dieser besteht.
13. Gleitlager mit einer Schale nach Anspruch 11.
