Description
The invention relates to a packaging bag according to the preamble of claim 1.
For portionwise packaging of drinkable and / or spoonable products such. As fruit juices, water or soups are rigid or rigid, usually made by 3D thermoforming or injection molded plastic container with sealed lid and made of plastic laminate rigid bag known. Such packaging containers and bags are not ecologically harmless because of their increased to achieve the stability material requirements and also relatively expensive. In addition, the packaging is usually printed directly as an advertising medium and thus generally entail the risk of migration of undesirable substances in the medium in itself.
The invention has for its object to provide a package for both drinkable and spoonable products such. As fruit juices, water or soups, as well as products with liquid and solid fractions or semi-solid products such. B. animal feed, which does not have the disadvantages of the prior art packaging described above or to a lesser extent.
Zur erfindungsgemässen Lösung der Aufgabe führt ein Verpackungsbeutel mit den Merkmaler des Anspruchs 1.For the inventive solution of the problem leads a packaging bag with the features of claim 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the inventive packaging bag, the bag material is a plastic film. To avoid migration of foreign substances into the bag interior, the packaging bag is unprinted.
The bag material and the outer packaging material are preferably mono-materials.
The overwrap material may be of any inexpensive monomaterial. A preferred outer packaging material is cardboard. The outer packaging can be printed as desired.
The outer circumference of the bag transversely to the bag longitudinal direction is expediently larger than the inner circumference of the tubular outer packaging, so that the bag is held in a non-positive manner in the outer packaging. Instead of a larger outer circumference may be provided on the bag when slipping over the edge of the outer packaging tearing dividing line.
The packaging bag has a peelable sealing seam parallel to and at a distance from the tear line. This can be avoided that prematurely reaches the top of the bag and when passing the bag head over the edge of the outer packaging reaches the outside of the opened package. An alternative solution is to coat the inside of the packaging bag with a release varnish.
The cross-sectional shape of the outer packaging is usually circular. For reasons of an attractive design, the circumferential line of the tubular outer packaging may also be polygonal, z. B. 4, 6 or 8-square.
The dimensions of the packaging bag and the outer packaging can be varied within wide limits. The relationship between the diameter or circumference of the bag and the outer packaging depends on the type of use and the contents. For a drinkable product, the height of the bag will be greater than its diameter. For a semi-solid product, such. As pet food, the base mass or the diameter of the packaging will be greater than the height. The packaging bag serves only to serve the contents and does not need to be cleaned after use.
The stability of the packaging bag results from the outer packaging, which may also be a cup or a cup. The packaging bag itself can be a stand-up bag without its own stability, a tubular bag or an extruded round bag. The bag material for the packaging bag according to the invention can have a smaller thickness in comparison to the stiff material required for a stand-up bag with its own stability and is consequently inexpensive. The outer packaging used as a cup or cup simultaneously protects the injury-prone bag from mechanical damage during transport.
B. Jogurt. The packaging bag is suitable in particular for the packaging of drinkable or spoonable filling products as well as of fillable products which can be stirred with liquid to drinkable or spoonable products. The packaging is also suitable for pet food. Depending on the type of contents this is still mixed with liquid, such as. As bag soups with hot water, or the product is already in liquid or spoonable form, z. B. yogurt.
In the case of water with and without carbonic acid, the packaging system serves to store the contents and at the same time as a drinking vessel. For pet foods and other semi-solid to solid products, serving is a significant advantage.
The heating of food such. B. soups can be done in the inventive packaging bag together with the outer packaging in the open state, optionally after mixing with cold water directly in a microwave oven.
Typically, individual packaging units each consist of a packaging bag arranged in an outer packaging. However, it is also conceivable that a packaging unit contains, for example, five packaging bags and only one outer packaging. Finally, for use with a standard cup, certain packaging bags may also constitute a packaging unit without tubular overwrap.
