Claims (9)
- Riegelzapfen für einen Treibstangenverschluss (11) einer Tür oder eines Fensters, umfassend eine für den Treibstangenverschluss geeignete verschiebbare Stange (13), eine Klaue (19) und einen Zwischenkörper (20), wobei die Klaue (19) dafür angepasst ist, in der Arretierungsaufnahme (S) angeordnet zu werden, die an dem Riegelanschlagpfosten (B) der Tür oder des Fensters ausgebildet ist, wobei die Klaue (19) mittels einer Gewindekupplung starr an den Zwischenkörper (20) gekuppelt ist, welcher mit der auf dem Flügel der Tür oder des Fensters anzuordnenden verschiebbaren Stange (13) verbunden ist, wobei die Gewindekupplung dafür angepasst ist, die Einstellung der Position der Klaue (19) auf der Achse des Gewindes zu ermöglichen, wobei die Klaue (19) exzentrisch in Bezug auf die Achse ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenkörper (20) aus einer Hülse (21) besteht, die an der verschiebbaren Stange (13) des Treibstangenverschlusses befestigt ist und wenigstens teilweise mit einem Innengewinde versehen ist und worin ein Gewindeschaft (22), der monolithisch aus der Klaue (19) ragt, eingefügt und gekuppelt ist.
- Riegelzapfen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (21) mit einer drehfesten Kupplung in ein komplementäres Durchgangsloch (23) eingefügt ist, das in einem Teil der verschiebbaren Stange (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Riegelzapfen nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens der Teil der Hülse (21), welcher von der Wand des Durchgangslochs (23) umgeben ist, eine viereckige Kontur aufweist.
- Riegelzapfen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, der außerdem eine feststehende Stange (12) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endflächen der Hülse (21) in Bezug auf die Achse der Hülse (21) radial wegragen, wobei sie zwei das Herausziehen verhindernde Schultern bilden, jeweils eine erste das Herausziehen verhindernde Schulter (24), die an den Kanten (25) eines in der feststehenden Stange (12) ausgebildeten Durchgangsschlitzes (18) anliegt, welche der Klaue (19) zugewandt sind, und eine zweite Schulter (26), die an der Fläche (27) des Teils der verschiebbaren Stange (13) anliegt, welche der feststehenden Stange (12) abgewandt ist, wobei diese das Herausziehen verhindernden Schultern (24, 26) die axiale Bewegung der Hülse (21) verhindern.
- Riegelzapfen nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine dritte Schulter (28) am Rand des Durchgangslochs (23) vorgesehen ist und an die Fläche des Teils der verschiebbaren Stange (13) anstößt, welche der Fläche 27 gegenüberliegt, an der die zweite Schulter (26) anstößt, wobei die zweite Schulter durch plastische Verformung nach dem Einfügen der Hülse in das Durchgangsloch (23) erhalten wird.
- Riegelzapfen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen der ersten Schulter (24) und der zweiten Schulter (26) die feststehende Stange (12) und die darauf gelagerten Teile der verschiebbaren Stange (13), die von einer Längsplatte (15) und einem an der Platte (15) befestigten flexiblen langgestreckten Körper (16) gebildet werden, befinden, wobei das Durchgangsloch (23) in der Platte (15) vorgesehen ist.
- Riegelzapfen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die feststehende Stange (12), die verschiebbare Stange (13) und eine Passscheibe (30) zwischen der ersten Schulter (24) und der zweiten Schulter (26) angeordnet sind.
- Riegelzapfen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde des Schafts (22) weiter ist als das Innengewinde der Hülse (21), wodurch eine Gewinde-Reibungskupplung gebildet wird.
- Riegelzapfen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endfläche (29) des Schafts (22) durch eine plastische Verformung verbreitert wird, die während der Montage des Riegelzapfens erfolgt, sobald die Klaue (19) korrekt positioniert ist.
