Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Schnittregisterregelung an einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, insbesondere einer Zeitungsdruckmaschine, wobei an der Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mehrere Bedruckstoffbahnen in Druckeinheiten (13) bedruckt werden, wobei nach dem Bedrucken entweder mehrere ungeschnittene Bahnen oder mehrere Teilbahnen, die durch Längsschneiden der bedruckten Bahnen erzeugt werden, im Bereich von Harfen (16) unter Bildung mehrerer Stränge aufeinander abgelegt werden, wobei die Stränge im Bereich von den Harfen (16) nachgeordneten Falztrichtern (17, 18) längsgefalzt werden, wobei die längsgefalzten Stränge im Bereich eines Falzwerkoberteils (20) zu einem Gesamtstrang vereint werden, und wobei von dem Gesamtstrang an einem Schneidmesserzylinder einer Falzkassette (21) unter Querschneiden Exemplare abgetrennt werden, die anschließend in der Falzkassette (21) zumindest quergefalzt werden, mit zumindest folgenden Schritten: a) im Bereich der Harfen (16) wird mit Hilfe von Sensoren für jede Bahn oder Teilbahn vor Bildung des jeweiligen Strangs ein zu erwartendender Querschnittfehler erfasst, wobei auf Basis der hierbei ermittelten, zu erwartendenden Querschnittfehler für jede Bahn bzw. Teilbahn eine Regelung des Schnittregisters durch Verdrehen der am Bedrucken der jeweiligen Bahn bzw. Teilbahn beteiligten Plattenzylinder (23) vorgenommen wird; b) unabhängig von Schritt a) wird im Bereich des Falzwerkoberteils (20) für mindestens einige Stränge vor Bildung des Gesamtstrangs ein zu erwartender Querschnittfehler erfasst, wobei auf Basis der hierbei ermittelten, zu erwartendenden Querschnittfehler für diese Stränge eine Regelung des Schnittregisters durch Verfahren von Registerwalzen (24) vorgenommen wird, die dem Falztrichter (18) nachgeordnet sind, in welchem der jeweilige Strang längsgefalzt wird.
