Hier ist nachteilig, dass der Montageträger nicht nur für unterschiedliche Schrankbreiten, sondern aufgrund der genormten Schrankaußenbreiten zusätzlich auch für die unterschiedlichsten Seitenwandstärken gesondert gefertigt werden muss.
In der Patentschrift DE 44 16 237 C2 ist ein Abfallsammler beschrieben, der hinter dem Verfahrbereich der Abfallbehälter Halterungsstützen aufweist, die an der Hinterwand des Schrankes oder an dem Schrankboden befestigt werden. Diese Halterungsstützen machen das System zwar unabhängig von der Wandstärke des Schrankes, jedoch sind sie aufwändig in der Herstellung und aufgrund vieler unterschiedlicher Einzelteile äußerst aufwändig in der Montage.

In Fig. 1 ist ein Abfallsammler 1 zusammengebaut für den Einsatz in einem Schrank dargestellt. Der große Abfallbehälter 10 und die kleinen Abfallbehälter 11 sind in den Tragrahmen 2 eingehängt und von der Abdeckplatte 9 abgedeckt. Die Abdeckplatte 9 ist von den Gleitschienen 3 geführt und kann bis zum Rastanschlag 16 mittels des Griffes 25 vorgezogen werden.
Der Tragrahmen 2 ist auf den Auszugsschienen 4 befestigt, die wiederum an den Montageplatten 5 befestigt sind. An den Montageplatten 5 sind die Distanzplatten angebunden, die bei Bedarf hochklappbar sind und damit die Dicke der Montagplatten 5 entsprechend vergrößern. Außerdem sind die Distanzbügel 7 vorhanden, mit denen die Höhe der Montageplatten 5 bei Bedarf vergrößert werden kann.
An dem Tragrahmen 2 sind die Befestigungswinkel 22 mittels der Haltebleche 23 für die Schrankfront befestigt. Dafür sind in dem Halteblechen 23 Schlüssellochungen 20 vorhanden, in die die Befestigungswinkel 22 mit ihren Excentern 21 eingehängt werden, über die die Schrankfront in ihrer Lage einstellbar ist. Nach der Einstellung wird die Lage mittels der Schrauben 24 fixiert.

Diese Auszugsschienen 4 sind über ihre Haltewinkel 17 zusammen mit der Montageplatte 5 an der nicht dargestellten Schrankwand befestigt. Dabei dienen die Distanzplatten 6 als möglicher Ausgleich für unterschiedliche Wandstärken. Die Distanzbügel 7 bestimmen den Abstand vom Schrankboden. Sobald die Montageplatten 5 montiert sind, können nicht benötigte Distanzplatten 6 und/oder die Distanzbügel 7 leicht entfernt werden. Die verbleibende Montageplatte 5 ist dann im eingebauten Zustand kaum wahrzunehmen. Die Optik ist nicht beeinträchtigt.
Die Abdeckplatte 9 ist über die Gleitschienen 3 geführt, die sich oben an der Montageplatte 5 befinden.
An dem Tragrahmen 2 sind Haltebleche 23 für eine Schrankfront angebracht
Die Anbindung der Schrankfront erfolgt über die Befestigungswinkel 22, die nach außen abgewinkelt sind, um auch Fronten mit Rahmen und Kassette befestigen zu können. Die Befestigungswinkel 22 werden in die Schlüssellöcher der Haltebleche 23 eingehängt. Über die Excenter 21 wird die Justage vorgenommen und mit den Schrauben 24 fixiert.

Es ist eine Kombination von einem großen Eimer 10 und zwei kleinen Eimern 11 dargestellt, wobei die beiden kleinen Eimer 11, dargestellt mit einem Spezialdeckel 14 für Bio-Abfälle, die eine gleiche Ausnehmung 8 wie der große Eimer 10 benutzen. Die Eimer 10, 11 besitzen einen verstärkten Rand 12, der als Auflage bei der Einhängung dient. An dem Rand 12 sind die Griffe 15 schwenkbar befestigt. Sie können auch zum Klemmen und Verspannen von Müllbeuteln dienen. Die Griffe 15 sind durch die Hintergriffe 13 leicht zugänglich.

Die Distanzbügel 7 sind auch über Filmscharniere 18 angebunden. Sie können bei Bedarf einfach abgetrennt werden und über die Steckverbindung 19 unten angesteckt werden. Damit vergrößern sie Höhe der Montageplatte 2 und somit die Lage des Auszugs im Schrank. Mit dieser Höhenveränderung kann die Montageplatte 2 an unterschiedliche Eimerhöhen angepasst werden. Weitere Anpassungen sind dafür nicht erforderlich.
