Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schließzylinder, wei sie z.B. für Schlösser zum Einsatz kommen. Derartige Schließzylinder weisen ein Gehäuse mit einem im wesentlichen zylindrischen Aufnahmeraum auf, in dem ein Zylinderkern mittels federbeaufschlagten Kern- und Gehäusestiften gegen radiale Bewegungen gesichert, drehbar gelagert ist. Der Zylinderkern besitzt einen axialen Profilkanal, in den ein Schlüssel eingeführt werden kann_ Radial und achsparallel zum Profilkanal verlaufen erste Aufnahmebohrungen bis zur Mantelfläche des Zylinderkerns. In der gesicherten Drehstellung sind in der Flucht der ersten Aufnahmebohrungen der Zylinderkerne in dem Gehäuse ebenfalls zweite, zum Aufnahmeraum hin offene Aufnahmebohrungen ausgebildet.
Bei der gesicherten Drehstellung des Zylinderkerns verhindern Gehäusesperrstifte eine Verdrehung des Zylinderkerns dadurch, dass sie sich mit je einem definierten Anteil sowohl in der ersten als auch zweiten Aufnahmebohrung befinden. Bei in dem Profilkanal eingeführten, bestimmungsgemäßen Schlüssel werden die Kernsperrstifte radial derart bewegt, dass ihr Ende mit der Mantelfläche des Kerns bündig ist. Die Gehäusesperrstifte sind somit mit ihrer ganzen Länge in der zweiten Aufnahmebohrung, so dass der Zylinderkern in dem Aufnahmeraum verdreht werden kann. Derartige Schließzylinder haben sich in der Praxis durchgesetzt und sind relativ manipulationssicher, da es ohne zughörigen Schlüssel recht schwierig ist die Kernsperrstifte gleichzeitig auf die Mantelfläche auszurichten. Ein absoluter Schutz vor Manipulation des hier in Rede stehenden Schließzylinders ist jedoch nicht gegeben, so dass das Bestreben der Industrie dahin geht, ein Verdrehen des Zylinderkerns ohne zugehörigen Schlüssel zu verhindern.The invention relates to a lock cylinder, they know for example for locks are used. Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schließzylinder zu entwickeln, der bei wirtschaftlicher Herstellbarkeit im Falle einer Manipulation ein Verdrehen des Zylinderkerns verhindert. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird mit der Erfindung eine Schließvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 vorgeschlagen. Der erfindungsgemäße Schließzylinder weist in seinem Gehäuse mindestens eine dritte, im Durchmesser kleinere Aufnahmebohrung auf, die parallel verschoben zu den zweiten Aufnahmebohrungen ebenfalls zum Aufnahmeraum hin offen ist. Diese dritte Aufnahmebohrung fluchtet bei definiert verdrehtem Zylinderkern (zweite Drehstellung) mit einer der ersten Aufnahmebohrungen. In der dritten Aufnahmebohrung befindet sich ein hantelförmiger Sperrstift welcher federbelastet in Richtung Zylinderkern gedrückt wird, und somit an der Mantelfläche von diesem anliegt. Wird der zylinderkern nun durch Manipulation, also ohne dem zugehörigen Schlüssel in die zweite Drehstellung gebracht, so wird der Sperrstift mittels Federkraft aus der dritten Aufnahmeborhung in die erste Aufnahmebohrung befördert. Am Ende dieses Vorgangs befindet sich die taillierte Form des Sperrstiftes auf der Trennebene (Mantelfläche des Zylinderkerns) der Aufnahmebohrungen eins und drei. Bedingt durch die unterschiedlichen Durchmesser der Aufnahmebohrungen eins und drei und die hantelförmige Ausgestaltung der Sperrstifte können diese nicht gleichzeitig aus den Aufnahmebohrungen eins bewegt werden. Somit wird bei einem Schließzylinder derartiger Gestalt einer manipulativer Öffnungsversuche insofern verhindert, dass die Drehung des Zylinderkerns bei der Drehstellung zwei blockiert wird.The invention is therefore based on the object to develop a lock cylinder, the with economic manufacturability in the case of manipulation prevents twisting of the cylinder core.
