Definitions
- the invention relates to a scraper holder with a scraper blade for keeping clean a roller and / or a cylinder of a manufacturing machine for a paper, cardboard or other fibrous web, the scraper holder in its overall width and the doctor blade substantially to the length of the roller and / or is adapted to the cylinder, according to the preamble of the present claim 1.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a scraper holder which on the one hand is easier to produce and on the other hand can be adapted more easily to the respective length of the peripheral surface of a roller and / or cylinder to be cleaned.
- each molding each only has a width between 10 and 100 mm, preferably 25 to 40mm.
- Such parts can, as I said, much easier to produce and handle and can also stockpile.
- the modular juxtaposition of the moldings can be produced in a fairly simple manner any lengths of scraper holders.
- the single molded part consists of a single component, which has a slightly curved elastic front wall, a molded on the lower end of the front wall rigid rear wall and a support member.
- the support member is located above the rear wall and is also formed on the front wall. Between the front and rear wall there is a gap which at its lower part, where the molded-on rear wall branches off from the front wall by 180 ° upwards so to speak, with a rounding, i. a radius is provided and acts as an elastic joint.
- the scraper holder according to the invention thus created is designed such that it holds a continuous wide doctor blade (which can easily exceed the 10m limit in modern machines) like a pair of pliers and can absorb their forces. About the elasticity and deformation of the doctor blade is applied with its blade tip against the respective roller and / or the respective cylinder, resulting in only small changes in angle with wear of the applied doctor blade.
- modules or molded plastic parts can be produced by injection molding. These are in addition to their corrosion resistance and relatively inexpensive. A version in light metal is also conceivable.
- the molding is made in one piece.
- An expedient solution also consists in that the individual molded parts each have an insert with laterally raised contact surfaces, via which the molded parts can be connected to one another.
- the direct contact surfaces are limited to a small defined area. Between the individual contact surfaces in the assembled state of the molded parts, a distance of 0.01 to 1 mm is provided. It is also proposed to form the contact surfaces with 0.005 to 0.5 mm with respect to the side surfaces of the moldings sublime.
- tie rods are provided.
- Tie rods are known per se. According to the invention, they are manufactured in a length which corresponds at least to the total width of the scraper holder to be created.
- These tie rods can be made of a carbon fiber plastic (CFRP).
- One way of connecting or juxtaposing the individual moldings can be done via a click system according to the known tongue and groove principle or there are connecting elements, such as elastomeric tongues, leaflets or strips (eg made of plastic or rubber) provided. In all cases, however, a sealing function towards the outside, opposite To ensure dirt particles and moisture.
- the scraper holder according to the invention over its entire width away receives a single continuous pressure hose, the loaded in the, i. when the pressure in the hose is increased, via a molded support member, the front wall on the rigid rear wall pulls up and thus presses the doctor blade against the relevant beschabernde roller or cylinder in question. In this case, a part of the front wall is deformed.
- the release of the inserted doctor blade is possible, but at least achieved a distance of the blade tip to the roller or to the cylinder.
- the advantage of the invention is that the commercial pressure hose positioned between the support surfaces of the rear wall and the T-shaped support member only has to overcome the free spring travel and generate the necessary force for the blade load.
- the pressure hose is disposed within the mold parts so that it sits relatively close to the doctor blade tip. As a result, he can act without much leverage. More specifically, the pressure hose should be between a fulcrum and blade support points. He should be closer to a Klingenabstütztician than at the fulcrum or the said elastically acting hinge point of the scraper holder.
- the contact points ie blade support points
- embedded or clipped steel wires are suitable.
- the doctor blade can be so without overstressing joints Push.
- a stroke limitation can be integrated into the scraper holder profile or the individual moldings.
- FIG. 1 shows a scraper holder 1 in cross-section, which holds a scraper blade 2, which is to be turned against a roll or cylinder (eg drying cylinders of a paper machine) not shown, in order to remove its surface from contaminants and adhesions, such as Fiber remains from the paper web during their manufacture, to liberate.
- a scraper holder 1 in cross-section, which holds a scraper blade 2, which is to be turned against a roll or cylinder (eg drying cylinders of a paper machine) not shown, in order to remove its surface from contaminants and adhesions, such as Fiber remains from the paper web during their manufacture, to liberate.
- a roll or cylinder eg drying cylinders of a paper machine
- the scraper holder 1 is supported on a support beam 3.
- the scraper holder 1 and the scraper blade 2 are each adapted in their overall width BG substantially to the length of the rollers and cylinders to be shredded.
- the scraper holder 1 according to the invention is formed from any number of produced 10 to 100 mm, preferably 25- 40mm wide modules or moldings 4, which can be lined up in a simple manner until the desired overall width BG is reached. No screwing is necessary for this. In addition, these individual moldings can stock well.
- Each module or molded part 4 is made of plastic or a metal and can be produced as a whole, for example by injection molding or precision casting process.
- the single molded part 4 has an elongated and slightly curved front wall 5, which ends in a tongue 6.
- the molded part 4 has a front wall 5 formed on the support beam and fixed rear wall 7. Between the front wall 5 and rear wall 7 there is a narrow gap or gap 8, which ends at its transition point between the front and rear walls in a rounded groove or rounding A. Due to this configuration, the said point acts as an elastic joint, as will be described later.
- the rear wall 7 has at its two end faces in each case a raised contact surface 9 and 10, which in the assembly of the scraper holder 2 (or the Stringing together of the individual moldings 4) abut one another, as in FIGS. 2 and 3 shown and also described later.
- the molding 4 also has a branching off from the front wall 5 in the upper region T-like support member 11. That in the FIG. 1 and 4 Downwardly shown portion 11.1 of the "T" of the support member 11 forms on its front wall facing surface a support surface 12. Another support surface 13 forms a support surface 12 facing surface of the rear wall 7. Between the two support surfaces 12 and 13 is an inflatable pressure hose 14 clamped. The arrangement of the pressure hose 14 is made such that it is between the elastic joint. ie a pivot point D above the junction between the front and rear walls, and blade support points 15, 16 and 17 is located. It has been found that it is expedient to arrange the pressure hose 14 close to the blade support point 17 of the support part 11. This ensures that when shortening the scraper blade due to the wear of the blade tip 2c, the set scraper blade angle changes only slightly here.
- the pressure hose 14 is otherwise adapted to the width BG of the scraper holder 1 and formed continuously. He is able, in the loaded state, ie when the pressure in the hose is increased (see dashed lines in the FIG. 4 ) Use the front wall 5 on the rigid rear wall 7 on the molded support member 11 and thus to press the doctor blade 2 against the roller 18. In this case deforms both the elastic joint in the area D (fulcrum), as well as a marked area F of the front wall.
- the scraper blade 2 is supported with its front side 2a at the blade support point 15 and with its rear side 2b at the blade support point 16 and with its lower side 2d at the point 17.
- the blade support point 15 is located next to the roller and is located at the free end of the front wall 5, which ends in the tongue 6.
- the Klingenabstütztician 16 is, however, at the end of a portion 11.2 of the T-like shaped support member 11 at a distance from the point 15.
- Der Blade support point 17 is located approximately in an imaginary extension line between the points 15 and 16 and represents a support for the doctor blade on a web 11.3 of the support member 11.
- FIG. 3 a first and a second variant of the connection of the individual mold parts 4 are shown.
- connecting elements 20 for example, elastomeric elements, such as rubber plates or plastic tongues each engaging in a recessed groove - and in the left half of an exemplary click system 21 is shown.
- Both variants act according to the known tongue and groove principle and ensure a sealing function against entering liquid or dirt particles.
- a selected number of individual moldings 4 is modularly joined to the scraper holder 1. This is done by stringing along an imaginary straight line (ie the tie rods 19) until the desired overall width BG of the scraper holder 1 is reached.
- an imaginary straight line ie the tie rods 19
- Each individual molding 4 has only a single width BE between 10 and 100 mm. In the example, about 30mm are chosen.
- a distance a of about 0.01 mm whereby the entire scraper holder 1 is even more elastic and can be adjusted sensitively.
- the lateral contact surfaces 9 and 10 of each individual molded part 4 are executed with 0.05 mm raised.
- the tongue 6 and the support member 11 each at their Scraper blade 2 contacting points, namely at the Klingenabstütztechniken 15 and 16 and to be able to counteract wear of the corresponding components, each provided with a wear-resistant part 22 and 23.
- a steel wire which is embedded or clipped into the tongue 6 and the support member 11 is suitable.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a scraper holder with a scraper blade for keeping clean a roller and / or a cylinder of a manufacturing machine for a paper, cardboard or other fibrous web, the scraper holder in its overall width and the doctor blade substantially to the length of the roller and / or is adapted to the cylinder, according to the preamble of the
It is usually supported on a support body and takes over its entire width away a continuous pressure hose. In loaded, i. inflated state, thereby the doctor blade is pressed against the roller and / or the cylinder.
All known scraper holder consist of a variety of components. Their production is very complicated. For each existing length of a clean and to be cleaned roller and / or cylinder a matched to the length or scraper holder must be made, which is ineffective.
The object of the present invention is to provide a scraper holder which on the one hand is easier to produce and on the other hand can be adapted more easily to the respective length of the peripheral surface of a roller and / or cylinder to be cleaned.
According to the invention the object of the invention is achieved by the features of the characterizing part of
It is proposed that each molding each only has a width between 10 and 100 mm, preferably 25 to 40mm. Such parts can, as I said, much easier to produce and handle and can also stockpile.
As a result, the modular juxtaposition of the moldings can be produced in a fairly simple manner any lengths of scraper holders.
The single molded part consists of a single component, which has a slightly curved elastic front wall, a molded on the lower end of the front wall rigid rear wall and a support member. The support member is located above the rear wall and is also formed on the front wall. Between the front and rear wall there is a gap which at its lower part, where the molded-on rear wall branches off from the front wall by 180 ° upwards so to speak, with a rounding, i. a radius is provided and acts as an elastic joint.
The scraper holder according to the invention thus created is designed such that it holds a continuous wide doctor blade (which can easily exceed the 10m limit in modern machines) like a pair of pliers and can absorb their forces. About the elasticity and deformation of the doctor blade is applied with its blade tip against the respective roller and / or the respective cylinder, resulting in only small changes in angle with wear of the applied doctor blade.
Since this also a pivot point is present, which is far away from the blade tip, there are only small changes in angle with wear of the doctor blade.
Particularly advantageous such modules or molded plastic parts can be produced by injection molding. These are in addition to their corrosion resistance and relatively inexpensive. A version in light metal is also conceivable.
If you are thinking of making metallic materials, change the wall thicknesses. However, the design principle can be retained.
Das Formteil ist einstückig hergestellt. The molding is made in one piece.
An expedient solution also consists in that the individual molded parts each have an insert with laterally raised contact surfaces, via which the molded parts can be connected to one another. Preferably, the direct contact surfaces are limited to a small defined area. Between the individual contact surfaces in the assembled state of the molded parts, a distance of 0.01 to 1 mm is provided. It is also proposed to form the contact surfaces with 0.005 to 0.5 mm with respect to the side surfaces of the moldings sublime.
A convenient way of receiving the individual moldings and their connection via these contact surfaces is that tie rods are provided. Tie rods are known per se. According to the invention, they are manufactured in a length which corresponds at least to the total width of the scraper holder to be created. These tie rods can be made of a carbon fiber plastic (CFRP).
One way of connecting or juxtaposing the individual moldings can be done via a click system according to the known tongue and groove principle or there are connecting elements, such as elastomeric tongues, leaflets or strips (eg made of plastic or rubber) provided. In all cases, however, a sealing function towards the outside, opposite To ensure dirt particles and moisture.
Very advantageous in terms of installation and maintenance is that the scraper holder according to the invention over its entire width away receives a single continuous pressure hose, the loaded in the, i. when the pressure in the hose is increased, via a molded support member, the front wall on the rigid rear wall pulls up and thus presses the doctor blade against the relevant beschabernde roller or cylinder in question. In this case, a part of the front wall is deformed.
In the unloaded, or with decreasing internal pressure or zero pressure in the pressure hose, the release of the inserted doctor blade is possible, but at least achieved a distance of the blade tip to the roller or to the cylinder.
The advantage of the invention is that the commercial pressure hose positioned between the support surfaces of the rear wall and the T-shaped support member only has to overcome the free spring travel and generate the necessary force for the blade load.
The pressure hose is disposed within the mold parts so that it sits relatively close to the doctor blade tip. As a result, he can act without much leverage. More specifically, the pressure hose should be between a fulcrum and blade support points. He should be closer to a Klingenabstützpunkt than at the fulcrum or the said elastically acting hinge point of the scraper holder.
To be able to reduce the wear of those surfaces that contact the doctor blade to a minimum when inserting the doctor blade into the assembled scraper holder, it is very useful if the contact points (ie blade support points) are provided with a wear-resistant material. For this purpose, embedded or clipped steel wires are suitable. In addition, the doctor blade can be so without overstressing joints Push.
It is very advantageous that the individual modularly assembled moldings are mounted on a continuous T-piece attached to the support body and let into the rear wall. It is therefore not necessary to screw the scraper holder.
If such a tee attached to existing support beams, existing devices can be retrofitted in this simple way.
There are no deformation problems due to thermal stress, because the scraper holder according to the invention aligns with the T-piece.
It should not go unmentioned that a stroke limitation can be integrated into the scraper holder profile or the individual moldings.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment.

characterized in that
the individual moulded parts (4) have laterally elevated contact surfaces (9, 10), over which the moulded parts (4) can be lined up with one another along an imaginary straight line. - Doctor holder (1) according to Claims 1 to 4,
characterized in that
the individual moulded parts (4) can be connected to one another via tie rods (19). - Doctor holder (1) according to Claims 1 to 5,
characterized in that
the individual moulded parts (4) can be connected to one another in a sealing manner by connecting elements (20), for example elastomer elements. - Doctor holder (1) according to Claims 1 to 5,
characterized in that
the individual moulded parts (4) can be connected to one another in a sealing manner via a click system (21). - Doctor holder (1) according to Claim 5,
characterized in that
the tie rods (19) consist of a carbon-fibre reinforced plastic (CFP). - Doctor holder (1) according to Claim 1,
characterized in that
the rear wall (7) and the supporting part (11) in each case have a supporting surface (12, 13). - Doctor holder (1) according to Claim 1,
characterized in that
over its overall width (BG), along the supporting surfaces (12, 13), it accommodates a pressure hose (14) which, in the loaded state, i.e. with increasing internal pressure, is capable of forcing the front wall (5) in the direction of the rigid rear wall and of placing the doctor blade (2) against the roll or cylinder (18) to be doctored and, in the unloaded state or with decreasing internal pressure, of achieving an opposite movement, which means lifting the doctor blade (2) off the roll or cylinder (18) to be doctored. - Doctor holder (1) according to Claim 1,
characterized in that
the pressure hose (14) is preferably arranged between the pivot (D) and a blade supporting point (17) of the assembled doctor holder (1), the pressure hose (14) being located as close as possible to the blade supporting point (17). - Doctor holder (1) according to Claim 1,
characterized in that
the blade supporting points (15, 16, 17) in each case have a wear-inhibiting part (22, 23). - Doctor holder (1) according to one or more of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the individual moulded parts (4) joined together in a modular manner are fitted to a supporting element (3) and are seated in a continuous T-piece (24) let into the rear wall (7). - Doctor holder (1) according to one or more of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
when the individual moulded parts (4) are joined together there remains a distance between them of 0.01 to 1 mm and, for this purpose, the contact surfaces (9, 10) are formed so as to be elevated by 0.005 to 0.5 mm with respect to the remaining area of the side surfaces of the moulded parts (4). - Doctor holder (1) according to one or more of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
each moulded part (4) in each case only has a width (BE) of between 10 and 100, preferably 25 to 40 mm.
