Claims (7)
- Installation destinée à l'échange de modules d'impression d'encre dans une affranchisseuse et/ou dans une machine à imprimer les adresses, avec un logement en forme de puits équipé d'une languette de verrouillage pour le module d'impression à encre, avec une tête d'impression à jet d'encre et d'une alimentation d'encre ainsi qu'une puce et d'un champ de contact et à une face étroite et surface de buse de la face frontale voisine et des contre-contacts correspondants dans le logement qui, stationnaire mais pivotant, est disposé derrière une plaque de guidage avec fenêtre d'impression, à laquelle les supports d'impression sont en appui et guidés en position verticale le long d'une arête, caractérisé en ce,
que des moyens (120, 124, 125, 12653, 12654 et 1131) destinés à tracter et à décontracter le module d'impression à jet d'encre (11) soient prévus dans le logement (12) et que lesdits moyens sont couplés ensemble de telle sorte que le début de l'opération de traction s'effectue en même temps que la rupture de contact et qu'en outre un dispositif de raclage (1261, 12611) soit disposé dans la zone de pivotement du bord arrière (1111) de la surface de buse (111) de la tête d'impression à jet d'encre. - Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce,
que soient disposés de manière élastique et réglable des crochets de traction (120) pour le module d'impression à jet d'encre dans des évidements verticaux des parois latérales (122, 123) du logement (12), lesdits crochets dépassant du logement (12) avec des orifices servant de poignées en étant en appui avec le contour frontal arrière (1202) à l'extrémité du bras de levier supérieur le plus court d'un levier de guidage (124, 125) tournant à deux bras, qui rentre avec l'extrémité de son bras de levier inférieur plus long dans un contour adapté de la paroi arrière de support (1265) du support (126) du logement (12) et que le crochet de traction (120) possède une entaille à l'extrémité supérieure du contour latéral frontal arrière (1202) qui est adaptée au contour de l'extrémité du bras de levier le plus court du levier de guidage (124, 125), ledit bras de levier le plus court étant enclenché dans cette entaille lorsque le crochet de traction (120) est appuyé, et que soit monté un goujon à ressort (12653) dans la paroi arrière de support (1265) en position orthogonale à celle-ci, ledit goujon à ressort formant une liaison de force avec la languette de verrouillage (115) lorsque le module d'impression à jet d'encre (11) est entièrement inséré. - Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce,
que le porte-puce (113) du module d'impression à jet d'encre (11) comporte des nervures de guidage (1131) biseautées aux extrémités, lesdites nervures étant destinées à maintenir une distance entre le module d'impression à jet d'encre (11) par rapport à la paroi arrière de support (1265) lors du changement. - Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce,
qu'une pièce à ressort (12654) soit noyée verticalement dans la paroi arrière du support (1265) à l'intérieur de la contre-pièce (12651) du champ de contact (112) du module d'impression à jet d'encre (11), ladite pièce à ressort servant en supplément à maintenir une distance entre le champ de contact (112) et la contre-pièce (12651) lors du déverrouillage. - Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce,
que le dispositif de raclage soit constitué par un axe (1261) avec revêtement tubulaire (12611) rapporté, qui est noyé dans la paroi médiane du support (126). - Installation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce,
que le crochet de traction (120) comporte un axe (1201) situé à l'extrémité opposée de la partie qui sert de poignée, ledit axe étant guidé dans un trou oblong (1225) de la paroi latérale (122, 123) du logement (12) et comportant à son extrémité libre un ressort de traction (127) accroché qui est d'autre part fixé à un ergot (1222, 1232). - Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce,
que soient prévus des ressorts plats (1223, 1224, 1233, 1234, 1263, 1264) destinés au guidage latéral des modules d'impression à jet d'encre (11) dans la zone inférieure des parois latérales (122, 123) et de la paroi médiane du support (126).
