Claims (11)

  1. Procédé pour générer des structures se superposant dans un tronçon de feuille métallique (1) avec au moins les étapes suivantes :
    a) Génération d'une structure primaire (2) avec un premier outil (3) ;
    b) transfert du tronçon de feuille métallique (1) jusqu'à un deuxième outil (4), le deuxième outil (4) ayant au moins un cylindre formateur à profilés (5) qui provoque le transfert du tronçon de feuille métallique (1) ;
    c) génération d'une structure secondaire (6) avec le deuxième outil (4),
    le procédé étant caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    d) détermination d'une position spatiale de la structure primaire (2) et de la structure secondaire (6) dans au moins une région partielle (7) du tronçon de feuille métallique (1) ;
    e) identification d'une position incorrecte et adapter un paramètre opératoire de l'au moins un cylindre à profilés (5).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'au moins un cylindre à profilés (5) est opéré à une vitesse angulaire, qui est modifiée dans l'étape e).
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel au moins l'étape d) est effectuée au moins une fois par révolution de l'au moins un cylindre à profilés (5).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étape e) est effectuée au moins une fois par révolution du cylindre à profilés (5).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étape a) comprend le poinçonnage d'ouvertures (8) et l'étape c) le façonnage d'ondulations (9) dans le tronçon de feuille métallique (1).
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une position incorrecte concerne un changement de position (10) de structure primaire (2) jusqu'à structure secondaire (6) plus grand que 0,3 mm.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'identification d'une position incorrecte est effectuée au moyen d'au moins un capteur optique (11).
  8. Dispositif (17) pour générer de structures se superposant, comprenant au moins les composants suivants :
    - un premier outil (3), qui peut pratiquer des ouvertures (8) dans un tronçon de feuille métallique (1),
    - un deuxième outil (4), qui a une paire de cylindres formateurs profilés (5) à travers lesquels un tronçon de feuille métallique (1) peut être passé à travers, la paire de cylindres profilés (5) générant un avancement du tronçon de feuille métallique (1) par le premier outil (3) et le deuxième outil (4),
    - un appareil (12) pour entraîner au moins un cylindre à profilés (5) du deuxième outil (4),
    le dispositif étant caractérisé par :
    - au moins un capteur optique (11) qui est branché en aval du deuxième outil (4) dans une direction d'avancement (13), et
    - au moins une unité de réglage (14) qui est en connexion avec le capteur (11) et l'appareil (12), dans quel cas l'au moins une unité de réglage (14) exploite les données de l'au moins un capteur optique (11) et détermine une position spatiale de la structure primaire (2) et de la structure secondaire (6), dans quel cas l'unité de réglage (14) identifie une position incorrecte et adapte alors un paramètre opératoire de l'appareil (12) pour entraîner l'au moins un cylindre à profilés (5).
  9. Dispositif (17) selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'au moins un capteur (11) est façonné de manière telle que celui-ci a une zone d'identification variable (15).
  10. Dispositif (17) selon les revendications 8 ou 9, dans lequel un cylindre mesureur (16) est associé à l'au moins un capteur (11), lequel cylindre mesureur positionne un tronçon de feuille métallique (1) vis-à-vis de l'au moins un capteur (11).
  11. Dispositif (17) selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, dans lequel des moyens illuminant (18) sont prévus, qui rayonnent au moins partiellement sur un coté (19) du tronçon de feuille métallique (1) dans la zone d'identification (15) de l'au moins un capteur (11).
