Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein textiles Flächengebilde und ein das Flächengebilde enthaltende Schutzkleidung.
- Schnittfeste textile Flächengebilde sind bekannt. Die Druckschrift
US 6,534,175 B1 offenbart ein schnittfestes Material, wobei im schnittfesten Material eine Metallfaser verarbeitet wurde. Die Metallfaser wird dabei mittels Stapelfaser ummantelt, wobei die Stapelfasern ebenfalls schnittfest sind. Das verwendete Garn für das schnittfeste Material weist somit eine sogenannte sheath/core-Konstruktion, also eine Mantel/Kern-Konstruktion, auf. In der nicht vorveröffentlichten DruckschriftWO 2005/042816 A1 wird ein schnittfestes Material offenbart, wobei das schnittfeste Material aus mindestens zwei Garnen gebildet wird. Das erste Garn besteht aus einer schnittfesten Stapelfaser und wenigstens einem elastomeren Filament. Das zweite Garn besteht aus einer sheath/core-Konstruktion mit schnittfesten Stapelfasern und nicht organischen Fasern. Als nicht organische Fasern werden beispielsweise Metallfasern vorgeschlagen Die DruckschriftEP-A 0 445 872 beschreibt eine Schutzkleidung, die durch Weben, Flechten oder Stricken eines verdrillten Verbundgarnes hergestellt wurde, wobei das Verbundgarn zumindest einen Drahtstrang und ein Spinnfasergarn aus einem Polyolefin mit einer mittleren Molmasse von zumindest 600 000 g/mol umfasst. Zwar weist die mit diesem Verbundgarn hergestellte Schutzkleidung eine gewisse Flexibilität auf. Jedoch besteht ein Bedarf nach Schutzkleidung mit noch höherer Flexibilität, wobei aber die Schutzwirkung nicht nachlassen soll. Daher stellt sich die vorliegende Erfindung die Aufgabe, ein textiles Flächengebilde zur Verfügung zu stellen, das bei erhöhter Flexibilität keine Einbuse an Schutzwirkung aufweist. - Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein textiles Flächengebilde bestehend aus mindestens einem ersten und einem zweiten Zwirn, wobei der erste und der zweite Zwirn als eine Komponente mindestens ein schnittfestes Garn enthalten, und der zweite Zwirn als weitere Komponente ein nicht-schnittfestes Garn enthält, und wobei dass das nicht-schnittfeste Garn des zweiten Zwirns aus Elastofasern besteht.
- Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung ist unter einem schnittfesten bzw. nicht-schnittfesten Garn ein Garn zu verstehen, das verarbeitet zu einem Gestrick mit einem Flächengewicht von 800 g/m2 eine nach DIN EN 388 bestimmte Schnittfestigkeit von ≥ 1 bzw. von < 1 hat.
- Das erfindungsgemäße textile Flächengebilde zeigt im Vergleich zum eingangs genannten Stand der Technik eine erhöhter Fexibilität bei mindestens gleich hoher Schnittfestigkeit, die nach DIN EN 388 gemessen wurde.
- Der erste und zweite Zwirn können als schnittfeste Komponente mindestens ein Filamentgarn enthalten, das texturiert sein kann und einen Titer aufweist, der z.B. im Bereich von 20 bis 2000 dtex liegt. Vorzugsweise enthalten der erste und zweite Zwirn aber mindestens ein Stapelfasergarn, dessen Titer z.B. in einem Bereich von 140 bis 3500 dtex liegt. In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform besteht das Stapelfasergarn aus einem aromatischen Polyamid, z.B. aus einem p-Aramid wie etwa Twaron® oder aus einem Polyolefin mit einem mittleren Molekulargewicht von mindestens 600 000 g/mol besteht, beispielsweise aus einem Polyethylen wie Dyneema® oder aus einem Polypropylen. Dabei können den vorstehend genannten Stapelfasergarnen bei deren Herstellung Stapelfasern aus anderen Materialien in einer Menge zugesetzt worden sein, welche die Schnittfestigkeit des Stapelfasergarnes nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Solche Stapelfasern aus anderen Materialien können z.B. Fasern aus einem aliphatischen Polyamid, aus einem Polyester, aus einer Polymilchsäure oder Fasern aus Wolle oder Baumwolle sein.
- Vorzugsweise enthält der erste Zwirn des erfindungsgemäßen textilen Flächengebildes als weitere Komponente mindestens ein Filament aus einem schnittfesten Material, das besonders bevorzugt aus Stahl, Keramik, Basalt, Aluminium, Kupfer, Messing, Silber, Bronze oder Glas besteht. Auch Stapelfasern aus den ebengenanten Materialien können als weitere Komponente des ersten Zwirns eingesetzt werden.
- Erfindungsgemäß besteht das nicht-schnittfeste Garn des zweiten Zwirns aus Elastofasern, d.h. aus Fasern, die extrem dehnbar sind und nach Aufhebung der Zugkraft weitgehend in den ursprünglichen Zustand zurückkehren. Die Elastofasern haben vozugsweise einen Titer im Bereich von 17 bis 156 dtex.
- Beispiele für Elastofasern, die als nicht-schnittfestes Garn des zweiten Zwirns dienen können, sind
- Elastanfasern, die auch unter der Bezeichung Spandex oder Dorlastan bekannt sind und aus Polyurethan bestehen,
- Elastodienfasern, die z.B. aus synthetischem Polyisopren bestehen oder aus Polymeren mit hohem Molekulargewicht, die durch Polymerisation mit einem oder mehreren Dienen ggf. unter Zusatz eines oder mehrerer Vinylmonomerer hergestellt werden, oder Gummifasern aus Naturkautschuk,
- oder Fasern aus Polymeren mit hohem Molekulargewicht, die zu mindestens 85% aus segmentiertem Polyurethan bestehen,
wobei Elastan- und Elastodienfasern besonders bevorzugt sind, insbesondere dann, wenn ihre Dehnbarkeit im Bereich von > 100 bis ca. 800 %, bevorzugt im Bereich von > 300 bis ca. 800% und ganz besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 400 bis 550 % liegt. - In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen textilen Flächengebildes weist weder der erste Zwirn noch der zweite Zwirn eine Mantel/Kern-Konstruktion auf.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen textilen Flächengebildes besteht der erste Zwirn aus einem Stahlfilament und einem Aramidstapelfasergarn.
- In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen textilen Flächengebildes besteht der erste Zwirn aus einem Stahlfilament und zwei Aramidstapelfasergarnen.
- In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform des erfindungegemäßen textilen Flächengebildes besteht der erste Zwirn aus einem Stahlfilament und vier Aramidstapelfasergarnen.
- In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen textilen Flächengebildes besteht der zweite Zwirn aus einem Elastangarn und einem Aramidstapelfasergarn.
- In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform des erfindungegemäßen textilen Flächengebildes besteht der zweite Zwirn aus einem Elastangarn und zwei Aramidstapelfasergarnen.
- In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen textilen Flächengebildes besteht der erste Zwirn aus einem oder zwei Stahlfilamenten und vier Aramidstapelfasergarnen und der zweite Zwirn aus einem Elastangarn und zwei Aramidstapelfasergarnen.
- Vorzugsweise sind in dem erfindungsgemäßen textilen Flächengebilde der mindestens erste und zweite Zwirn gemeinsam verarbeitet, besonders bevorzugt gestrickt, gewirkt, geflochten oder gewebt. Die mindestens zwei Zwirne können also gemeinsam und gleichzeitig einer Strick-, Flecht- oder Webmaschine zugeführt werden und zu dem erfindungsgemäßen textilen Flächengebilde verarbeit werden. Dazu können die mindestens zwei Zwirne in paralleler Anordnung zugeführt und verarbeitet werden oder auch umeinander verdreht oder verdrillt verarbeitet werden.
- Die bereits erwähnte Kombination von hoher Flexibilität und Schnittfestigkeit des erfindungsgemäßen textilen Flächengebildes bewirkt, das besagte Eigenschafts-kombination auch in Schutzkleidung, die das erfindungsgemäße textile Flächengebilde enthält, in vorteilhafter Weise zum Tragen kommt. Daher ist eine derartige Schutzkleidung ebenfalls Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung.
- Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der erfindugnsgemäßen Schutzkleidung sind Handschuhe, Schürzen, Hosen, Jacken, Manschetten, Schläuche, Schlauchumhüllungen oder vandalismusresistente Artikel, wie z.B. Sitze.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung wird in den folgenden Beispielen näher erläutert.
- Zur Herstellung eines Handschuhs wird zuerst in einem zweistufigen Zwirnprozess ein erster Zwirn hergestellt. Dazu werden in der ersten Stufe zwei Fäden aus Metalfilament (Titer jeweils 150 dtex), die unter der Bezeichnung Bekinox von der Firma Bekaert erhältlich sind, und zwei Stapelfasergarne (Titer jeweils 357 dtex) aus p-Aramid, die unter der Bezeichnung Twaron von der Firma Teijin Twaron erhältlich sind, verzwirnt. Der resultierende Zwirn wird danach in der zweiten Stufe mit zwei verzwirnten p-Aramid Stapelfasergarnen der vorstehend genannten Art verzwirnt, wodurch der erste Zwirn erhalten wird.
- Zur Herstellung eines zweiten Zwirns wird ein Elastangarn (Titer = 78 dtex), das unter der Bezeichnung Dorlastan von der Fa. Dorlastan Fibers erhältlich ist, mit zwei Stapelfasergarnen (Titer jeweils 357 dtex) aus p-Aramid, die von der Firma Teijin Twaron unter der Bezeichnung Twaron erhältlich sind, verzwirnt.
- Der erste und zweite Zwirn werden gemeinsam und parallel einer Strickmaschine zugeführt und mit einem Nadelabstand von 7 Nadeln pro 2,54 cm zu einem Handschuh verstrickt. Der Handschuh hat ein Gewicht von 32,9 g, ein Flächengewicht von 508 g/m2, eine Strickdicke von 1,74 mm und weist in Stäbchen und Reihe eine Maschendichte von jeweils 4 Maschen pro cm auf.
- Auf die eben beschriebene Weise wurden Handschuhe hergestellt, die im folgenden als Handschuhe vom Typ I bezeichnet werden.
- An den Handschuhen vom Typ I wurde nach DIN EN 388 die Schnittfestigkeit gemessen. Der Handschuhtyp I ergab bei zehn Messungen einen niedrigsten mittleren Schnittindex von 20,9, welcher der höchsten Leitstungsstufe 5 entspricht. Der niedrigste ermittelte Einzelindex ist 13,1. Somit ist dieser Handschuh im Hinblick auf die Schnittfestigkeit in die zweithöchste Leistungsstufe 4 einzuordnen.
- Dieses Beispiel zeigt, dass erfindungsgemäß hergestellte Handschuhe eine höhere Schnittfestigkeit aufweisen als aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Handschuhe. Darüberhinaus weisen erfindungsgemäß hergestellte Handschuhe eine höhere Flexibilität, d.h. einen höheren Tragekomfort auf als aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Handschuhe.
- Zur Herstellung eines Handschuhs wird zuerst in einem zweistufigen Zwirnprozess ein erster Zwirn hergestellt. Dazu werden in der ersten Stufe zwei Fäden aus Metalfilament (Titer jeweils 150 dtex), die unter der Bezeichnung Bekinox von der Firma Bekaert erhältlich sind, und zwei Stapelfasergarne (Titer jeweils 200 dtex), die zu 70 Gew.-% aus Polymilchsäure (PLA) Stapelfasern, die unter der Bezeichnung Ingeo von Cargill Dow erhältlich sind, und zu 30 Gew.-% aus p-Aramid Stapelfasern bestehen, die unter der Bezeichnung Twaron von der Firma Teijin Twaron erhältlich sind, verzwirnt. Der resultierende Zwirn wird danach in der zweiten Stufe mit zwei verzwirnten p-Aramid Stapelfasergarnen der vorstehend genannten Art verzwirnt, wodurch der erste Zwirn erhalten wird.
- Zur Herstellung eines zweiten Zwirns wird ein Elastangarn (Titer = 78 dtex), das unter der Bezeichnung Dorlastan von der Fa. Bayer erhältlich ist, mit zwei Stapelfasergarnen (Titer jeweils 200 dtex), die zu 70 Gew.-% aus Polymilchsäure (PLA) Stapelfasern, die unter der Bezeichnung Ingeo von Cargill Dow erhältlich sind, und zu 30 Gew.-% aus p-Aramid Stapelfasern bestehen, die von der Firma Teijin Twaron unter der Bezeichnung Twaron erhältlich sind, verzwirnt.
- Der erste und zweite Zwirn werden gemeinsam und parallel einer Strickmaschine zugeführt und mit einem Nadelabstand von 7 Nadeln pro 2,54 cm zu einem Handschuh verstrickt. Der Handschuh hat ein Gewicht von 20,6 g, ein Flächengewicht von 360 g/m2, eine Strickdicke von 1,56 mm und weist eine Maschendichte von 5,5 Stäbchen/cm und 3,5 Reihen/cm auf.
- An zwei in solcher Weise hergestellten Handschuhen wurde nach DIN EN 388 eine Schnittfestigkeit von mindestens 4,8 gemessen. Somit sind diese Handschuhe im Hinblick auf die Schnittfestigkeit in die Leistungsstufe 2 einzuordnen.
- Dieses Beispiel zeigt, dass erfindungsgemäß hergestellte Handschuhe selbst dann, wenn im ersten und im zweiten Zwirn Garne verwendet werden, die nur zur 30 Gew.-% aus einem schnittfesten Material (p-Aramid Stapelfasern) und zu 70 Gew.-% aus nicht-schnittfesten Material (PLA) bestehen, immerhin noch eine Schnittfestigkeit der Leistungsstufe 2 aufweisen, und dies bei einem Gewicht von nur 20,6 g.
- Zur Herstellung eines Handschuhs wird zuerst in einem einstufigen Zwirnprozess ein erster Zwirn hergestellt. Dazu werden zwei Fäden aus Metalfilament (Titer jeweils 150 dtex), die unter der Bezeichnung Bekinox von der Firma Bekaert erhältlich sind, und zwei texturierte Filamentgarne (Titer jeweils 550 dtex) aus p-Aramid, die unter der Bezeichnung Twaron von der Firma Teijin Twaron erhältlich sind, verzwirnt.
- Zur Herstellung eines zweiten Zwirns wird ein Elastangarn (Titer = 78 dtex), das unter der Bezeichnung Dorlastan von der Fa. Bayer erhältlich ist, mit einem Filamentgarn (Titer 550 dtex) aus p-Aramid, das von der Firma Teijin Twaron unter der Bezeichnung Twaron erhältlich ist, verzwirnt.
- Der erste und zweite Zwirn werden gemeinsam und parallel einer Strickmaschine zugeführt und mit einem Nadelabstand von 7 Nadeln pro 2,54 cm zu einem Handschuh verstrickt. Der Handschuh hat ein Gewicht von 24,9 g, ein Flächengewicht von 479 g/m2, eine Strickdicke von 2,1 mm und weist eine Maschendichte von 3,5 Reihen/cm und 6,5 Stäbchen/cm auf.
- An zwei in solcher Weise hergestellten Handschuhen wurde nach DIN EN 388 eine Schnittfestigkeit von mindestens 14,4 gemessen. Somit sind diese Handschuhe im Hinblick auf die Schnittfestigkeit in die zweithöchste Leistungsstufe 4 einzuordnen.
- Dieses Beispiel zeigt, dass erfindungsgemäß hergestellte Handschuhe mit einer Schnittfestigkeit in Leistungsstufe 4 hergestellt werden können, die nur 24,9 g wiegen.
- Zur Herstellung eines Handschuhs wird zuerst in einem einstufigen Zwirnprozess ein erster Zwirn hergestellt. Dazu werden ein Faden aus Metalfilament (Titer jeweils 150 dtex), der unter der Bezeichnung Bekinox von der Firma Bekaert erhältlich ist, und zwei Stapelfasergarne (Titer jeweils 200 dtex) aus p-Aramid, die unter der Bezeichnung Twaron von der Firma Teijin Twaron erhältlich sind, verzwirnt.
- Zur Herstellung eines zweiten Zwirns wird ein Elastangarn (Titer = 78 dtex), das unter der Bezeichnung Dorlastan von der Fa. Dorlastan Fibers erhältlich ist, mit zwei Stapelfasergarnen (Titer jeweils 357 dtex) aus p-Aramid, die von der Firma Teijin Twaron unter der Bezeichnung Twaron erhältlich sind, verzwirnt.
- Der erste und zweite Zwirn werden gemeinsam und parallel einer Strickmaschine zugeführt und mit einem Nadelabstand von 13 Nadeln pro 2,54 cm zu einem Handschuh verstrickt. Der Handschuh hat ein Gewicht von 20,9 g, ein Flächengewicht von 347 g/m2, eine Strickdicke von 1,21 mm und weist in Stäbchenrichtung eine Maschendichte von 8 Maschen pro cm und in Reihenrichtung eine Maschendichte von 6,5 Maschen pro cm auf.
- An fünf in solcher Weise hergestellten Handschuhen wurde nach DIN EN 388 eine Schnittfestigkeit von mindestens 6,9 gemessen. Somit sind diese Handschuhe im Hinblick auf die Schnittfestigkeit in die dritthöchste Leistungsstufe 3 einzuordnen.
- Der Vergleich dieses Beispiels mit Beispiel 1 zeigt, dass die Handschuhe von Beispiel 4 trotz eines um 32 % verringerten Flächengewichts und trotz eines um 36 % verringerten Gewichts immer noch eine Schnittfestigkeit der Klasse 3 aufweisen. Somit zeigt Beispiel 3, dass erfindungsgemäße Handschuhe herstellbar sind, die eine Schnittfestigkeit in der dritthöchsten Leistungsstufe mit einem sehr hohem Tragekomfort und mit einer sehr hohen Dexterität, d.h. mit einer sehr hohen Beweglichkeit und Greiffähigkeit, vereinen.
- Zur Herstellung eines Handschuhs wird zuerst in einem einstufigen Zwirnprozess ein erster Zwirn hergestellt. Dazu werden zwei Fäden aus Metalfilament (Titer jeweils 150 dtex), die unter der Bezeichnung Bekinox von der Firma Bekaert erhältlich sind, und vier Stapelfasergarne (Titer jeweils 357 dtex) aus p-Aramid, die unter der Bezeichnung Twaron von der Firma Teijin Twaron erhältlich sind, verzwirnt.
- Zur Herstellung eines zweiten Zwirns wird ein Elastangarn (Titer = 78 dtex), das unter der Bezeichnung Dorlastan von der Fa. Dorlastan Fibers erhältlich ist, mit zwei Stapelfasergarnen (Titer jeweils 357 dtex) aus p-Aramid, die von der Firma Teijin Twaron unter der Bezeichnung Twaron erhältlich sind, verzwirnt.

Die Handschuhe ergaben bei zehn Messungen einen niedrigsten mittleren Schnittindex von 20,9, welcher der höchsten Leitstungsstufe 5 entspricht. Der niedrigste ermittelte Einzelindex ist 13,1. - Dieses Beispiel zeigt, dass erfindungsgemäß hergestellte Handschuhe eine höhere Schnittfestigkeit aufweisen als aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Handschuhe. Bayer erhältlich ist, mit zwei Stapelfasergarnen (Titer jeweils 200 dtex), die zu 70 Gew.-% aus Polymilchsäure (PLA) Stapelfasern, die unter der Bezeichnung Ingeo von Cargill Dow erhältlich sind, und zu 30 Gew.-% aus p-Aramid Stapelfasern bestehen, die von der Firma Teijin Twaron unter der Bezeichnung Twaron erhältlich sind, verzwirnt.
- Der erste und zweite Zwirn werden gemeinsam und parallel einer Strickmaschine zugeführt und mit einem Nadelabstand von 7 Nadeln pro 2,54 cm zu einem Handschuh verstrickt. Der Handschuh hat ein Gewicht von 20,6 g, ein Flächengewicht von 360 g/m2, eine Strickdicke von 1,56 mm und weist eine Maschendichte von 5,5 Stäbchen/cm und 3,5 Reihen/cm auf.
- An zwei in solcher Weise hergestellten Handschuhen wurde nach DIN EN 388 eine Schnittfestigkeit von mindestens 4,8 gemessen. Somit sind diese Handschuhe im Hinblick auf die Schnittfestigkeit in die Leistungsstufe 2 einzuordnen.
- Dieses Beispiel zeigt, dass erfindungsgemäß hergestellte Handschuhe selbst dann, wenn im ersten und im zweiten Zwirn Garne verwendet werden, die nur zur 30 Gew.-% aus einem schnittfesten Material (p-Aramid Stapelfasern) und zu 70 Gew.-% aus nicht-schnittfesten Material (PLA) bestehen, immerhin noch eine Schnittfestigkeit der Leistungsstufe 2 aufweisen, und dies bei einem Gewicht von nur 20,6 g.
Claims (19)
- Textiles Flächengebilde bestehend aus mindestens einem ersten und einem zweiten Zwirn, wobei der erste und der zweite Zwirn als eine Komponente mindestens ein schnittfestes Garn enthalten, und der zweite Zwirn als weitere Komponente ein nicht-schnittfestes Garn enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das nicht-schnittfeste Garn des zweiten Zwirns aus Elastofasern besteht.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und zweite Zwirn als eine schnittfeste Komponente mindestens ein Stapelfasergarn enthalten.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stapelfasergarn aus einem aromatischen Polyamid oder aus einem Polyolefin mit einem mittleren Molekulargewicht von mindestens 600 000 g/mol besteht.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zwirn als weitere Komponente mindestens ein Filament aus einem schnittfesten Material enthält.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Filament aus Stahl, Keramik, Basalt, Aluminium, Kupfer, Bronze, Messing, Silber oder Glas besteht.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elastofasern Elastanfasern oder Elastodienfasern sind.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elastofasern eine Dehnbarkeit im Bereich von > 100 bis 800 % aufweisen.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass weder der erste Zwirn noch der zweite Zwirn eine Mantel/Kern-Konstruktion aufweist.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zwirn aus einem Stahlfilament und einem Aramidstapelfasergarn besteht.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zwirn aus einem Stahlfilament und zwei Aramidstapelfasergarnen besteht.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zwirn aus einem Stahlfilament und vier Aramidstapelfasergarnen besteht.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Zwirn aus einem Elastangarn und einem Aramidstapelfasergarn besteht.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Zwirn aus einem Elastangarn und zwei Aramidstapelfasergarnen besteht.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zwirn aus zwei Stahlfilamenten und vier Aramidstapelfasergarnen und der zweite Zwirn aus einem Elastangarn und zwei Aramidstapelfasergarnen besteht.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens erste und zweite Zwirn in dem textilen Flächengebilde gemeinsam verarbeitet sind.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es gestrickt, gewirkt, geflochten oder gewebt ist.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei Zwirne in paralleler Anordnung einer Strick-, Web- oder Flechtmaschine zugeführt und verarbeitet werden.
- Schutzkleidung enthaltend ein textiles Flächengebilde nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 17.
- Schutzkleidung nach Anspruch 18 in Form von Handschuhen, Schürzen, Hosen, Jacken, Manschetten, Schläuchen, Schlauchumhüllungen oder in Form von vandalismusresistenten Artikeln.
