Claims (15)

  1. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier comprenant un ou plusieurs réservoirs (1) destinés à contenir de la colle et appropriés à une mise sous pression ; au moins un cylindre de délivrance de colle (3a, 3b) connecté audit réservoir (1) et doté de valves ou de mécanismes de mise en service / hors service (4a, 4b) destinés à permettre / empêcher l'écoulement de la colle, disposés à angle droit par rapport à la direction dans laquelle les volumes à relier sont alimentés ; un ou plusieurs composants d'applicateur de colle appropriés à une application de la colle sur le dos du volume en transit, connectés audit cylindre de délivrance (3a, 3b), caractérisé en ce que ledit ou lesdits cylindres de délivrance (3a, 3b) sont agencés de manière horizontale et dans lequel ledit applicateur de colle du type à extrusion comprend également :
    - une ou plusieurs paires de guides de Volume (5ai, 5ae, 5bi, 5be) situés sur chaque cylindre de délivrance (3a, 3b) ;
    - un ou plusieurs desdits composants d'applicateur de colle étant situés entre les guides (5ai, 5ae) sur ledit cylindre de délivrance (3a) ;
    - une ou plusieurs paires de composants latéraux appropriés à une application de la colle sur le bord des première et dernière feuilles à proximité du dos du volume en transit, dans lequel lesdits composants latéraux destinés à appliquer de la colle sont deux trous ou ouvertures situés sur la partie supérieure du cylindre de délivrance (3b), qui coïncident avec les deux guides (5be, 5bi), ou sont connectés audit cylindre de délivrance (3b) et sont constitués d'une série de trous ou d'ouvertures (5bc) positionnés sur la surface de chaque guide (5bi, 5be) faisant face au guide opposé.
  2. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit composant destiné à appliquer de la colle sur le dos du volume se compose d'une fente ou d'une ouverture (3ac) située sur le dessus du cylindre de délivrance (3a).
  3. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits composants destinés à appliquer de la colle sur le bord des première et dernière feuilles à proximité du dos du volume se compose d'une série de trous ou d'ouvertures (5bc) situés sur le côté de chaque guide (5bi, 5be) faisant face au guide opposé (5be, 5bi) et en communication avec l'intérieur dudit cylindre de délivrance (3b).
  4. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'une au moins de chaque paire desdits guides (5ai, 5bi ; 5ae, 5be) est fixe.
  5. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'une au moins de chaque paire desdits guides (5ai, 5bi ; 5ae, 5be) est mobile.
  6. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon les revendications 4, 5, caractérisé en ce que les guides (5ai, 5bi) les plus proches du réservoir (1) et de la base (2) sont fixes, tandis que les guides (5ae, 5be) les plus éloignés du réservoir (1) et de la base (2) sont mobiles.
  7. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits cylindres de délivrance (3a, 3b) présentent un trou ou une ouverture situé dans leur paroi en ligne avec les guides fixes (5ai, 5bi), et dans lequel lesdits guides fixes (5ai, 5bi) présentent un trou ou une ouverture aligné ou en communication avec ledit trou dans lesdits cylindres (3a, 3b) connecté aux trous ou aux fentes (5ac, 5bc) qui délivrent la colle.
  8. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits cylindres de délivrance (3a, 3b) présentent un trou ou une ouverture situé dans leur paroi qui coïncide avec les guides mobiles (5ae, 5be), et dans lequel lesdits guides (5ae, 5be) présentent une ouverture ou un trou situé dans la paroi sur laquelle ils coulissent par rapport au cylindre de délivrance (3a, 3b) de telle sorte que, quelle que soit la position de déplacement desdits guides mobiles (5ae, 5be), lesdits trous situés dans les cylindres de délivrance (3a, 3b) soient toujours en communication avec les ouvertures ou avec les fentes desdits guides mobiles (5ae, 5be), et dans lequel lesdites ouvertures ou lesdites fentes situées dans lesdits guides mobiles (5ae, 5be) sont connectées aux trous ou aux fentes (5ac, 5bc) qui délivrent la colle.
  9. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce lesdits guides mobiles (5ae, 5be) sont déplacés par des moyens mécanisés asservis ou manuels précis de manière micrométrique.
  10. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque valve ou mécanisme de mise en service / hors service (4a, 4b) qui règle l'écoulement de la colle dans chaque cylindre de délivrance (3a, 3b) comprend un autre tube cylindrique intérieur (4a, 4b), ou obturateur, logé en rotation à l'intérieur dudit cylindre de délivrance (3a, 3b) et qui adhère à l'intérieur de la fente ou du trou (3ac, 3bc) situé dans le cylindre de délivrance (3a, 3b), dans lequel ledit obturateur (4a, 4b) présente des trous ou des fentes (4ac, 4bc) situés dans sa paroi et qui présentent globalement les mêmes forme, taille et agencement que les trous ou les fentes (3ac, 3bc) situés dans le cylindre de délivrance correspondant (3a, 3b), et dans lequel la rotation dudit obturateur (4a, 4b) amène les trous ou les fentes (4ac, 4bc) situés dans l'obturateur (4a, 4b) en alignement ou hors d'alignement avec les trous ou les fentes situés dans le cylindre de délivrance (3a, 3b), en permettant ou en empêchant de ce fait le passage de la colle à travers les trous ou les fentes situés dans le cylindre de délivrance (3a, 3b).
  11. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que chaque obturateur (4a, 4b) s'étend à partir de l'extrémité du cylindre de délivrance correspondant (3a, 3b) qui se trouve à l'opposé du réservoir (1) et de la base (2), avec une extrémité borgne ou fermée de manière mécanique, et dans lequel des mécanismes de levier, des mécanismes électromécaniques ou pneumatiques fixés sur ladite extrémité faisant saillie de l'obturateur (4a, 4b) sont appropriés à une rotation partielle dudit obturateur (4a, 4b) autour de son axe central.
  12. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon les revendications 11, 12, caractérisé en ce que la rotation desdits obturateurs intérieurs (4a, 4b) est réglée par des mécanismes asservis pneumatiques, électromécaniques ou mécaniques, quand un volume passe.
  13. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un mécanisme destiné à une aspiration partielle de la colle contenue dans le cylindre de délivrance (3a, 3b) et les obturateurs (4a, 4b), de telle sorte que l'écoulement de la colle présente un démarrage très précis et une interruption distincte dans l'extrusion de la colle dans la zone où la colle est appliquée.
  14. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque cylindre de délivrance (3a, 3b), chaque obturateur (4a, 4b) et le mécanisme d'aspiration partielle de la colle sont concentriques de façon à créer un seul canal cylindrique de passage de la colle, et dans lequel le mécanisme d'aspiration partielle de la colle se compose d'un piston ou d'une tige contenu à l'intérieur et concentrique à l'obturateur (4a, 4b) de telle sorte qu'il puisse être retiré en partie dudit obturateur (4a, 4b) et exercer de ce fait une action d'aspiration partielle, ou dépression, sur la colle contenue à l'intérieur de l'obturateur (4a, 4b) et à l'intérieur dudit cylindre de délivrance (3a, 3b) en particulier au moment de la fermeture dudit obturateur (4a, 4b).
  15. Applicateur de colle du type à extrusion destiné à des machines à relier selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente plusieurs réservoirs (1) de colle, appropriés pour contenir des colles qui diffèrent en termes de qualité, de température de fonctionnement ou de temps de séchage, et dans lequel chaque réservoir (1) est doté au moins d'un cylindre de délivrance (3) et de guides correspondants (5), d'un obturateur (4) et d'un mécanisme d'aspiration partielle de la colle destinés à appliquer chaque colle contenue dans ledit réservoir sur une partie spécifique du volume en cours de reliure.
