Definitions
- the invention relates to a door handle support with a mounting device for an electrical plug-in coupling to a built-in door handle electronic circuitry with a hinged to the door handle carrier coupling receptacle which is tilt-protected in a first mounting position and movable from the mounting position to an operating position.
- a door handle support of this type is known in which a plug-in coupling part is connected via a short cable to the door handle and can be inserted in a mounted on the door handle carrier coupling receptacle.
- the coupling receptacle is pivotally mounted between a mounting position and an operating position on the carrier. In the mounting position, the coupling receptacle can be locked by a locking device which provides the necessary counterforce for inserting the plug-in coupling in the receptacle.
- the locking device consists of a molded-on the coupling receptacle nose and a carrier-fixed locking receptacle.
- the cooperating locking elements must be formed in relatively tight tolerances, so on the one hand, the locking force is sufficient for insertion of the plug-in coupling and on the other hand pivoting back of the coupling receptacle after making the connector damage-free possible.
- the bearing tolerances of the coupling receptacle in the pivot bearing and the tolerances of the cooperating in the mounting position latching elements must be matched relatively accurately, which requires a corresponding production cost.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, the door handle support in such a way that a reliable Kipp Klind the coupling receptacle in the mounting position and a easy transfer to an operating position with relatively simple means is possible.
- the invention is based on the consideration that the functions of the lock in the mounting position and the release of the lock for the transfer of the coupling receptacle in the operating position structurally and functionally different components must be assigned.
- the invention solves the underlying object in that the coupling receptacle is guided over two opposite sides projecting lugs in parallel guide slots of the door handle support pivotally mounted support member, wherein the guide slots have at least one slot narrowing at corresponding locations , which is passable from the approaches only by overcoming a predetermined threshold force, and that at least one Kipp refreshmentsselement is firmly connected to the coupling receptacle, the Kipp refreshmentsselement can come into the mounting position with a door-mounted counter-component for anti-tip into abutment and the repeal of the counter-component is released after the approaches have passed the slot constrictions in the guide slot, and wherein after lifting the anti-tip device, the holding member together with the coupling receptacle in the Bet rubbing position is pivotable.
- the anti-tilt device can be realized by a simple stop between the coupling holder and the handle carrier.
- the vote of the parallel guide slots on the cross sections of the protruding from the coupling receptacle approaches is technologically also no problem.
- At least one guide runner is formed as Kipp Fernselement to the coupling receptacle and extends substantially parallel to the insertion of the plug-in coupling. Since the guides on the one hand and the plug-in direction of the plug-in coupling on the other hand are substantially parallel, the guide run can be moved out of the stop area on the door handle carrier with linear movement of the coupling receptacle, after which the holding member can be pivoted with the coupling receptacle in the operating position.
- the anti-tilt mating component is designed as a carrier-solid guide groove, which receives the adjacent blade in the mounting position and thereby runs substantially parallel to the guide slots of the support member.
- the coupling receptacle is provided with two symmetrically arranged parallel guide runners, which engage in corresponding carrier-fixed guide grooves, while the coupling receptacle is in the mounting position.
- each guide slot is provided with two slot constrictions, wherein a first slot constriction is disposed near a slot end and the second slot constriction defines that position of the receptacle in which the system of the anti-tilt element is lifted to a door-mounted counterpart component.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a door handle support with a mounting device for an electrical plug-in coupling to a built-in door handle electronic circuitry with a hinged to the door handle carrier coupling receptacle which is tilt-protected in a first mounting position and movable from the mounting position to an operating position.
The invention is therefore based on the object, the door handle support in such a way that a reliable Kippsicherung the coupling receptacle in the mounting position and a easy transfer to an operating position with relatively simple means is possible.
In the solution of this problem, the invention is based on the consideration that the functions of the lock in the mounting position and the release of the lock for the transfer of the coupling receptacle in the operating position structurally and functionally different components must be assigned.
Starting from a door handle support of the type mentioned, the invention solves the underlying object in that the coupling receptacle is guided over two opposite sides projecting lugs in parallel guide slots of the door handle support pivotally mounted support member, wherein the guide slots have at least one slot narrowing at corresponding locations , which is passable from the approaches only by overcoming a predetermined threshold force, and that at least one Kippsicherungselement is firmly connected to the coupling receptacle, the Kippsicherungselement can come into the mounting position with a door-mounted counter-component for anti-tip into abutment and the repeal of the counter-component is released after the approaches have passed the slot constrictions in the guide slot, and wherein after lifting the anti-tip device, the holding member together with the coupling receptacle in the Bet rubbing position is pivotable.
By subdividing the mounting device into a coupling receptacle and a retaining component, it is possible to assign the functions of the tilt protection on the one hand and the slot narrowing effecting the locking to different elements. The anti-tilt device can be realized by a simple stop between the coupling holder and the handle carrier. The vote of the parallel guide slots on the cross sections of the protruding from the coupling receptacle approaches is technologically also no problem. Upon displacement of the coupling receptacle relative to the outer support member, the anti-tilt device is released, and the support member can be easily in the together with the coupling receptacle in the Swing operating position. Special requirements regarding the dimensional stability of the pivot bearing is not required.
In a further development of the invention it is provided that at least one guide runner is formed as Kippsicherungselement to the coupling receptacle and extends substantially parallel to the insertion of the plug-in coupling.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the anti-tilt mating component is designed as a carrier-solid guide groove, which receives the adjacent blade in the mounting position and thereby runs substantially parallel to the guide slots of the support member. Preferably, the coupling receptacle is provided with two symmetrically arranged parallel guide runners, which engage in corresponding carrier-fixed guide grooves, while the coupling receptacle is in the mounting position.
A preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that each guide slot is provided with two slot constrictions, wherein a first slot constriction is disposed near a slot end and the second slot constriction defines that position of the receptacle in which the system of the anti-tilt element is lifted to a door-mounted counterpart component.
