Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wärmetauscher, beispielsweise Abgaswärmetauscher, der aus einem Bündel aus Rohren (2) besteht, das in ein rohrförmiges Gehäuse (11) einschiebbar ist; wobei das Abgas durch die Rohre (2) strömt und zwischen den Rohren (2) jeweils ein Kühlmittelkanal (5) angeordnet ist, wobei das Bündel aus Rohren (2) wenigstens eine gitterartige Haltekonstruktion (10) aufweist, die das Bündel zum Gehäuse (11) hin abstützt. Das Verhalten des Wärmetauschers gegenüber Vibrationen wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch verbessert, dass die gitterartige, metallische Haltekonstruktion (10) einstückig mit federnden Kragarmen (12) ausgebildet ist, die entgegen der Einschieberichtung des Bündels in das Gehäuse (11) verformt sind und deren Federkraft gegen das Gehäuse (11) gerichtet ist, um Vibrationen zu dämpfen, und dass eine durch Temperaturwechsel induzierte Längenänderung zulassende Einrichtung (20) mit elastischen Eigenschaften vorgesehen ist. Außerdem werden drei weitere alternative Lösungsvorschläge offenbart, die ebenfalls zu verbessertem Vibrationsverhalten des Wärmetauschers führen.

The behavior of the heat exchanger against vibrations is inventively improved in that the grid-like, metallic support structure (10) is integrally formed with resilient cantilever arms (12) which are deformed against the insertion direction of the bundle in the housing (11) and their spring force against the housing (11) is directed to dampen vibrations, and that a temperature change induced length change permitting means (20) is provided with elastic properties. In addition, three other alternative solutions are disclosed, which also lead to improved vibration behavior of the heat exchanger.
