Claims (14)

une unité d'impression (4),
une unité d'acheminement (6) destinée à acheminer une bande de matériau (8) le long de l'unité d'impression (4), de telle sorte que la bande de matériau (8) peut être imprimée par l'unité d'impression (4),
une unité d'alimentation (10) destinée à alimenter en continu l'unité d'acheminement (6) avec la bande de matériau (8),
une unité de placage (12) destinée à déposer la bande de matériau (8) imprimée sur la surface (2') de la pièce (2) respective, et
une unité de transport qui est configurée pour générer un mouvement relatif entre les pièces respectives et au moins l'unité de placage,
ledit procédé comportant les étapes :acheminement d'une bande de matériau (8) au moyen de l'unité d'acheminement (6) le long de l'unité d'impression (4),impression de la bande de matériau (8) au moyen de l'unité d'impression (4),pose de la bande de matériau (8) sur une pièce (2) au moyen de l'unité de placage (12) perdant un mouvement relatif entre la pièce (2) et l'unité de placage (12),caractérisé en ce que
la bande de matériau (8) acheminée est structurée et/ou une structure est formée sur la bande de matériau (8) acheminée, au moyen d'une unité de formation d'une structure (14) disposée en amont de l'unité d'impression (4). - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'impression (4) est agencée de telle sorte qu'elle imprime la bande de matériau (8) sur la face (8') opposée à la pièce (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'impression (4) est agencée de telle sorte qu'elle imprime la bande de matériau (8) sur la face (8") orientée vers la pièce (2).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'impression (4) est une unité d'impression à jet d'encre ou une unité d'impression rotative.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'alimentation (10) comporte un logement (10') pour une réserve de bande de matériau (8), lequel contient de préférence une réserve de bande de matériau (8).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la bande de matériau (8) comporte une ou plusieurs couches.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la bande de matériau (8) est transparente.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise, en outre, une unité de détection d'une structure (16), destinée à détecter une structure sur la bande de matériau (8) et disposée de préférence en amont de l'unité d'impression (4).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise, en outre, un dispositif de commande, qui communique avec l'unité d'impression (4) et dans lequel sont stockées des données d'image pour le modèle à déposer sur la bande de matériau (8).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que dans le dispositif de commande sont également disponibles des données relatives à la nature et au positionnement d'une structuration de la bande de matériau (8).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande communique avec l'unité de formation d'une structure (14) et/ou l'unité de détection d'une structure (16).

- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif utilisé est réalisé au moins en partie sous la forme d'une unité pouvant être changée en une unité à broche et comportant, de préférence, une partie de raccordement pouvant être reliée en cours de service à une unité à broche.
