Claims (12)

  1. Ein Haushaltsbackofen mit einem Mechanismus zum Herausnehmen eines Backblechs, wobei der Backofen (1) eine innere Einschließung (10) umfasst, in die mindestens ein Backblech (4) eingeführt werden kann, das auf einem beweglichen Gitterrost (3) angeordnet ist, sowie eine Tür (11), die diese innere Einschließung (10) nach außen hin isoliert, wenn diese geschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus eine Ausziehhalterung (5a,5b) umfasst, die an beiden Seiten (3a,3b) des Gitterrosts (3) mittels Befestigungen (53,54) befestigt ist und somit über eine Führungsfläche (51) der Ausziehhalterung (5a,5b) mit einer Neigung in einem bestimmten Winkel (∅) zur Horizontale verfügt und diese Neigung nach außen hin der inneren Einschließung (10) abnimmt, wobei der Mechanismus auch eine Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) umfasst, auf der das Backblech (4) abgeordnet werden kann und das so ausgelegt ist, dass sie die Führungsfläche (51) der Ausziehhalterung (5a,5b) der Tür (11) des Backofens (1) halten und schieben kann, wobei das Schieben unterbunden wird, wenn sie geschlossen ist, so dass, wenn die Tür (11) geöffnet wird, auf Grund der abfallenden Neigung der Führungsfläche (51) die Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) durch die Schwerkraft nach außen aus dem Backofen (1) gleiten kann, so dass sich das Backblech (4) zusammen mit der Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) bewegt.
  2. Ein Haushaltsbackofen gemäß dem vorausgehenden Anspruch, wobei die Ausziehhalterung (5a,5b) mindestens eine im Wesentlichen vertikale Rille (52) umfasst, die von Befestigungsvorrichtungen (53,54), die die Ausziehhalterung (5a,5b) auf dem Gitterrost (3) gekreuzt wird, so dass der spezifische Winkel (∅) der Neigung der Führungsfläche (51) der Ausziehhalterung (5a,5b) reguliert und somit die Höhe eingestellt werden kann, in der die Befestigungsvorrichtungen (53,54) die Regulierungsrille (52) queren.
  3. Ein Haushaltsbackofen gemäß einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (53,54) Nieten (53,54) und der Gitterrost (3) eine im Wesentlichen horizontale Stange (30) an jeder Seite (3a,3b) umfasst, wobei die Nieten (53,54) an der Stange (30) vernietet sind, um die Ausziehhalterung (5a,5b) am Gitterrost (3) zu befestigen.
  4. Ein Haushaltsbackofen gemäß einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) eine Begrenzungsvorrichtung (64) umfasst, die in Verbindung mit dem Gitterrost (3) arbeitet, um zu verhindern, dass die Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) sich im Verhältnis zur Ausziehhalterung (5a,5b) verschiebt, wenn die Tür (11) des Backofens (1) geöffnet wird, so dass verhindert wird, dass sich das auf der Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) angeordnete Backblech (4) aus der inneren Einschließung (10) des Backofens (1) bewegt.
  5. Ein Haushaltsbackofen gemäß einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) eine im Wesentlichen horizontale Tragefläche (68) umfasst, auf der das Backblech (4) angeordnet ist, so dass das Backblech (4) in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Lage verbleibt.
  6. Ein Haushaltsbackofen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) eine Tragefläche (68) umfasst, auf der das Backblech (4) im Wesentlichen parallel zur Führungsfläche (51) der Ausziehhalterung (5a,5b) angeordnet wird, wobei zumindest ein Schuh (60) auf der Tragefläche (68) angeordnet ist und das Backblech auf dem Schuh (60) angeordnet wird, so dass das Backblech (4) in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Lage verbleibt.
  7. Ein Haushaltsbackofen gemäß dem vorausgehenden Anspruch, wobei die Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) zumindest ein vertikales Fenster (62) umfasst und die Höhe des Schuhs (60) durch dieses vertikale Fenster (62) reguliert wird, so dass das Backblech (4) in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Lage mit dem spezifischen Neigungswinkel (∅) der Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) verbleiben kann.
  8. Ein Haushaltsbackofen gemäß einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Ausziehhalterung (5a,5b) eine erste Halterung (5a) umfasst, die an einer der Seiten (3a) des Gitterrostes (3) befestigt ist, der eine Führungsfläche (51) mit dem spezifischen Neigungswinkel (∅) umfasst, und eine zweite Halterung (5b), welche an der anderen Seite (3b) des Gitterrosts (3) befestigt ist, die eine Führungsfläche (51) mit dem spezifischen Neigungswinkel (∅) umfasst, wobei die Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) eine erste Führung (6a) umfasst, welche sich im Verhältnis zur ersten Halterung (5a) verschiebt, und eine zweite Führung (6b), die sich im Verhältnis zur zweiten Halterung (5b) verschiebt, wobei das Backblech (4) auf diesen Führungen (6a,6b) angeordnet wird.
  9. Ein Haushaltsbackofen gemäß dem vorausgehenden Anspruch, wobei die beiden Führungen (6a,6b) der Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) mittels Verbindungsvorrichtungen (7), so verbunden sind, dass die Führungen (6a,6b) parallel im Verhältnis zu den Halterungen (5a,5b) gleiten können.
  10. Ein Haushaltsbackofen gemäß Anspruch 8 und 9, wobei die Führungen (6a,6b) der Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) eine Ausziehvorrichtung (62,66) umfassen, welche das Gleiten der Führungen (6a, 6b) im Verhältnis zu den Halterungen (5a, 5b) unterstützen, wenn die Tür (11) des Backofens (1) geöffnet wird.
  11. Ein Haushaltsbackofen gemäß dem vorausgehenden Anspruch, wobei die Führungen (6a,6b) der Backblechhalterung (64,6b) hohl sind und eine in ihrem Inneren angeordnete Gleitvorrichtung umfassen, wobei jede Führung (6a,6b) außerdem eine Ausziehfeder (66) in ihrem Inneren umfasst, die am äußeren Ende (61) der jeweiligen Führung (6a,6b) befestigt ist und zusammengedrückt wird, wenn die Tür (11) des Backofens (1) geschlossen wird, so dass, wenn die Tür (11) geöffnet wird, diese Ausziehfeder (66) zusammengedrückt wird und somit die jeweilige Gleitvorrichtung herausdrückt, so dass die Führungen (6a,6b) also im Verhältnis zu den Halterungen (5a,5b) gleiten.
  12. Ein Haushaltsbackofen gemäß Anspruch 10, wobei jede Führung (6a,6b) der Backblechhalterung (6a,6b) am äußeren Ende (61) über eine Ausziehlasche (63) verfügt, wobei die Ausziehlaschen (63) zusammengedrückt werden, wenn die Tür (11) des Backofens (1) geöffnet wird, so dass, wenn die Tür (11) geöffnet wird, die Ausziehlaschen (63) entlastet werden und somit den Gitterrost (3) unterstützen, damit die Führung (6a,6b) im Verhältnis zu den Halterungen (5a,5b) gleiten.
