Abstract

A device (10) for introducing goods to be packed (1, 3) into a packaging container (5) comprises transport devices (11, 15) for the packaging container (5) and the goods to be packed (1, 3). The goods to be packed (1, 3) are compressed by means of pressure elements (25), in order to be introduced into the packaging container (5). The pressure element (25) is guided on a carrier element (32) in a displaceable manner, in order to avoid damage caused by the occurrence of an excess load. Due to the mobility on the carrier element (32), only very small masses are displaced in the event of an excess load, such that the excess load protection device reacts in a reliable manner, and the device (10) has a relatively simple construction.

Description

Stand der TechnikState of the art

The invention relates to a device for introducing packaged goods in packaging containers, in particular in folding boxes, according to the preamble of claim 1. Such a device is known from DE 43 06 170 C1 known. In the known device, in each case a certain number of blister strips and a leaflet each folded around the blister strip C-shaped and folded leaflets can be inserted into a folding box. The closure tabs of the carton are on the side from which the packaged goods is inserted into the carton, folded from the carton to provide the full opening cross-section of the carton. In order to prevent the packaged goods from colliding with the carton when it is inserted into the carton, a hold-down tab is provided which pushes down the stack of packagings upon insertion into the carton. Should there be a collision of the hold-down tongue with the carton or the device, for example because too many blister strips are stacked on top of each other, the hold-down tongue may deviate from its normal trajectory, thereby causing damage avoid. For this purpose, it is provided that the hold-down tongue fastened on an overload slide is deflected out of its original trajectory together with the overload slide in the event of a collision or overload. The disadvantage here is that the adjustability is relatively expensive and that in that, in addition to the hold-down tongue and the overload slide is deflected in an overload, relatively high masses must be moved.

Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention

The inventive device for introducing packaged goods in packaging containers, in particular in cartons, with the features of claim 1 has the advantage that it is relatively simple in mechanical construction and only relatively small masses are moved at a response of the overload function, so that a safe response the overload protection is ensured.

Advantageous developments of the device according to the invention for introducing packaged goods in packaging containers, in particular in folding boxes, are specified in the subclaims.

An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawing and will be explained in more detail below. Show it:
  • FIG. 1 a part of a device for introducing packaged goods in folding cartons in side view,
  • FIG. 2 a hold-down assembly in a perspective view and

Beschreibung des AusführungsbeispielsDescription of the embodiment

The in the FIG. 1 only partially shown device 10 is used for insertion of packaged goods in the form of a multiple blister strips 1 blister stack 2 and a leaflet 3 in packaging containers in the form of cartons 5. The cartons 5 are thereby by means of a first transport device 11 between spaced apart drivers 12th promoted continuously or intermittently. Furthermore, a second transport device 15 is provided, which promotes between recordings drivers 16 each a blister stack 2 and a leaflet 3. The pitch of the driver 12 and 16 of the two transport devices 11 and 15 in the direction perpendicular to the plane extending transport direction corresponds to each other, and the movement and orientation of the driver 12 and 16 is such that the blister stack 2 with the opening cross-sections of the cartons 5 in the Device 10 are aligned.

It can further be seen that the closure tabs of the folding box 5 are folded on the side facing the blister stack 2 in such a way by means not shown holding means that the full opening cross section of the carton 5 is available for insertion of the blister stack 2. For the sake of simplicity, only the upper locking tab 7 of the folding box 5 is shown in the drawing for this purpose. Weitehin the leaflet 3 is prefolded as an elongated strip and is disposed between the carton 5 and the blister stack 2. Of the Package insert 3 is folded when inserting the blister stack 2 in the carton C-shaped around the blister stack 2 and is in the in the FIG. 1 Position shown by means of a holding device, not shown to the blister stack 2 positioned.

The insertion of the packaged goods by means of a push-in finger 20, which is movable at least in the direction of the double arrow 21. In this case, the insertion finger 20 with its insert plate 22 acts on the blister stack 2 and pushes it together with the leaflet 3 into the folding box 5.

Furthermore, it must be ensured that the packaged goods do not collide with the folding box 5 when inserted into the folding box 5. For this purpose, a hold-down tongue 25, which acts on the blister stack 2 from above with a certain force or loaded, so that the blister stack 2 (including leaflet 3) does not exceed the height of the opening cross-section of the carton 5.

In the FIG. 1 Now, a state is shown in which too many blister strips 1 are stacked on top of each other, so that when inserting the blister stack 2, the top blister strip 1 and the hold-down tongue 25 would collide with the top flap 7 of the carton 5. In order to avoid damage to the device 10 or trigger a machine stop in a collision, it is provided that the hold-down tongue 25 is equipped with an overload protection.

This is now additionally on the Figures 2 and 3 directed. It can be seen a hold-down unit 30 with a total of five Niederhaltezungen 25. Such a hold-down unit 30 is used in a cyclic operation of Device 10 for the simultaneous insertion of five blister stacks 2 and leaflets 3 in provided cartons 5. Each hold-down tongue 25 is coupled to a preferably pneumatically operated drive 31 which controls the up and down movement of the hold-down tongues 25 accordingly. It can also be seen that the hold-down tongues 25 are each arranged in an elongated, shaft-shaped carrier 32. It is essential that the hold-down tongue 25 is arranged displaceably in the carrier 32 at least by a certain distance, wherein the displacement path is parallel to the insertion path or to the insertion direction of the packaged goods (double arrow 21) into the folding box 5. Furthermore, each hold-down tongue 25 is coupled to a preferably spring-loaded, adjustable pressure piece 35, which acts on the hold-down tongue 25 with a certain force and acts as an overload protection.

The carrier 32 has on the side facing away from the blister stack 2 a cutout 36, in the area which one end of the hold-down tongue 25 device, as soon as the overload protection responds. The presence of the end of the hold-down tongue 25 is detected by a respective sensing device 37 and supplied to the control device of the device 10 as an input signal. The controller then closes on the overload case and performs BSW. a Maschinenchnienenstopp the device 10 forth.

During operation of the device 10, the hold-down unit 30 is moved together with the hold-down tongues 25 in the direction of the folding boxes 5. If the overload occurs, the preset force of the pressure piece 35 is exceeded and the hold-down tongue 25 is displaced within the carrier 32. This causes the one end of the hold-down tongue 25 enters the section 36, which means the sensing device 37 is detected and triggers a corresponding signal.

The device 10 can be modified in many ways without departing from the spirit of the invention. So are bsw. Instead of the sensing device 37 optical sensors, light barriers o.ä. conceivable. Also, the formation of the hold-down tongue 25 can be modified or modified in many ways. It is only essential that when an overload occurs only the hold-down tongue 25 is deflected with its relatively low mass from its original position or trajectory and that this is recognized as an overload case.
