Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Trage-Zubehörteils für ein Scharnier (12) zum gelenkigen Lagern einer beweglichen Struktur (14) in Bezug auf eine unbewegliche Struktur (16), wobei das Trage-Zubehörteil ein Plättchen (18), das an einer der Strukturen (14, 16) angebracht werden kann, sowie ein hohles Element (20) umfasst, das im Wesentlichen röhrenförmig ist und im Wesentlichen senkrecht in Bezug auf die Ebene des Plättchens (18) angeordnet ist und das eine Aufnahme (25) für eine Anbringungskomponente (24) des Scharniers (12) aufweist, wobei das hohle Element (20) ein verschließendes Ende (23) umfasst und das Plättchen (18), das hohle Element (20) und das verschließende Ende (23) mittels einer Abfolge von Ziehvorgängen bzw. -schritten, die von einem im Wesentlichen planen Blech (30) ausgehend durchgeführt werden, aus einem Stück hergestellt werden, und in einem ersten Ziehschritt ein Abschnitt (32) des Blechs (30) einem ersten Ziehvorgang unterzogen wird, um ein geformtes Element herzustellen, das einen ersten Teil, der im Wesentlichen plan ist, und einen zweiten Teil umfasst, der im Wesentlichen schalenförmig ist und der sich senkrecht in Bezug auf den ersten Teil erstreckt, und in einem zweiten Ziehschritt das geformte Element weiteren Ziehvorgängen unterzogen wird, um den Innendurchmesser zu verringern und die Höhe des zweiten Teils zu vergrößern, wobei die weiteren Ziehvorgänge wiederholt werden, bis der zweite Teil vorgegebene Größen und Form erreicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach den Ziehvorgängen ein Gewindeschneidvorgang durchgeführt wird, um ein Gewinde (27) im Inneren der Aufnahme (25) zu schaffen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es des Weiteren wenigstens einen Scherschritt umfasst, bei dem das Blech (30) so geschert wird, dass eine Reihe von Abschnitten (32) entsteht, die miteinander über äußere Ränder (34) des Blechs (30) verbunden sind.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der weiteren Ziehvorgänge durchgeführt wird, indem direkt auf den zweiten Teil eingewirkt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach den Ziehvorgängen der erste Teil zugeschnitten wird, um das Plättchen (18) auszubilden.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine viskose Substanz mit hohem Reibungskoeffizienten an dem Gewinde (27) im Inneren der Aufnahme (25) angeordnet wird, um das Festklemmen der Anbringungskomponente (24) in der Aufnahme (25) zu ermöglichen.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche von 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schritte des Scherens, Ziehens, Zuschneidens und/oder Gewindeschneidens nacheinander an jeweiligen verschiedenen und aufeinanderfolgenden Abschnitten des Blechs (30) durchgeführt werden.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blech (30) schrittweise weiterbewegt wird, um jeden der Abschnitte (32) nacheinander den verschiedenen Vorgängen zu unterziehen.
  8. Trage-Zubehörteil (10) für ein Scharnier (12) zum gelenkigen Lagern einer beweglichen Struktur (14) in Bezug auf eine unbewegliche Struktur (16), die ein Plättchen (18), das an einer der Strukturen (14, 16) angebracht werden kann, und ein hohles Element (20) umfasst, das im Wesentlichen röhrenförmig und im Wesentlichen senkrecht in Bezug auf die Ebene des Plättchens (18) angeordnet ist, und das eine Aufnahme (25) für eine Anbringungskomponente (24) des Scharniers (12) aufweist, wobei das Plättchen (18) und das hohle Element (20) einschließlich eines verschließenden Endes (23) desselben aus Metall bestehen und mit dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 aus einem Stück hergestellt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Inneren der Aufnahme (25) ein Gewinde (27) für die Anbringungskomponente (24) hergestellt wird.
  9. Trage-Zubehörteil nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es des Weiteren eine viskose Substanz mit einem hohen Reibungskoeffizienten umfasst, die an dem Gewinde (27) im Inneren der Aufnahme (25) angeordnet werden kann, um das Festklemmen der Anbringungskomponente (24) in der Aufnahme (25) zu ermöglichen.
  10. Trage-Zubehörteil nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die viskose Substanz Kunstharz umfasst.
