Description

The invention relates to the assembly of furniture and furniture systems and is directed specifically to furniture with shelves. This should be understood to mean essentially horizontally extending plate-like furniture parts which form, for example, an interior partition of a cabinet or other freestanding furniture or built-in furniture, a shelf, a shelf or similar furniture elements.

For mounting such shelf often systems with rails mounted in different height positions supports are used, which allow the mounting of the shelves in different height positions.

The invention is based on the technical problem of specifying a method and a system for mounting shelf supports at different heights, which offer flexible and reliable performance characteristics in a simple manner.

The DE 44 36 769 A1 shows a continuously adjustable self-locking support system for shelves and furniture. The system consists of a hollow chamber profile rail and a carrier, which in turn has an anchor head and a holding part. Anchor head and rail are dimensioned so that the anchor can be inserted in a horizontal direction through a slot in the rail and then rotated about the horizontal direction. The holding part has elastic elements that are stretched by the insertion of the support arm and thus lead to a fixation of the carrier even in the unloaded state.

This problem is solved by a method for mounting a shelf support in an anchor receiving groove with the steps of: providing the support with an anchor to be arranged in the Ankeraufnahmeut and an outside of the Ankeraufnahmeut holding part for the shelf, providing an anchor receiving groove with a front slot with at least an undercut at the slot; inserting the carrier into the anchor receiving groove, the anchor being in a horizontal direction through the front slot of the anchor receiving groove - By turning the carrier about the horizontal direction, wherein the armature slides in the Ankeraufnahmenut behind the at least one undercut of the slot, - jamming of the armature in the Ankeraufnahmenut by turning, wherein the armature in and along the Ankeraufnahmenut before turning is free and infinitely displaceable and is clamped in an arbitrary position in and along the Ankeraufnahmenut by turning,
characterized in that the clamping action by at least one parallel to a longitudinal direction of the Ankeraufnahmenut and oblique to the horizontal direction, facing away from the slot of Ankeraufnahmeut inner surface in conjunction with at least one oblique to the horizontal direction and, based on the jammed position of the armature, to a Longitudinal direction of the anchor receiving groove parallel outer surface is achieved
and a corresponding system with the described carrier and the described Ankeraufnahmenut.

The clamping effect due to the twisting need not necessarily produce sufficient for holding the shelf jamming of the carrier in the Ankeraufnahmenut. It may also be sufficient to thereby fix the carrier only in the Ankeraufnahmenut. The invention can also be designed so that only when loaded by the shelf results in an additional clamping effect, which generates the necessary holding forces. This will be discussed below.

Preferred embodiments are indicated in the dependent claims and are also explained below in addition to the basic description of the invention. The description implicitly always refers to both the process category and the system itself, without any explicit distinction being made between the categories.

The basic idea of the invention is to clamp the carrier for the shelf in an anchor receiving groove by turning in any height position. The term "Ankeraufnahmenut" can in this case also common in the art rails, ie the interior spaces provided therein, denote.

But it also includes corresponding interiors in the walls themselves, such as in cabinet side walls, shelf panels, walls, where shelves are mounted as built-in furniture, etc.

In this case, a pure clamp assembly to take place, which is generated by a frictional connection between an armature of the carrier and the Ankeraufnahmenut. The position should be infinitely and arbitrarily selectable, so it should in particular no additional locking or effective in terms of the longitudinal direction of the Ankeraufnahmenut positive engagement with holes or other used in the Ankeraufnahmenut that would allow mounting only at certain positions. Besides dispensing with the expense of corresponding mounting holes in the anchor receiving groove, the invention thus allows the waiver of an accurate adjustment of the height positions of the various anchor receiving grooves or rails in relation to each other. If shelves with, for example, four brackets are hung on four rails, then it is necessary for the straight alignment of the shelf and for the stable support on the four bearing points to assemble the carriers aligned with each other. At predetermined mounting positions in the anchor receiving grooves, this means a corresponding requirement already in the assembly of the anchor receiving grooves bearing rails or the attachment of Ankeraufnahmenuten in another way. In contrast, the invention allows a very simple readjustment of individual carriers in their Ankeraufnahmenuten to produce the desired mounting accuracy.

Preferably, the flexibility is also given with regard to the insertion of the carrier, that is, specifically the anchor, in the Ankeraufnahmenut. The shape of the armature and the Ankeraufnahmenut can be coordinated so that the anchor can be introduced along the Ankeraufnahmenut everywhere in a particular position through the slot in the Ankeraufnahmenut and only engages behind the undercut by twisting. In this case, the carrier is then not only mountable in any position along the Ankeraufnahmenut, but also inserted. This offers above all considerable advantages if carriers are to be retrofitted and already other carriers are mounted. In conventional systems, where the carriers have to be pushed through by an opening at the side of the end of a rail, such situations are extremely troublesome.

The support should therefore in particular have no projections, lugs or similar structural elements, which form a positive engagement with corresponding recesses, holes o. Ä. are designed in the anchor receiving groove.

A preferred embodiment of the invention provides inclined surfaces in the Ankeraufnahmenutinninneren and / or on the outside of the armature, which promote the jamming during rotation of the armature in the Ankeraufnahmenut and facilitate. In this case, a false measure is preferably utilized, such as the width of the armature relative to the inner width of Ankeraufnahmeut or the depth of the armature relative to the inner depth of Ankeraufnahmeut or the strength of the slot of Ankeraufnahmeut limiting side walls compared to the distance between the outer holding part of the carrier and the Anchor. However, the clamping effect can also be further enhanced by the force exerted on the holding part by the shelf force, as will be discussed later in more detail.

For example, if only the anchor had a corresponding inclined surface and a non-beveled, d. H. would be pressed in relation to the horizontal direction of insertion parallel or orthogonal surface, the jamming-promoting effect would already show, if initially only a narrower and with increasing twisting a wider part of the anchor presses. The same applies vice versa with an inclined surface only on the inside of Ankeraufnahmeut and not at the anchor point. Preferably, however, matching inclined surfaces are both on the inside of Ankeraufnahmeut as well as on the anchor.

The inclined surfaces themselves do not necessarily have to be flat, for example they can also be concave or convex. However, preferred are inclined inclined surfaces.

Further preferably, an inner surface of the anchor receiving groove parallel to the longitudinal direction of the anchor receiving groove and inclined to the horizontal direction of insertion of the carrier, and / or a corresponding oblique outer surface of the armature are again oblique to the horizontal direction and substantially parallel to a longitudinal direction of the anchor receiving groove should lie. It refers the last statement on the fully jammed position of the armature, in the embodiment, for example, on the horizontal position. Since the twisting in the jammed position does not necessarily have to always exactly meet this position, this parallelism is only approximately to understand.

The oblique angle is preferably between 30 ° and 60 °, more preferably between 35 ° and 55 ° and in the best case between 40 ° and 50 ° approximately at 45 °.

It has already been mentioned that the anchor receiving groove is preferably provided in a rail, which in turn is mounted in or on a wall, such as a furniture wall. In many cases, a (further) groove, referred to here as a wall groove, is introduced into this wall, for example by milling, so that the rail can be mounted therein. It is advantageous here if the rail has projections on its front side, which has the slot, which cover the edges of this further wall groove in the wall. This improves the visual appearance and can also prevent too wide insertion of the rail in the wall groove.

The mounting of the rail in the wall groove can be done for example via lateral teeth, as shown in the embodiment. This allows the rail to easily become sufficiently wedged in wood or wood materials.

The holding part of the carrier, that is, the part arranged outside the anchor receiving part, can be constructed from two supporting surfaces. In this case, preferably, the actual support surface for the shelf is horizontal or parallel to the horizontal direction (if the support surface is rounded, it thus contains a direction parallel to the horizontal direction). The second surface forms a support surface and is at right angles to the first support surface and thus parallel to the longitudinal direction of the Ankeraufnahmenut. Due to the weight of the shelf and any objects thereon applied loads can thus be better intercepted on the support surface, which also means a lower load on the armature in terms of leverage laws. At the same time the anchor can thus be pressed against the front of Ankeraufnahmeut. When, as preferred in this invention, at least an oblique surface of the armature and at least one inclined surface are provided in the Ankeraufnahmenut on the front, this enhances the clamping action therebetween, see. the embodiment.

Between the armature and the holding part, an intermediate piece may be provided, which is referred to here as a pin. This pin is matched to the slot and is arranged in the assembled state therein. However, the pin is not absolutely necessary, but holding part and anchor can also pass directly into each other, in which case the forming the undercut boundary wall of the slot in the rotation contributes to the clamping action.

Further, the armature can form a T with this pin, so be oriented substantially perpendicular to the pin. Preferably, then two oblique outer surfaces are provided on the two free anchor surfaces, each facing forward, ie to the holding part, have. This embodiment of the carrier can be combined well with an anchor receiving groove which has corresponding oblique surface on both sides of the slot.

The oblique outer surface (s) of the anchor may transition into a cap to facilitate torsion, that is, a further taper relative to the inclined surface. This should be arranged so that it runs in advance during rotation in at least one of the possible directions of the inclined surface, that is in the jammed position above or below the inclined surface. For the sake of illustration, reference is made to the exemplary embodiment.

The capping may in turn also be flat and, for example, form an angle of 15 ° - 45 ° to the horizontal, if one refers to the jammed position of the armature. In this case, the capping should be slightly outwardly oriented, especially in the outer area to facilitate the rotational clamping of the actual inclined surface in the Ankeraufnahmenut. For the sake of illustration, reference is again made to the exemplary embodiment, specifically to FIG. 10 ,

It has already been stated that various imperfections can contribute to the jamming. It is preferred that the armature relative to the anchor receiving groove has excess width and thus the inclined surfaces are keyed together, see. the embodiment.

Beschreibung der SchieneDescription of the rail

As from the above-mentioned drawings ( Fig. 2 . 3 . 6 - 8 ), in this embodiment, the Ankeraufnahmenut is realized in a rail 1 and this rail 1 consists of a hollow chamber profile. This is provided on the front 3 over its entire length with a slot into which the carrier 10 can be inserted. On the inside of the rail, on the back of the front 3, there is a 45 degree wedge 4 - in. On the left and right along the entire length Fig. 3 + 7 shown as a dashed line.

The front 3 can, as in Fig. 3 shown protrusions 5 have around the edges of the wall groove 6 - see Fig. 1 - For receiving the rail 1 in the cabinet sides 7 - see Fig. 1 - cover.

The wedge 4 in the interior of the rail 1 has two functions:
  • The reinforcement of the front 3, to prevent a kinking.
  • To ensure the firm pulling the carrier 10 to the front 3 of the rail 1. This avoids slippage of the carrier 10.

The side parts 9 of the rail 1 are toothed on the outside over the entire length 8, to ensure a better grip in the wall groove of the cabinet sides.

The effect of the toothing 8 is reinforced when the individual carriers 10 are screwed in, since the anchor ends 15 of the carrier 10 press into the material of the rail 1, press them outward and thus fix them.

The rail 1 can be adapted in manufacturing to the relevant load requirements by changing the cross-section and / or the dimensions. This also applies to the carrier 10. It is also conceivable to install a scale on the rail, which facilitates the insertion of the carriers of a shelf at the same height.

Beschreibung des TrägersDescription of the carrier

The carrier (see Fig. 4 . 5 and 8th ) consists either of an angular construction or solid material and is divided into 3 parts: in anchor 14, pin 13 and in support surfaces 11 + 12 in Fig. 8 , Shape and appearance of the support surfaces are secondary, in this embodiment, the carrier 10 has a horizontal surface 11 for receiving the bottom and a vertical, downwardly directed surface 12th

The carrier 10 has at the top at its back a pin 13 with a right angle mounted anchor 14. Pin 13 and anchor 14 are thinner in their cross-section than the slot in the front 3 of the rail 1. This serves to introduce the carrier 10th allow in any height of the rail 1.

The pin 13, which connects the carrier 10 and the armature 14, is longer than the material thickness of the front 3 of the rail to facilitate rotation for fixing the carrier 10. Likewise, this allows the armature 14 to be made wider than the interior of the rail.

(L1 = L2, siehe Fig. 3 +9)The two ends of the anchor 14 are chamfered at a 45 degree angle - matching the wedges inside the rail 1. The diagonals of the wedges 4 inside the rail 1 are the same length as the chamfer 15 of the anchor ends. (L1 = L2, see Fig. 3 +9)

As a result, the armature 14 can spread the sides of the rail 1 outwards and wedge them with the material of the carcass sides and catch themselves in the side walls of the rail 1.

Einsetzen des Trägers in die SchieneInsert the carrier into the rail

Das Herausdrehen erfolgt umgekehrt - im Uhrzeigerzinn (siehe hierzu nächsten Punkt "Spezifikation der Anker-Enden").Carrier surface 11 and anchor 14 - see Fig. 8 - must be in line. Thus, the carrier 10 can be inserted into the slot of the rail 1, to then stop by a 90 degree counterclockwise rotation. The unscrewing is reversed - clockwise (see next point "Specification of anchor ends").

Spezifikation der Anker-EndenSpecification of anchor ends

Dieses Abkappen 17 erfolgt nicht exakt parallel zu den Anker-Enden sondern um 10 Grad versetzt 16.In addition to a mere bevel 15 of the armature ends at a 45-degree angle is provided in this embodiment, the right armature end top and the left armature end down by 20 degrees to cap (see reference numeral 17 in the Fig. 9 and 10 ). This copying 17 is not exactly parallel to the anchor ends but offset by 10 degrees 16th

As a result, a screwing of the carrier 10 counterclockwise with the best possible wedging is facilitated.

Material, Form, AbmessungenMaterial, shape, dimensions

Different materials can be used for use. Ideally, the carrier 10, pin 13 and armature 14 are made of a harder material (such as steel) than the rail 1 (such as aluminum), for a better and easier penetration and wedging the armature 14 in the rail sides, on the other hand, to prevent twisting of the armature 14 from the pin 13 and the support 10 under load.

Of course, shapes may be made with dimensions that differ from the size ratios used in the drawings.

Wichtige Aspekte der ErfindungImportant aspects of the invention

An important aspect of the invention is the rail, which has a longitudinal section and inside which there are two wedges, which are at a 45-degree angle on the inside of the front of the rail. On the outer sides of the rail has splines for wedging and on the sides of projections to cover the wall grooves.

In addition, the aspect that the wedges inside the rail have a greater or smaller angle than 45 degrees and / or L1 is greater or smaller than L2 of the armature.

In addition, the aspect that the projections for covering the wall groove and / or the teeth on the outer sides of the rail accounts.

Furthermore, the aspect that a scale is attached to the front of the rail.

Another important object of the invention is the support, which is provided with a round pin, which is longer than the material thickness of the front of the rail on the pin is a round anchor, which is wider than the inner dimension of the rail and its ends in the 45th -Rad angle are bevelled. The chamfer of the anchor with the length L2 is equal to the length L1 of the wedges in the interior of the rail. The bevel is capped by 20 degrees and shifted by 10 degrees to the axis of the bevel. At the right anchor end, the bevel is at the top, at the left anchor end at the bottom. The protruding from the rail part of the carrier consists of a horizontal or vertical surface. These are at right angles to each other and each have the shape of a rectangle.

In addition, the aspect that the armature is equal to or smaller than the inside of the rail, the inclination of the armature ends has a greater or lesser angle than 45 degrees, L2 is greater or less than L1 of the rail, the capping more or less than 20 Degrees and this is more or less than 10 degrees to the bevel shifted and the horizontal and the vertical, protruding from the rail surface of the carrier has a different shape than that of a rectangle.

In addition, the aspect that the pin is the same length as the material thickness of the front and the anchor has no bevel of the anchor ends but only a capping of more or less than 20 degrees.

Furthermore, the aspect that the chamfers of the anchor ends have a different shape than described under 5.

In addition, the aspect that the anchor is not round.

Overall, the overall system of rail and straps, which can preferably be milled into the sides of furniture corpuses or shelves, is important in order to provide shelves by means of inserted supports which can be inserted into the rail by a 90 degree rotation counterclockwise or other retention systems. Due to the specific design of the anchors on the girders, these wedged inside the rail, so that a displacement The carrier is only possible by unscrewing in a clockwise direction. This system with its special design makes it possible to use shelves in any height of the rail.

Einsatzmöglichkeiten des AusführungsbeispielsPurpose of the embodiment

When talking about furniture corps or shelves above, this is just one possible location of the rail system. There are certainly other uses conceivable, for example, to anchor the system directly in a wall.

Two rails per cabinet side are recommended, so that one shelf can rest on a total of four carriers.

The decisive factor in this system is that the shelves can be introduced in any amount in the furniture body and not only, as is the case with the systems currently on the market, only at predetermined locations. So far, the carriers have been used in holes, which were drilled by hand - using templates - or by drilling machines each with predetermined intervals. Another way of fixing shelves consists in previously practiced tightening individual carrier. This requires a lot of time, and a transfer of the shelves to a different height is then no longer possible.

The invention thus succeeds in eliminating the time-consuming drilling and screwing effort required for smaller interior construction operations (manual work). In industrial manufacturing can be dispensed expensive booms and their maintenance. Because with this system, wall grooves are milled into the insides of the cabinets and the shelves by means of a circular saw or milling machine, into which rails are pressed. Due to special designs on the outside of the rails, the rails become wedged in the material of the cabinets or shelf sides.

In order to be able to vary the height of a shelf with conventional solutions - with hole row drilling - 4 rows of holes are required to accommodate a total of 4 beams in the pre-drilled holes. Due to the hole specification, it is in the Previous systems required that the sides of the cabinet be level and vertical. This time-consuming testing can be omitted in the system presented here.

Another advantage of this invention is therefore that the cupboard or shelf pages can now be easily mounted differently in height to each other, as a leveling of the shelves on the variable setting the carrier in the rails is always possible - which, for example, in old buildings with inclined floors is an advantage.

In summary, the following advantages of the rail system are to be emphasized:
  • Shelves can be fixed at any height.
  • Reduction of the time-consuming drilling and screwing effort for small interior construction companies who currently have to drill the holes by hand using templates.
  • Possibility of dispensing with expensive automatic drills and their maintenance in industrial production.
  • Elimination of time-consuming testing of the cabinet and shelf sides.
  • Installation of the cabinet and shelf sides in different heights possible to each other without subsequent leveling of the shelves.
