Claims (18)

  1. Wickler (2) für gewalzte oder gezogene Metalldrähte und/oder -stäbe, was das in einem Bund aufzuwickelnde Material (T) ist, mit einem Wickeldorn (25-253) in Form einer Haspel mit einem äußeren Flansch (254), der zum Herausziehen des Bundes geöffnet werden kann, und einem Basisgegenflansch (251), der besagten Dorn (253) fliegend trägt, mit Führungsmitteln für das aufzuwickelnde Material (1) und Drück-Führungsmitteln (232-233) zum Einführen und Halten von mindestens einem Teil der ersten Windung des aufzuwickelnden Materials (T1) in einer Vertiefung an dem Dorn (253) und angrenzend an den Basisflansch (251), gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Vertiefung zwischen dem Dorn (253-2531) und einem gezähnten Rand (252) liegt, der von dem Basisflansch (251) vorspringt, sowie dadurch, dass die Drück-Führungsmittel (232-233) eine Reihe von Druckwalzen (234, 2341) aufweisen, die sich von einer Druckposition über besagten Zähnen (252) bis zu einer Position, die im wesentlichen davon beabstandet ist, bewegen können, um das aufzuwickelnde Material (T1) zwischen die Zähne (252) und den Dorn (253) zu drücken.
  2. Wickler (2) nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Drück-Führungsmittel mit Rollen (234-2341):
    (i) im Leerlauf rotieren
    (ii) auf einem runden Träger (233) montiert sind, mit einem Arm (232), der mit der Achse (230) gelenkig verbunden ist, die hinter der dem Drahtführungssystem (1) gegenüberliegenden Seite liegt, und wobei die Gelenkachse (230) im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu der Vorschublinie liegt und in orthogonaler Projektion zu der Dornachse, so dass besagte runde Führungsmittel mit Druckwalzen (233,234,2341):
    - in der Ruhestellung im wesentlichen beabstandet unterhalb der Materialzufuhrlinie angehoben und zurückgezogen werden, und
    - in der aktiven Stellung vorrücken, indem sie sich auf den gezähnten Rand (252) lehnen, mit einer zur Dornachse radialen Achse.
  3. Wickler (2) nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass auf der Innenfläche gegenüber dem gezähnten Rand (252), im wesentlichen auf der Dornseite (253), Rippungen oder Greifzähne (2531) vorgesehen sind.
  4. Wickler (2) nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Rippungen oder Greifzähne (2531) einen im wesentlichen schraubenförmigen Verlauf haben oder zumindest geneigt sind, um sich fortschreitend hin zu dem unteren Flansch in bezug auf die Rotationsrichtung zu bewegen, um das eingefügte Material, das (T1) aufgewickelt werden soll und von den Rollen (234, 23341) geschoben wird, zu zwingen, sich gleitend zu bewegen, aufgrund des Zuges des Dornes, erst recht in der Vertiefung innerhalb des gezähnten Randes (252).
  5. Wickler (2) nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass mindestens die erste Eingangswalze (34) der Backe (233) eine vertiefte Form aufweist, um das einzufügende Material (T1) weiterbefördern (2340), und im wesentlichen angrenzend an eine Drahteingangszone (235) liegt.
  6. Wickler (2) nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass mindestens einige der Druckwalzen (34) eine zylindrische Form (2341) haben.
  7. Wickler (2) nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass besagte Zähne (252) auswechselbar sind.
  8. Wickler (2) nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass besagte Zähne (252) eine nach innen gerichtete Vertiefung (2520) haben, und zwar an der Dornseite (253).
  9. Wickler (2) nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Zähne (252) ein abgekantetes Hinterteil mit Stumpfkegel nach außen hin (2521) haben, und zwar an der dem Dorn (253) gegenüberliegenden Seite.
  10. Wickler (2) nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass besagte Zähne (252) einen Vorsprung haben, der nicht den Durchmesser des aufzuwickelnden Materials (T1) überschreitet.
  11. Wickler (2) nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Zähne (252) auf dem Basisflansch (251) mit einer Achse liegen, die im wesentlichen der Position der zweiten Reihe von Windungen des Bundes beim Wickeln (T-T1) entspricht, so dass sie zwischen der ersten Reihe von Windungen und der dritte Reihe von Windungen des Bundes eingebettet sind.
  12. Wickler (2) nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Innenfläche (2520) der Zähne (252) gerippt und/oder gezähnt und/oder gerändelt ist.
  13. Wickler (2) nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch dass besagte Rollen einen gefalzten Flansch (2342) haben, als Stütze gegen die geneigte äußere Rückseite (2521) der Zähne während des Walzens.
  14. Wickler (2) nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Druckwalzen (234, 2341) fliegend (2343) montiert werden und in einer Betriebsposition nach innen ragen, und zwar zur Achse des Dornes (253) hin.
  15. Wickler mit senkrechter Achse (2) nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass er in einem gepanzerten Blechkasten untergebracht ist, der mit einer Sicherheitszugangsklappe verschlossen ist, die während des Betriebs nicht geöffnet werden kann, mit einer oberen Öffnung, um Bundauszugsmittel zum Herausziehen von oben absenken zu können, mit Steuerung und Sensor(en), und eine Videokamera ist mit dem Kasten verbunden, zur Steuerung und Kontrolle der regelmäßigen Ausführung der Arbeit mittels einer Fernbedienungskabine.
  16. Stab- oder Drahtbundbildungsanlage mit Bundtransfer und Bundbindemittel mit mindestens einem Wickler nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche von 1 bis 9.
  17. Walzwerk mit mindestens einem Wickler (2) nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche.
  18. Walzwerk nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, mit mindestens zwei nachgeschalteten Wickellinien, mit einem kontinuierlichen Schneidesystem und Lenkung zu der einen oder anderen, parallel zu Wicklern mit senkrechter Achse (2) nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Patentansprüche, zwischen denen ein senkrechter Transferauszieher mit einer Säule mit einem Dreharm für den abwechselnden Einzug von oben des vervollständigten Bundes von einem Wickler angebracht ist, während der andere einen Bund formt und ihn rotierend nach unten überführt, direkt in eine Bundbindemaschine.
