Fer à repasser électrique ordinaire ou à vapeur comportant d'une part une semelle (12) munie ou non d'une première chambre de vaporisation (14) et ayant des moyens de chauffage (18) et des moyens de régulation de sa température (20) et d'autre part une seconde chambre de vaporisation (24) possédant ses propres moyens de chauffage (30) et de régulation de sa température (32), cette seconde chambre de vaporisation étant isolée physiquement et thermiquement de la semelle (12) du fer à repasser et comportant un conduit de diffusion de la vapeur traversant la semelle (12) tout en en étant isolé thermiquement.
