Claims (18)

  1. Verpackung, insbesondere ein Behälter, der eine Seitenwand (1) und einen Boden (2) umfasst, wobei die Verpackung aus einer zusammengeklappten, flachen Stellung in eine aufgeklappte, aufrechte Stellung gebracht werden kann, wobei die Verpackung umfasst:
    - ein Zuschnittteil für die Seitenwand, wobei dieses Teil eine Anzahl von Seitenwandplatten (3) umfasst, und
    - zwei Zuschnittteile (4) für den Boden, die jeweils eine im Wesentlichen mehreckige Bodenplatte (5) und eine Anzahl von Bodenklappen (6 - 9), die klappbar an dieser angeordnet sind, umfassen, wobei jede Bodenplatte (5) eine Faltlinie (10) aufweist, die sich von der Seitenwand (1) der Verpackung zum gegenüberliegenden freien Rand der Bodenplatte (5) erstreckt, wobei zumindest eine (6, 9) der Bodenklappen mit festen, nicht lösbaren Befestigungsmitteln ausgestattet ist, mit welchen die entsprechende zumindest eine Bodenklappe an der Seitenwand (1) befestigt wird; und
    - arretierbare, nicht lösbare Befestigungsmittel (13, 15; 19, 21, 23; 25, 26) zum Befestigen der Verpackung, wenn die Verpackung aus der zusammengeklappten, flachen Stellung in ihre aufgeklappte, aufrechte Stellung gebracht wird;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die arretierbaren, nicht lösbaren Befestigungsmittel (13, 15; 19, 21, 23; 25, 26) integral mit den Bodenklappen (6 - 9) ausgebildet sind und dafür ausgelegt sind, die Bodenklappen automatisch miteinander zu verzahnen, wenn die Verpackung aus der zusammengeklappten, flachen Stellung in die aufgeklappte, aufrechte Stellung gebracht wird, um die Verpackung in ihrer aufgeklappten, aufrechten Stellung zu halten.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, welche arretierbare, nicht lösbare Befestigungsmittel umfasst, die integral mit einer Bodenplatte und einer Bodenklappe ausgebildet sind, und die dafür ausgelegt sind zu ermöglichen, dass die aufrechte Bodenklappe automatisch mit der liegenden Bodenplatte verzahnt, wenn die Verpackung aus der zusammengeklappten, flachen Stellung in die aufgeklappte, aufrechte Stellung gebracht wird.
  3. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher zumindest eine der Bodenklappen (7, 8) an einer ersten Seite mit festen, nicht lösbaren Befestigungsmitteln ausgestattet ist, zum Befestigen an einer benachbarten Bodenklappe, und an einer zweiten, gegenüberliegenden Seite mit arretierbaren, nicht lösbaren Befestigungsmitteln ausgestattet ist, zum Arretieren der Bodenklappe (7, 8) an der anderen benachbarten Bodenklappe während des Aufrichtens.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die Bodenklappen an der Innenseite der Seitenwand (1) angeordnet sind.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die arretierbaren Befestigungsmittel dafür ausgelegt sind, die Bodenklappen in der zusammengeklappten, flachen Stellung unverzahnt zu halten und die Bodenklappen in der aufgeklappten, aufrechten Stellung zu arretieren.
  6. Verpackung nach Anspruch 5, bei welcher die Befestigungsmittel Teile umfassen, die dafür ausgelegt sind, in der aufgeklappten, aufrechten Stellung miteinander zu verzahnen.
  7. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die Befestigungsmittel einen hakenartigen Vorsprung (13) umfassen, der am Rand (14) einer Bodenklappe (9) ausgebildet ist, sowie eine Ausnehmung (15) in einem Rand (16) einer benachbarten Bodenklappe (8), die mit diesem zusammenwirkt.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die Befestigungsmittel einen zungenförmigen Teil (21; 25) umfassen, der am Rand einer Bodenklappe (6) oder Bodenplatte (5) ausgebildet ist, sowie, mit diesem zusammenwirkend, ein Schlitzloch (23; 26) in einer benachbarten Bodenklappe.
  9. Verpackung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, bei welcher die benachbarte Bodenklappe (8; 7) eine Klappe (18; 24) umfasst, die klappbar an dieser angeordnet ist, wobei die Ausnehmung (15) oder das Schlitzloch (23) nahe dieser Klappe (18; 24) angeordnet ist.
  10. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die festen, nicht lösbaren Befestigungsmitteln einer oder mehrerer der Bodenklappen (8) des Zuschnittteils (4) für den Boden (2) eine Klebeklappe (19) umfassen, die klappbar an diesem angeordnet ist und die an eine benachbarte Bodenklappe (7) geklebt wird.
  11. Verpackung nach Anspruch 10, bei welcher die Bodenklappen (7; 8) auf jeder Seite der Faltlinie (10) des betreffenden Zuschnittteils (4) für den Boden (2) liegen.
  12. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die Befestigungsmittel (13, 15; 19, 21, 23) zwischen zwei benachbarten Bodenklappen (8, 9; 7, 8; 6, 7) desselben Zuschnittteils (4) für den Boden wirken.
  13. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die Befestigungsmittel (25, 26) zwischen den beiden Zuschnittteilen (4) für den Boden wirken.
  14. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die Bodenklappen (7; 8) auf jeder Seite der Faltlinie (10) des betreffenden Zuschnittteils (4) nicht an der Seitenwand (1) der Verpackung befestigt werden.
  15. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die äußersten Bodenklappen (6; 9) jedes Zuschnittteils (4) für den Boden (2) an der Seitenwand (1) der Verpackung befestigt werden.
  16. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die klappbare Bodenklappe an jedem der Umfangsränder des mehreckigen Bodens angeordnet ist.
  17. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Verpackung acht Seitenwandplatten (3) aufweist.
  18. Zuschnittteil zum Bilden des Bodens (2) einer Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 17, wobei das Zuschnittteil (4) eine im Wesentlichen mehreckige Bodenplatte (5) und eine Anzahl von Bodenklappen (6 - 9), die klappbar an dieser angeordnet sind, umfasst, und wobei zumindest eine (6; 9) der Bodenklappen an der Seitenwand (1) der Verpackung befestigt wird, wobei die Bodenplatte (5) eine Faltlinie (10) aufweist, die sich von dem Rand der Bodenplatte (10), an welchem Bodenklappen (6 - 9) angeordnet sind, zu dem gegenüberliegenden freien Rand der Bodenplatte (5) erstreckt,
    gekennzeichnet durch arretierbare, nicht lösbare Befestigungsmittel (13, 15; 19, 21, 23; 25, 26), die integral mit den Bodenklappen (6 - 9) ausgebildet sind und dafür ausgelegt sind, die Bodenklappen automatisch miteinander zu verzahnen, wenn die Verpackung aus der zusammengeklappten, flachen Stellung in die aufgeklappte, aufrechte Stellung gebracht wird, um den Behälter in seiner aufgeklappten, aufrechten Stellung zu halten.
