Claims (10)
- Deckel (1) mit verbessertem Ausgießverschlusssystem, der für einen Behälter (6) für ein Fluidprodukt bestimmt ist, aufweisend einen Deckelkörper (17), der mit Greifmittel (4) und einer Ausgangsöffnung für das Fluidprodukt versehen ist, die in einer Ebene enthalten ist, die als Öffnungsebene bezeichnet wirt, ein im Wesentlichen abgeflachtes Verschlusselement (12), zum die Ausgangsöffnung zu verschließen, und Translations-Mitnehmermittel (20, 21) für das Verschlusselement (12) in der Öffnungsebene, wobei die Translations-Mitnehmermittel (20, 21) mindestens eine Zugstange (21) aufweisen, die durch Befestigungsmittel (13) mit dem Verschlusselement (12) verbunden ist und einen ersten Endabschnitt (212) aufweist, der auf lösbare Weise mit einem Drückermittel (20) einstückig ist, das in der Lage ist, die Stange (21) in der Öffnungsrichtung mitzunehmen, wobei der Deckelkörper (17) für Behälter (6) angepasst ist, die einen oberen zylinderförmigen Abschnitt aufweisen, der mit einem Einlassungsring (64) versehen ist, und wobei Klemmittel an einem unteren Rand des Deckelkörpers (17) vorgesehen sind, um an dem Einlassungsring (64) des abzudeckenden Behälters (6) festgeklemmt zu werden, wobei die Klemmmittel mindestens zwei elastische Blockierfinger (32) aufweisen, die in der Lage sind, an der ringförmigen Fläche des Rings (64) automatisch zur Anlage zu kommen, wenn der Körper des Deckels (17) auf dem Behälter positioniert ist, wobei mindestens einer der elastischen Blockierfinger (32) einen Lösehebel (31) aufweist, der entlang einer aufsteigenden Richtung über einer oberen Fläche des Deckels (1) hervorsteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein stiftförmiges Element des Drückerelements (20) an eine Belüftungsöffnung anstößt, die in dem Deckel (1) vorgesehen ist und dazu bestimmt ist, die Drücke zwischen dem Inneren und dem Äußeren des Behälters (6) auszugleichen.
- Deckel (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Klemmmittel vier Finger (32) aufweisen, die in gleichem Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, die jeweils ein Y ausbilden, wobei einer seiner Arme verkürzt ist, um durch eine Anschlagsfläche (36) gleichzeitig an dem oberen zylinderförmigen Abschnitt und an der Unterseite des Einlassungsrings (64) zur Anlage zu kommen.
- Deckel (1) gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei ein Arm des Y über eine fläche horizontale Fläche des Deckelkörpers (17) hervorsteht und einen Lösehebel (31) bildet, der durch einen radialen zentrifugalen Druck den Deckel (1) von dem Behälter (6) löst.
- Deckel (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Deckelkörper (17) eine zentrale Öffnung (14) und einen Mischersatz aufweist, der drehbar um eine Achse (62) montiert ist, die durch die zentrale Öffnung (14) hindurchverläuft.
- Deckel (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Translations-Mitnehmermittel (20, 21) eine einzige Zugstange (21) aufweisen, die einen U-förmig gekrümmten Zwischenabschnitt (210) aufweist, der durch die Befestigungsmittel (13) mit dem Verschlusselement (12) verbunden ist, wobei die beiden Arme der einzigen Zugstange an ihrem Ende jeweils mit dem Drückermittel (20) einstückig sind.
- Deckel (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Zugstange (21) die Form eines Zirkumflex-Akzentes hat.
- Deckel (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Ausgangsöffnung des Fluidproduktes am Rand des Deckels positioniert ist und das Drückermittel (20) in einem mit dem Deckel (1) einstückigen Griff, der entgegengesetzt zu der Ausgangsöffnung angeordnet ist, gelenkig gelagert ist.
- Deckel (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der Deckelkörper (17) zwei transversale Rückstellhalter (16) aufweist, die parallel zu der Öffnungsebene angeordnet sind, um jeweils ein elastisches Element (22) des Federtyps zu befestigen, das jeweils an einem Befestigungsmittel einer Stange oder einem anderen Abschnitt der Zugstange (21) befestigt ist, wobei das elastische Element (22) die Zugstange (21) entlang einer Richtung parallel zu der Öffnungsebene in Richtung zu dem Rückstellhalter (16) belastet.
- Deckel (1) gemäß Anspruch 8, wobei die Rückstellhalter (16) bezüglich der Öffnungsebene abgehoben sind und auf einem bestimmten Höhenniveau angeordnet sind, wobei die Zugstange (21) zwischen dem Höhenniveau der Rückstellhalter (16) und der Öffnungsebene derart bewegbar ist, dass beim Bewegen der Stange (21) in der Schließrichtung der Öffnung die Rückstellhalter (16) an der Stange in Kontakt gelangen, um gegen das Verschlusselement (12) zu drücken.
- Deckel (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei das elastische Element (22) eine Zugfeder ist und die Rückstellhalter (16) mit dem Deckelkörper (17) aus einem Stück gebildet sind.
