Abstract

La présente invention concerne une charnière (1) qui est plus particulièrement destinée à la porte d'un véhicule à moteur et qui comprend une première partie (10, 110) de charnière, une deuxième partie (20, 120) de charnière, un axe (30, 130, 131) de charnière qui définit l'axe d'articulation de la charnière (1), autour duquel peut pivoter la première partie (10, 110) de charnière par rapport à la deuxième partie (20, 120) de charnière et un mécanisme d'arrêt intégré (40, 50, 140, 150) destiné à effectuer le blocage variable en continu de la première partie (10, 110) de charnière par rapport à la deuxième partie (20, 120) de charnière au niveau d'une position d'arrêt arbitraire, ledit mécanisme d'arrêt (40, 50, 140, 150) comprenant un premier élément de fixation (40, 140) qui est fixé de manière rotative sélective au niveau de la première partie (10, 110) de charnière et de manière rotative sélective autour de l'axe d'articulation au moyen de la deuxième partie (20, 120) de charnière pour établir la position d'arrêt, et un deuxième élément de fixation (50, 150) qui peut tourner avec la deuxième partie (20, 120) de charnière et qui se bloque avec le premier élément de fixation (40, 140) au niveau de la position d'arrêt respective.
