Hierzu ist im Laugenbehälter im unteren Bereich eine Öffnung vorgesehen, die mit einer als plattenförmigem Heizkörper ausgebildeten Heizeinrichtung an der Behälteraußenseite abgedeckt bzw. verschlossen wird. Der Heizkörper dient zur Aufheizung der im Laugenbehälter befindlichen Flüssigkeit, insbesondere Wasch- oder Spülflüssigkeit. Die Heizeinrichtung umfasst ferner Befestigungsmittel, die eine Befestigung der Heizeinrichtung an der äußeren Seite der unteren Wandung des Laugenbehälters bereitstellen, wobei ferner der Randbereich des Heizkörpers überlappend unterhalb des Öffnungsrandes an der Laugenbehälterwand angeordnet ist. Als Befestigungsmittel werden beispielsweise Schrauben verwendet, die durch am äußeren Randbereich des Heizkörpers angeordnete Bohrungen geführt und in Gewindebohrungen innerhalb der Behälterwand eingeschraubt werden. Um den Öffnungsrand ist eine umlaufende Dichtung angeordnet, gegen die der äußere Randbereich des Heizkörpers dichtend anliegt. Zur Positionierung des Heizkörpers sind um den Öffnungsrand an der Laugenbehälterwand auf der äußeren Seite nach außen gerichtete Stegsegmente in Form eines Kreisringabschnitts angeformt, die in korrespondierende Öffnungen im Randbereich des Heizkörpers ragen. Die Stegsegmente sind so platziert, dass sie jeweils mit der äußeren Fläche ihres Teilumfangs an dem äußeren Rand der jeweiligen Öffnung im Heizkörper, in die sie eingeführt sind, anliegen. Mit dieser Dimensionierung wird eine ortsfeste Positionierung des Heizkörpers erreicht, wobei auftretende Kräfte in radialer oder tangentialer Ausrichtung zuverlässig über diese Stegsegmente auf den Heizkörper übertragen bzw. abgeleitet werden. Hierdurch wird sichergestellt, dass die Schraubverbindungen nicht durch einwirkende Kräfte im Betrieb der Wäschebehandlungsmaschine übermäßig belastet werden, wodurch Beschädigungen der Kunststoffwandung durch herausreißende Schrauben vermieden werden. Die Öffnungen im Randbereich des Heizkörpers , die im Wesentlichen jeweils einen Kreisringabschnitt darstellen, erhöhen den Wärmewiderstand, da die verbleibenden schmalen Metallbereiche zwischen den Öffnungen den Wärmeübergang zum Randbereich des Heizkörpers vermindern. Fig. 2 zeigt einen Ausschnitt der unteren Wandung 3 von der Außenseite des Laugenbehälters 2 gesehen. Der plattenförmigen Heizkörper 6 ist mit wärmeerzeugenden Mitteln, wie Leiterbahnen oder Heizwendeln versehen, die über elektrische Verbindungsmittel (nicht dargestellt) mit Energie versorgt werden. Als wärmeerzeugende Mittel können auch Heizröhren verwendet werden, die auf bzw. unterhalb des Heizkörpers 6 aufgelötet werden. Die Befestigung des Heizkörpers 6 an der Behälterwand 3 erfolgt in dieser Ausführung mittels Schrauben 11, die durch Bohrungen 20 im plattenförmigen Heizkörper 6 gesteckt und in eine Gewindebohrung im Material der Behälterwand 3 eingeschraubt werden. Alternative Befestigungsarten, wie Nietverbindungen oder Klemmverbindungen sind ebenfalls denkbar. Zusätzlich zu den Befestigungsbohrungen 20 besitzt der Heizkörper 6 im Randbereich mehrere Öffnungen 12, in die Stegsegmente 8 hineinragen. Die Stegsegmente 8 sind an der Außenseite der Behälterwand 3 angeformt und haben jeweils die Form eines Kreisringabschnitts. Die Öffnungen 12 im Randbereich 14 des Heizkörpers 6 sind so positioniert, dass der äußere Rand 13 der Öffnung direkt und/oder unter Krafteinwirkung am äußeren Rand 17 des Stegsegments 8 anliegt. Damit der Heizkörpers 6 einfacher auf die Stegsegmente 8 aufgesetzt bzw. eingesetzt werden kann, haben die Stegsegmente 8 am äußeren Rand eine Anlaufschräge 18. Ein um den äußeren Rand des Heizkörpers 6 umlaufender Steg 5 bzw. Stutzen dient zum Ableiten von Leckage- oder Kondensflüssigkeit, die sich auf der Außenseite der Laugenbehälterwand 3 bilden oder sammeln kann. Der umlaufende Steg 5 ist in einem Abstand 15 zum äußeren Rand 14 des Heizkörpers 6 angeordnet, damit von diesem keine unerwünschten Kräfte auf den Heizkörper 6 eingeleitet werden.Fig. 2 shows a section of the
In Fig. 3 ist der Heizkörper 6 vollständig im eingesetzten Zustand dargestellt. Die Stegsegmente 8 und die korrespondierenden Öffnungen 12 sind umlaufend angeordnet, wobei jedes Stegsegment 8 mit einer im Wesentlichen radial zur Mitte der Heizeinrichtung gerichteten Kraft entsprechend der skizzierten Kraftlinien 21 beaufschlagt wird. Durch diese Anordnung wird die Behälterwand 3 um die Öffnung 4 in Richtung Öffnungsmitte gespannt, wodurch die Behälterwand 3 eine gute Stabilität erhält. In Fig. 4 ist die Behälterwand 3 von der Innenseite des Laugenbehälters 2 dargestellt. Der Heizkörper 6 ist unterhalb bzw. auf der Außenseite der Behälterwand 3 angeordnet und schließt mit seinem mittleren Bereich die Öffnung 4. Im Bereich der Öffnung 4 hat der Heizkörper 6 direkten Kontakt zum Innenraum des Laugenbehälters 2. Um die Öffnung 4 herum sind auf der Innenseite der Behälterwand 3 nockenartige Ausformungen 10 angeordnet, welche die Gewindeaufnahme für die als Befestigungselemente dienende Schrauben 11 (Fig. 2) bereitstellen. In der Detailansicht gemäß Fig. 5 ist zu erkennen, dass der äußere Rand 9 der Öffnung 4 in der Behälterwand 3 einen schräg verlaufenden Übergang 9a zur Oberfläche des Heizkörpers 6 besitzt. Dieser sanfte Übergang 9a sorgt dafür, dass sich keine Ablagerungen im Randbereich ausbilden und dass sich keine unerwünschten Verwirbelungen in der Flüssigkeit ausbilden. Eine ringförmige Dichtung 7, die in eine Nut 19 um den Öffnungsrand 9 eingelegt ist, stellt eine flüssigkeitsdichte Verbindung zwischen Heizkörper 6 und Behälterwand 3 bereit.
