Claims (1)
einer Stranggießkokille (1) zum Gießen von flüssigen Metallen in ein Strangformat, insbesondere aus Stahlwerkstoffen, wobei der Querschnitt (21) der Kokille zwei gegenüberliegende flache und parallel zueinander verlaufende Seiten (21a; 21b) und zwei andere im Querschnitt (21) gegenüberliegende Seiten (22a; 22b) mit Ausnehmungen (36) in ihren Eckenbereichen (35) aufweist, wobei die Ausnehmungen an die flachen Seiten (21 a; 21b) reichen und gegenüberliegende Erhöhungen (33) bilden;
einem sich an die Stranggießkokille anschließenden Stützrollengerüst mit Stützrollen (28); und
einem Reduction-Bereich mit Verformungsrollen (29) zum Zurückverformen der Erhöhungen (33);
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Ausnehmungen quadratisch oder rechteckig ausgebildet sind;
dass die Erhöhungen der Festseite (5a) und der Losseite (5b) des Stützrollengerüstes zugeordnet sind und dass das Strangformat mit Hilfe der Erhöhung in dem Stützrollengerüst stabil geführt wird; und
dass es sich bei dem Reduction-Bereich um einen Hardreduction-Bereich (8) handelt zum Zusammenpressen des gegossenen Strangformates ohne flüssigen Sumpf nach dessen vollständiger Durcherstarrung.Continuous casting with
