Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen, soweit im Einzelnen dargestellt, einen Kontaktpartner 1 für einen Steckverbinder zur Anwendung im elektrischen Verbindungssektor, vorzugsweise in der Automobiltechnik. Der Kontaktpartner 1 ist am Ende einer elektrischen Leitung 2 angeordnet. Der Kontaktpartner 1 weist ein längliches U-Profil (Verriegelungsteil A) auf, zur Ausgestaltung einer Primär- und Sekundärverriegelungslasche 3, 4 sowie zur Aufnahme und Führung eines komplementären Steckverbinderelements und einer Querverbindung der beiden Seitenprofile zur Fixierung der elektrischen Leitungsenden und Ausgestaltung einer Kodiervorrichtung, um ein gerichtetes Stecken zu gewährleisten. Der Teil (A) weist eine Primärverriegelungslasche 3 und vorzugsweise auch eine Sekundärverriegelungslasche 4 auf. Mittels einer Crimpverbindung 5 wird die elektrische Leitung 2 mit dem Kontaktpartner 1 unlösbar mechanisch verbunden. Ausgehend von der Crimpverbindung 5 in Richtung der elektrischen Leitung 2 kann ein standardmäßig herkömmlicher Einzelleiterdichtungscrimp 6 vorhanden sein, der bewirkt, dass der Außenmantel der Leitung 2 gegenüber dem Kontaktpartner 1 im Bedarfsfall mittels Einzelleiterabdichtung längswasserdicht abgedichtet ist. Ausgehend von der Crimpverbindung 5 in Richtung der elektrischen Leitung 2 kann also der Einzelleiterdichtungscrimp 6 vorhanden sein, der bewirkt, dass der Außenmantel der Leitung 2 gegenüber dem Kontaktpartner 1 längswasserdicht abgedichtet ist.Figures 1 and 2 show, as far as shown in detail, a

Beim Einsetzen des Kontaktpartners 1 in das hier nicht gezeigte Steckverbindergehäuse gelangt die Oberfläche des Dichtelementes 7 an die Innenkontur des Steckverbindergehäuses, so dass dadurch in Längsrichtung die Dichtwirkung erzielt wird. Der derart vorbereitete oder entsprechend gestaltete Endbereich des elektrischen Leiters bildet somit auch den Kontakt- bzw. Anlagebereich zu dem komplementären Steckverbinderelement 9 (zum Beispiel ein Kontaktstift). Dieser Bereich wird beaufschlagt von dem Andruckelement B, so dass im gesteckten Zustand der kompaktierte Endbereich der elektrischen Leitung 2 unter Druck an dem komplementären Steckverbinderteil 9 dauerhaft (solange der gesteckte Zustand beibehalten wird) anliegt.FIG. 3 shows the
Zusammenfassend stellt also der Kontaktpartner 1, wie vorstehend beschrieben, ein Mittel zur Realisierung von Steckverbindern in der elektrischen Verbindungstechnik, speziell für die Anwendung im Automobilbereich für höchste Anforderungen bereit, bei der die bisherigen Widersprüche zwischen geringen Steckkräften und hohen Kontaktnormalkräften in Einklang gebracht worden sind. Des Weiteren kann die erfindungsgemäße Halteschutzbuchse (Kontaktpartner) so ausgeführt werden, dass diese sowohl für nicht gedichtete als auch für gedichtete Varianten mit Einzelleiterdichtungsaufnahme geeignet ist. Ebenso ist die Halteschutzbuchse für eine Primär- und optional eine Sekundärverriegelung im Kunststoffgehäuse des Steckverbinders ausgeführt.
