Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Spritzbeschichtung von Werkstücken (14), insbesondere von Metallbauteilen wie Blechen, die über eine Förderstrecke transportiert und hierbei durch quer zu dieser Förderstrecke bewegte Spritzdüsen (15, 16) beschichtet werden, die an zwei oder mehr separaten, jeweils mit mindestens einer Spritzdüse ausgestatteten, hin- und herbewegbaren Spritzeinheiten (10 bis 13) angeordnet sind. Erfindungsgemäß werden auf einer Beschichtungsseite des Metallbauteils (14) zwei Spritzeinheiten (10, 11; 12, 13) gleichzeitig in einer einzigen gemeinsamen Bewegungsebene so geführt, dass sie eine geschlossene Bahn durchlaufen, wobei in einer Bewegungsrichtung Spritzbeschichtungen durchführbar und auf dem Rückweg die Spritzeinheiten, vorzugsweise mit höherer Geschwindigkeit, an der anderen Spritzeinheit vorbeiführbar sind.
