  • Gegebene Möglichkeit der zusätzlichen Verlängerung der Prozesszeiten für das seitliche Anpressen bei Maschinengeschwindigkeiten unterhalb der Nenngeschwindigkeit durch veränderbare Steuerzeiten;
  • Gegebene Möglichkeit der Steigerung der Prozesssicherheit durch Einstellenmöglichkeit der Prozessgrößen Pressdruck und/oder Presskraft und damit einhergehende Verbesserung des Endproduktes; und/oder
  • Gegebene Möglichkeit der Verringerung der Bauteilbelastung durch Einstellen der Anpresskraft in Abhängigkeit von Materialeigenschaften und zu verpressender Klebefläche.

Vorrichtung zum Anpressen eines Umschlages (8) an einen in eine Transportrichtung (6) bewegten Bedruckstoffblock (2), mit einem in einer ersten Richtung (12) bewegbaren ersten Anpresselement (16) und wenigstens einem in einer zur ersten Richtung (12) im Wesentlichen transversalen zweiten Richtung (22) bewegbaren zweiten Anpresselement (24),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Vorrichtung (1) eine Antriebseinheit (32) umfasst, welche über eine Verbindung (124) zu einer Steuereinheit (120) mit einem veränderbaren Steuerprofil (122) beaufschlagbar ist.
