Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a holder for rods of jumps for equestrian sports, according to
A disadvantage of such known brackets, however, that when vertical force on the corresponding Einhängeteil, for example, when the horse in an accidental jump from above with the hoof or the shackle hits the obstacle, the obstacle bar is not or not immediately released. Significant forces can be exerted both on the horse's foot and on the obstacle before it finally gives way. This can lead to serious injury to the horse, but also the rider, if this, for example, by a shyness of the horse, is thrown on the obstacle. In such a case, a considerable risk of injury is also to be feared for the horse, as obstacle bars can break when subjected to a large load from above, if no other way down to evade. If an obstacle rod breaks, this in turn can lead to significant injuries, which can mean the loss of the animal in the worst case for the rider.
To counter this increased risk of injury to horse and rider, various solutions have been proposed.

In addition to problems with the reliability of such brackets, as well as the disadvantages discussed in athletic competition over the duration of a match not consistently consistent boundary conditions that may arise due to yielding of spring elements or clamping devices of the individual brackets, there is another significant drawback of all known brackets equally attached: the presence of metallic components.
These metallic components, such as e.g. Springs or reinforcements of the fasteners or cup-shaped or flat rod pads made of welded metal sheets, have several disadvantages.
Thus, on the one hand, the production of the holding devices is complicated and relatively expensive. On the other hand, known holders with metallic components are particularly susceptible to the effects of weather due to their field of application, predominantly outdoors. Even corrosion-resistant materials can be susceptible to the effects of weathering due to the high loads that occur, especially in areas where bending moments occur, which on the one hand reduces the elasticity of spring elements or the clamping effect of the brackets, on the other hand there is an increased risk of breakage of metallic components due to corrosion. Decreasing elasticity or clamping action causes the brackets must be replaced. In addition, the increased risk of breakage can cause metal parts lying around on the course. This is a considerable disadvantage, as a horse, but also a falling rider could get hurt.
It is therefore an object of the present invention, while avoiding the disadvantages discussed above, to provide a reliably functioning support for equestrian sport, in particular for equestrian sport. In addition, a method for producing such a holder is to be specified.
Another aspect of the present invention is to provide a mount for the show jumping equestrian, which ensures a constant competitive conditions, can be produced inexpensively in large quantities, and / or meets the requirements of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI).
Furthermore, it is an aspect of the present invention to provide a holder which is weather-resistant or shows no weather-related aging phenomena.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of
Here, a two-piece device with an adapter and a support member for holding Einhängeteilen for equestrian sport, such as obstacle rods, gates or the like, on a vertical stand with attached hole grid rail or the like proposed. The support member has on a side facing away from the adapter front a support for supporting the respective Einhängeteils. It has on a rear side facing the adapter head bolts, for connection to the adapter. The adapter has on a support part facing the front side in the installed state vertically extending guide slot, in particular with undercuts, in which the support part head bolts can be inserted.
The adapter has on one of the hole grid rail facing back in turn head bolts for attachment in the recesses of the hole grid rail. The adapter and the support member are joined together in the assembled state by engagement of the head bolt in the guide slot and are held in a defined position to each other by a resilient retaining element in this position. A separation of the adapter and the support member is then in a vertical direction when acting on the support member, a force exceeding a predetermined value.
The resilient retaining element of this two-part holder according to the invention is for the first time an integrally formed in the adapter spring element. This is formed in the adapter rear wall such that its contour is delimited by a slot from the surrounding rear wall. The spring element extends in a vertical direction and has at the lower end in a, in the adapter rear wall transitional root area a horizontal line of weakness. The spring element has at the upper end on the upwardly directed end face a chamfer oriented to the front, which corresponds to a chamfer on the associated support part head bolt.
The holder of the present invention can be advantageously used in the same way as the previously common brackets. This makes it possible in particular to continue to use the usual in this sport and widespread obstacle stands or other suspension devices, such as stand elements with perforated grid rails without changes.
In addition, the integral design of the spring element in the adapter piece of the two-part holder of the present invention brings with it the advantage that thereby a relatively easy to manufacture holder can be realized, which ensures a constant competitive environment.
Furthermore, the holder meets the requirements of equestrian associations and it is also possible to produce the holding device cost in large quantities.
Advantageous developments and aspects of the invention additionally result from the features of the subclaims.
Accordingly, it is provided in a preferred embodiment that the spring element is designed in the form of a tongue or tab. By the formation of the spring element in such a form is advantageously ensured that this bends in the desired manner to the rear when the predetermined limit load occurs and thus a reliable slipping of the support member is made possible.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the adapter further has a weakening line on its rear side. With this line of weakness, it is advantageously possible, the weight force necessary to trigger the spring element due to the material constants of the adapter material in the required range more precise or finer set and thus to ensure that on the one hand, the support member can be stably held in position and on the other hand, in case of need or in the case of the exact exceeding of a predetermined release force, a yielding of the spring element can be realized, whereby the risk of injury to horse and / or rider is significantly reduced and at the same time a defined triggering is ensured.
Furthermore, the support member of the two-part holder according to the invention according to a further preferred embodiment on one of the two head bolts on a chamfer, which corresponds to a chamfer surface of the adapter spring element. In this case, the lower shoulder of the upper support part head bolt particularly preferably has the chamfer surface. This chamfer is advantageously on the corresponding chamfer surface of the spring element, and thus holds the support member in its predetermined position. In this case, with the chamfer advantageously a vertical force can be divided into two force components, so that despite a desired reliably available retention force during a tournament when exceeding the limit load sufficient force is applied transversely to wegzubiegen the spring element backwards and the support member freely give, which rests until then with the lower shoulder of the head bolt on the upper end face or the chamfer of the spring element.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the chamfer angle of the chamfers is formed at an angle of 15 ° to 35 °, preferably at an angle of 20 ° to 30 °, particularly preferably at an angle of 25 ° ± 2 °. By such an angle formed can be ensured that on the one hand still a stable mounting of the support member is achieved on the adapter spring element, on the other hand, but also a reliable support of the release mechanism is achieved because the two chamfer surfaces when exceeding the defined release force glide past each other and while the spring element is bent away to the rear. Due to the oblique surfaces of the chamfers, this bending can be supported particularly advantageous.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the amount of the defined release force, which must act vertically, or substantially vertically on the support, around a Tripping, in the range of 115 kg to 155 kg. Most preferably, this tripping force is 135 kg ± 15 kg.
The width of the adapter guide slot corresponds in a preferred embodiment substantially to the diameter of the bolt shank of the head bolt and the width of the lateral undercuts preferably corresponds substantially to the diameter of the bolt head. In this case, a slight clearance between the flanks of the bolt shank and the flanks of the guide slot can be provided. Similarly, a slight clearance between the flanks of the bolt head and the flanks of the lateral undercuts may be provided. Thus, a reliable sliding of the support member in the adapter can ensure a trigger without having to sacrifice in the positional accuracy of the support member relative to the adapter in the assembled state, since the support member on the spring element in a precisely defined position relative to the adapter the spring element is supported.
The adapter and the support part of the two-part holder are made in a further preferred embodiment of plastic. This has the advantage that the holder according to the invention is weather-resistant and / or shows no weather-related aging phenomena.
In a preferred embodiment, the two-part holder is produced in a plastic injection molding process. This has the advantage that the holder can be inexpensively manufactured in the required quantity with a high repeatable accuracy.
Another aspect of the present invention is to provide a method with which a holder according to the invention, which meets the requirements of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI), can be produced inexpensively in the required quantity.

Furthermore, the support part (11) according to the invention has a rear side (25) facing the adapter, which has head bolt-like fastening elements (15, 17) at one upper and one lower end, one of the head bolts (15, 17) being fastened to its bolt head underside (65). has a chamfer (27). This chamfer (27) serves to ensure that the support part (11) can be stably mounted on a retaining element of the adapter (35).
The head bolts (15, 17) of the support member (11) according to the invention are designed such that they have a bolt head (16, 18) and a bolt shank (19, 21), wherein one of the head bolts (15, 17), namely the upper head bolt (15) of the support member (11) at the lower end of the bolt head has a chamfer (27) which is formed at an angle between 15 ° and 35 °, for example at an angle of 25 ° ± 2 °.
According to the invention, the head bolts (15, 17) serve to reliably connect the bearing part (11) to the adapter (35), in which the head bolts (15, 17) are inserted into a guide slot (29) of the adapter.
In this guide slot (29), the head bolts (15, 17) of the support part (11) can be inserted, wherein the width of the slot (29) substantially the diameter of the bolt shank (19, 21) of the head bolts (15, 17) and the width the lateral undercuts (41) of the guide slot (29) substantially corresponds to the diameter of the bolt head (16, 18).
The adapter (35) according to the invention also has a rear side (43) which in a top and a bottom area head bolts (45, 47) for Attach the adapter in the hole rail (3) of the stand (1). The head bolts (45, 47) of the support member (35) according to the invention are designed such that they have a bolt head (16, 18) and a bolt shank (19, 21).
In addition, the adapter (35) of the present invention comprises an integrally machined resilient retaining member, which retaining member is a spring member (50). This integrally formed spring element (50) is in the rear wall (43) of the adapter (35) is formed such that its contour (53) by means of a slot (51) relative to the surrounding rear wall (43) is delimited. Furthermore, the spring element in a vertical direction at a lower end (57) and in a, in the adapter rear wall (43) merging root portion (59), a horizontally extending line of weakness (55). The spring element (50) also consists of the same material as the adapter (35).
The spring element (50) of the adapter (35) according to the invention is designed such that when exceeding a certain predetermined, in the vertical direction from above on the hinged support member (11) acting weight force (F) in a direction to the stator (1) direction , So essentially yields transversely to the direction of gravity force, whereby the suspension member (11) is released and can slip down.

The separation takes place in such a way that the spring element (50), in one of the bearing part (11) to the hole grid rail (3) backward movement yields, whereby the two by the chamfers (23, 67) defined bearing surfaces of the spring element (50) and Support part (11) are separated from each other, and thus a separation of the coupling part and fastening part is triggered in a substantially vertical direction, so that the support member (11) can slip freely down.

In addition, such a holder (73) corresponds to the high demands of international equestrian associations and in particular of the World Equestrian Federation "Fédération Equestre International" (FEI) regarding the stability and reliability of the holder, as well as the need for a reduction of the risk of injury to humans and animals.
For the average person skilled in the art, solutions are also conceivable which, for example, have a planar contact surface instead of a cup-shaped bearing surface (13). Such bearing surfaces could be used, for example, when instead of obstacle rods other obstacle elements, such as gates or the like larger components are hung. In this case, it is possible to form a suspension part with a planar surface as an independent element, which in turn is hooked into the adapter (35). Such a support part has e.g. via the same head bolts (15, 17) with the same chamfer (27) as the support part (11) of the preferred embodiment, whereby a stable support on the one hand and on the other hand a reliable separation of the two elements, according to the principle described above, can be ensured ,
Alternatively, however, it is also conceivable to form the suspension part (11) of the preferred embodiment of the present invention such that both solutions can be realized with one component.
An alternative embodiment of the support member (11) is that in addition to the bowl-shaped support surface (13) on one side (the top) a planar bearing surface on the other side (the bottom) is provided. In such an embodiment, the support member (11) could be reversed, and so to speak mounted "upside down" in the adapter. In order to ensure a stable hold and a reliable separation of the two support parts in case of need, such an alternative support part on the second head bolt (17) would also have a chamfer (27), thus having a support point on the spring element (50). Such a support member would in turn have the advantage that it can be used both for substantially round obstacle elements, as well as for obstacle elements having a different shape, such as a box or wall shape, without the need for two different support parts are necessary.
