Claims (6)
- Cylindre pour l'hydraulique haute pression avec une enveloppe de cylindre (3), s'étendant entre un fond de cylindre (1) et une tête de cylindre (2), en un tube intérieur (4) et une enveloppe extérieure (5) appliquée sur le tube intérieur (4), en matériau synthétique renforcé par des fibres, où le tube intérieur (4) de l'enveloppe de cylindre (3), vissé avec le fond de cylindre (1), relié d'une manière résistante à la poussée à l'enveloppe extérieure (5), s'applique d'une manière résistante à la traction à la tête de cylindre (2), caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure (5) en matériau synthétique renforcé par des fibres s'étend, côté tête de cylindre, jusqu'à une bride annulaire (9) au côté frontal du tube intérieur (4), et en ce que la tête de cylindre (2) supporte un écrou-raccord (10) recouvrant la bride annulaire (9) par lequel est assurée la liaison résistant à la traction entre le tube intérieur (4) et la tête de cylindre (2).
- Cylindre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube intérieur est réalisé d'une manière connue en métal, de préférence en acier.
- Cylindre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube intérieur est réalisé en polyétherétherkétone.
- Cylindre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure (5) en matériau synthétique renforcé par des fibres, reliée d'une manière résistante à la poussée au fond de cylindre (1), recouvre le fond de cylindre (1) au côté frontal.
- Cylindre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure (5) en matériau synthétique renforcé par des fibres est reliée au tube intérieur (4) d'une manière résistante à la poussée par une couche de colle.
- Cylindre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le tube intérieur (4), au côté du fond de cylindre (1), est pourvu d'une section de raccord épaissie (6) et, au côté de la tête de cylindre, d'une section d'extrémité épaissie (8).
