Claims (13)

  1. Großer Modulbehälter (1) mit verringertem Lagervolumen, der eine Grundplatte (2) umfasst, mit der zusammenklappbare Wände (10, 11, 12) verbunden sind, und Scharnier-Elemente (20), welche aus einem ersten Körper (21) und einem zweiten Körper (24) bestehen, die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sein können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Körper (21) und der zweite Körper (24) mit Verriegelungsmitteln (25) zur lösbaren Verbindung in Sitzen (26, 27) ausgestattet sind, die in der Grundplatte (2) beziehungsweise den zusammenklappbaren Wänden (10, 11, 12) bereitgestellt sind.
  2. Der große Behälter (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusammenklappbaren Wände (10, 11, 12) eine Vorderwand (10), eine Rückwand (11) und Seitenwände (12) umfassen, wobei die Vorder- und die Rückwand (10, 11) auf einer anderen Ebene als die Seitenwände (12) drehgelenkig angeordnet sind.
  3. Der große Behälter (1) gemäß den obigen Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er auf der Grundplatte (2) eine Schulter (15) an jeder der Seitenwände (12) zum Drehen auf höherer Ebene als die Drehebene der Vorder- und der Rückwand (10, 11) umfasst.
  4. Der große Behälter (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scharnier-Elemente (20) einen ersten Körper (21) haben, der eine Hülse (22) bestimmt, in welche ein Drehzapfen (23) eingreift, der mit einem zweiten Körper (24) verbunden ist, welcher das andere Scharnier-Element bereitstellt.
  5. Der große Behälter (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (25) eine elastische Lasche (25) mit einem Eingriffszahn (25a) umfassen, der in entsprechende Öffnungen (28, 29) eingeführt werden kann, welche in den Sitzen (26, 27) geformt sind, die in der Grundplatte (2) und in den entsprechenden Wänden bereitgestellt sind.
  6. Der große Behälter (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Zentrierstifte (30) an den Ecken der Grundplatte (2) zum Stapeln des Behälters (1) in einer kompaktierten Position umfasst, und Stapelstifte (31), bereitgestellt an der Oberkante der Seitenwände (12) zum Stapeln der Behälter in der Gebrauchsposition.
  7. Der große Behälter (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Mittel zur Kopplung der Wände umfasst, die eine Sperrvorrichtung (40) umfassen, welche verschiebbar an den Vorder- und Rückwänden (10, 11) angebracht ist, wobei die Sperrvorrichtung (40) einen Kopplungszahn (41) hat, der oberhalb eines Stützzahns (42) eingesetzt werden kann, welcher am Pfosten der Seitenwände bereitgestellt ist, wobei der Kopplungszahn (41) am Ende eines Griffkörpers (43) angeordnet ist, welcher einen Griffflügel (44) für die Translationsbewegung der Sperrvorrichtung (40) hat, wobei weiter ein elastischer gekrümmter Bereich (45) bereitgestellt wird, der als Feder wirkt und den Kopplungszahn (41) in die extrahierte Position drückt.
  8. Der große Behälter (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Eingriffszahn (47) umfasst, der monolithisch mit der Wand verbunden ist, die mit der Sperrvorrichtung (40) ausgestattet ist, und in einen gekrümmten Bereich (48) eingeführt werden kann, welcher an der zusammenhängenden Wand bestimmt ist.
  9. Der große Behälter (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens eine Wand umfasst, die eine zu öffnende Tür (50) hat, welche aus einem Abschnitt der Wand besteht, der die obere freie Kante betrifft, wobei der Wandabschnitt aufgrund der Anwesenheit eines Kopplungsscharniers (51) kippen kann.
  10. Der große Behälter (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kopplungsscharnier (51) eine Befestigungsplatte (52) umfasst, die durch Schweißen an der Wand befestigt wird und einen Scharnierstift (53) bestimmt, welcher in eine Buchse (54) eingesetzt werden kann, die an der zu öffnenden Tür (50) bereitgestellt ist.
  11. Der große Behälter (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wände (10, 11, 12) flache Abschnitte zur kundenspezifischen Ausbildung des Behälters (1) haben.
  12. Der große Behälter (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Etikettenhalter umfasst, die an den Wänden bestimmt sind.
  13. Der große Behälter (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Gitterrostartige Abschnitte an mindestens einer der Wände umfasst.
