Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung (10) und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung keramischer Hohlgegenstände durch Hochdruckgießen beschrieben, wobei die Formvorrichtung (10) ein Formoberteil (12), ein Formunterteil (14) und Formseitenteile (16, 18) aufweist, die im geschlossenen Zustand einen dem herzustellenden keramischen Hohlgegenstand entsprechenden kernlosen Formhohlraum (20) bestimmen, der strömungstechnisch mit einem Schlickereinlass (28) und mit einem Schlickerauslass (30) verbunden ist. Um mit einer einfach ausgebildeten Vorrichtung (10) Schlickerläufer zu vermeiden, ist im Formhohlraum (20) ein Rotorelement (36) vorgesehen, das zur Erzeugung einer Drehbewegung des im kernlosen Formhohlraum (20) befindlichen Schlickers dient. Das Rotorelement (36) ist zweckmäßigerweise von einem Rührblatt (40) gebildet, das mittels einer Hohlwelle (42) mit einem Antriebsmotors (38) verbunden ist.
